You won’t regret booking this beautiful condo. We had an amazing time and will be returning! The view of the beach from the wrap around balcony is gorgeous! It was so convenient to be so close to the beach and the pool we could run back up and grab anything we had forgotten. The pool bar made really good Pina Coloadas and they were so nice to bring our drinks and food down to the beach to us! This is the luxury of a resort without the crowds. The shops, restaurants, and grocery store were all within walking distance. We loved waking up early and getting iced coffee and donuts at Turkberry right across the street. The condo itself is so spacious and you’ll have everything you could need. 10 out of 10!

Villa Renaissance is located perfectly on what we think is the best beach in the world. Villa matches description, communication great - would definitely stay again!

We had a great family stay at Michaels property. Extremely clean and well kept. Great location at the VR, within walking distance of restaurants and groceries.

We have stayed at the Villa Renaissance at least 10 times, and this unit is certainly one of our favorite units. It is exceptionally clean and well-appointed with a nicely equipped kitchen. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. We will definitely be staying here again.

This was a well appointed property, well equipped with all needs for your stay. Beautifully laid out and nicely furnished. One thing to note, (if you're not a techie) : should you want to stream tv, you have to disconnect the HDMI from the cable box and insert into the dvd player. (Older folk don't like to rip and run as much)

Our family had a great time staying in this condo! The view from the condo is amazing and the beach area is clean and beautiful with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The beach attendant was very helpful and can even help you book a parasailing, snorkeling or jet ski adventure. The best part was the location. Everything was a short walk away. (grocery store, multiple restaurants and shops, Ritz casino, donut shop, coffee houses, pizza place etc.) we especially loved getting coffee from Lemon2Go, açaí bowls from Crest and Berry and dinner at Seven and Coco Bistro!! We can’t wait to return to the Turks and Caicos!!

My family had the best week in this unit on Grace Bay. The location couldn’t be better. No need to rent a car as everything you need is within walking distance. The view of Grace Bay is breathtaking. The pools/common areas/beach area were not crowded at all. At times, it can feel like you have Grace Bay all to yourself. The unit is well stocked to accommodate your daily needs. The Villa Renaissance staff were great and very accommodating throughout our stay. Michael was a great host and provided a tons of helpful info prior to us arriving. We went into the vacation with high expectations and it lived up to it in every way.

We feel very lucky to have discovered this unit at the Villa Renaissance in Turks and Caicos. We couldn't be happier with our whole experience. We traveled with our teenage boys and parents and loved the view/space Villa 208 offered. The unit had everything we needed and more. Between the pool, hot tub, easy access to the beach and shops; we were as busy as we wanted to be. Our host was very friendly and helpful. We have rented from others and none measure up to the hospitality that we received with Mike. We had a late return flight, and was able to stay later so we wouldn't be stranded at the airport for hours with nothing to do. Would definitely recommend!

Property was great! Bar staff so nice, pool area clean, area to beach clean, room was perfect/cleaning staff was great! If there was one mild negative, beach set up guy, offered no help, felt like we were bothering him to set chairs up but obviously worked hard cleaning it up at the end of the day!

Villa is gorgeous, clean, and well stocked with everything you would need. The property is well maintained, clean, quiet and absolutely gorgeous within walking distance of a lot of shops and restaurants. Would most definitely stay at this villa again!

We had an amazing week in Turks & Caicos. The condo was wonderful and the owner was very responsive. The corner unit and infinity sliding doors allowed for a great cross breeze and an amazing view of the ocean. Pool and beach were just steps away. Every aspect of the unit was comfortable for our family. We will be back!

This was our third stay at Villa Renaissance. It’s a quiet complex with the most amazing beach/pool set up. It’s perfect for our family that likes quiet and no crowds :) Unit 208 was by far our favorite! It had everything we needed, the balcony was almost always in the shade (as opposed to units on the other side of the resort which get lots of afternoon direct sun) and the beach views are unmatched. The unit owner was very responsive by email, and the management company on site was very prompt and provided us a crib and high chair. Can’t wait to come back to VR, and we will definitely be staying in unit 208 again!!

Had a fabulous time with friends at this resort last week. It’s great to be able to hang out in a living room or terrace over cocktails/coffee rather than at a hotel bar. Unit 208 is just as described. Spacious, beachfront, clean, and well decorated. 3 bathrooms/showers for 3 bedrooms. Perfect for friends or family; in fact I actually rented this unit several years ago for my family and only realized it was the same when I got there! Villa renaissance is a great little boutique resort, beautiful stretch of beachfront, and perfectly located right in grace bay. Walkable everywhere too!

Perfect! This villa is exactly as pictured. Beautiful, clean, comfortable ...with amazing views of that crystal clear water The beach is spacious with room to play in the sand, move chairs to comfortably talk...or face the sun. We loved the ease of walking to restaurants and shops. We did take a Potcake puppy for a day which was my daughter's highlight (easy for me as well). The staff were all so friendly, and accessible, which set the tone for a relaxing, comfortable vacation. We enjoyed lots of the recommended activities (1/2 day boat excursion for snorkeling and iguana island, kayak mangroves, Provo ponies, jet ski to the shipwreck). Highest recommendation for this villa!

We have been to the Turks many times and this was the best property we have stayed at. The location was great. The building grounds are set back and private yet steps from shopping, an American-like grocery store, and walking distance to the best restaurants. The pool area and beach are beautiful and the bar by the pool is serviced by a close-by restaurant that has great lunch options by the pool or delivered to the beach. The apartment is very well kept. It is well equipped with kitchen amenities, iron, and hair dryers. The rooms are spacious. Having the 3 showers was great as we all tried getting ready to go out to dinner. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was spotless. The beautiful veranda view made the property really special. From the moment you wake until you go to bed, you can enjoy watching the beautiful colors of the water and the sand on Grace Bay. Michael, the owner, was great. From the moment I booked to after our stay, he was attentive and very personable. The property manager on the ground was very friendly, greeted us upon arrival, and was very accommodating even asking daily for the time we wanted the apartment to be cleaned. Overall, it was a wonderful few days in paradise. I am very thankful to Michael and his team! We look forward to coming back soon!

You know you've reached paradise when you're already planning your second trip and you're still on vacation. This property is exceptional! From the views, to the property grounds, and the spacious unit, you can't go wrong! The service that is provided is unbeatable. Anything you need or want, just ask and it's taken care of! Don't waste your time on the Ritz or Seven Stars, book this unit! You won't be disappointed!!

As advertised, we had the best time!

Lovely property- everything is exactly as represented in vrbo description. Walking distance to a lot of great restaurants. Pool is nice and plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Transportation on the island is expensive- so good to have options close by to walk to. Travel tip: Wish we would have known about sandflies/no see-ums - so to be sure to have on bug spray at night. We got eaten up the first night there! Wonderful family vacation- we traveled with our adult kids and their spouses- total of 6 in our group and condo was perfect size! We ate at Bella Luna, Sushi Bar at The Ritz, Magnolia (highly recommend), Da Conch Shack, Lemon2Go and Le Bouchon. The Spa at the Ritz (super close) is AMAZING! Private boat tour of islands with snorkeling is highly recommended too!

Villa Renaissance is in the perfect location on the world’s best beach! Condo was clean and well stocked. The beach is only steps away. Water and sand were perfect! Beach chairs and umbrella as well as beach toys and floats included. Beach and pool were not crowded at all. Tennis court with rackets and balls included. Bikes with a rack for a short trip to grocery included. Numerous restaurants within short walking distance. Did not need a rental car. Groceries can be delivered and stocked in condo prior to arrival for a small service fee. Taxi only used for airport transfers. The only very minor issue encountered were a few mosquitos that found their way into the condo. Otherwise, absolutely no issues! Will stay again!

Property and villa were beautiful and as described in listing. We had a wonderful week staying here as a family. Clean, updated, quiet. Loved that the villa had a 3rd bedroom.
