Everything was really Great with easy Beach access and pool was really good too.

We stayed here over the 4th of July. SPI was extremely crowded, but this condo is not on the main drag, so we could move about the immediate area easily. It is very close to the beach and the view from the balcony is wonderful. The owner is very nice and accommodating. It had everything we needed. I highly recommend this unit.

We had a great time the condo was clean and the perfect size for us with 4 adults 3 teens and 1 child plenty of roon beautiful beach front view!! The building staff were very nice and helpful. We will definitely come back next year!!! Thank you Terry for your assistance.

Everything about Terry's condo was wonderful. Beautiful beach view, decor, comfy beds and stocked with everything needed for a perfect stay.

Expected property to be as described in the listing. Can not complain about the location, it was fabulous. Easy to reserve and the owner responded quickly with help entering the Condo. Can tell that the owners have tried to improve the property with newer appliances. We were disappointed in the condition of the condo. The floors were nice but very dirty. Turned our socks and feet black. The paint did not look recent. The tile countertop not real clean. The master bedroom bed was very lumpy. Most of the rugs in the condo were worn and seemed old. Exhaust fan in master bath did not operate properly, the garbage disposal was also not working right and had an odor. Reached in and pulled out plastic cap, ran great after that. The vacuum was also inoperable. The A/C did not run as expected, didn’t get cool in the master bedroom, it does have sliding glass doors. If this place was in better condition I would most definitely stay again. Again the location is great.

We had a great time staying at this property. It was at the end of a long line of condos and hotels on the beach and was a lot less crowded than those areas. It had easy beach access was very clean. We would definitely stay there again.

Condo was perfect! Views were beautiful! Terry, the owner, was very attentive before and during our stay. Could not have asked for a more perfect stay. Will request to stay again.

The condo had everything we needed to cook and ample space for two families of 4 to play, relax and cook. The beach toys are more than enough- don’t even bring yours. The master bed is a little old and soft for our taste but everything else was lovely. The few is amazing and everyone in property was so nice!

This condo was perfect in every way for our family's Easter weekend. The views from the floor to ceiling windows were spectacular. The kitchen was nicely stocked for making meals. We used the beach chairs that Terry had in the outside closet and got some sunning and relaxation in on the beach. The perfect weekend.

Great location close to beach, owner was quick to respond and easy to communicate with! Beds very comfy and had extras that were available (some may have been left by previous tenants) including beach chairs, toys, and even some spices for cooking! Excellent location as there isn’t a resort on right side of which decreases the amount of people accessing the beach in front of this condo. Also loved the extra games they had! Our family with 2 older teenagers truly enjoyed this condo! WiFi included though they weren’t glued to their screens… beach had easy access. From condo door to sitting at waters edge maybe a 5 min walk at the most. 3 bedroom 4 bed condo was a perfect fit!
