The house was very comfortable. The cleaning was a bit neglected. We found the cutting board had been put away dirty by previous tenants and not cleaned, furniture was very dirty. We had no vacuum or we would have cleaned some ourselves. Outdoor area is very nice but would have been nice for it to have at least been swept before our arrival or cob webs cleaned. Overall the place is great.

This house was perfect for a family with plenty of space + bathrooms. There were practical items for baby, lots of toys + games and a hot tub for the adults. The only thing I wish they had was a baby gate for the stairs!

Great location, clean, & well equipped house. So many times we’ve stayed at places with a hot tub that we didn’t even want to get into, but even it was clean & enjoyable. Seemed smaller than the square footage listed, but overall a great stay.

We loved our stay at this townhouse, steps from Old Mill District and easy driving distance to Mount Bachelor. There is ample space (3 bedrooms) and a full kitchen. We really appreciated having the garage for our car, and the backyard space with hot tub was wonderful after a day on the slopes. The living area was comfortable with a Netflix-enabled smart TV, though the low position of the TV was a bit awkward.
We would definitely book here again next time in Bend.

We stayed 2 nights to go skiing at Mt. Bachelor. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was pretty well equipped. The hot tub was nice, but could have been a degree or two warmer.
It was nice to have a garage that we could park in and leave all our ski gear in. We would stay again.

Condo is in great location for walking to the river trails and Old Mill area of Bend. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need and the beds are very comfy. We really enjoyed our stay.

Townhouse was very clean and inviting, well-stocked kitchen, two bedrooms each with their own bathroom, plus bunk room downstairs. Outside hot tub, we didn’t use due to it raining the whole weekend, but nice outside area. Would definitely stay again

Spacious home. Very clean and comfortable for our party of 4 adults. The beds were great. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes. The yard was nicely landscaped, and we really enjoyed the hot tub and firepit. Great location. Two improvements would be to have more than 2 towels in the bathrooms and more cutlery. Only 4 bread knives and 6 forks. So had to keep hand washing them. Otherwise, we loved it. Would highly recommend staying here.

Good location. Clean. Only complaint was that Bike locks didn’t work, wrong code given. When we called arrived, they texted us the “new code,” which was the same as the old code. Haha. We left something in the property after checkout and they were helpful in getting it back to us. Overall, I would recommend

Check in was simple. Proprty well maintained and clean. Beds were comfortable and house was spacious. Noce back patio to relax . Unfortunately the gas firepit didnt seem to be operational.

We were in for a few days at the end of the summer and really enjoyed our stay. It is a great location just above the Old Mill district. We found the place to be clean and the outside area to be tidy.
The backyard was great to let the pup outside as it's fully fenced.
The home was well stocked with extra paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, toilet paper, and plenty of dishes for our larger group.
The only "problem" we ran into was the downstairs bunk bedroom never really cooled off. Looking at the photos I think it's because the trundle bed is covering the vent.
We had trouble using the door code to checkout, but called them and we got it figured out quickly.
We look forward to staying again.

This property was so clean and gorgeous! It had great space for everyone and many accommodations! My son was obsessed with the toys in the hallway that were provided and us adults loved the outdoor area with the fireplace and hot tub!

Great location. Just a short walk to Hayden Amphitheater and the river. Super cozy little place. Great beds. The only thing keeping this rating from a 5 was the cleanliness. Floors, and hot tub were pretty dirty when we got there and the outdoor spaces, were not well maintained.

Great place with plenty of room. It was clean and well maintained. We didn’t use the hot tub, but it did look inviting! The outdoor space was great, it is fenced so our dogs were able to do their business without us having to take them out. We had an issue with the coffee maker and they brought us a new one quickly.
The only downsides were the queen bed upstairs could probably use an upgrade. It slopes quite a bit with adults sleeping in it. The other part is there are no usb ports in the house, so don’t forget your wall plugs!!

We only had a few days in Bend. This house was perfect. Enjoying the hot tub after long days on the mountain was magnificent.
Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with pots, plates, cups.
Restaurants and recreation was close by.
Bikes available though we didn’t use them. We would definitely stay here again

We had a great time for an early season ski trip to bachelor. The house was incredible and had great space to hang out. Bedrooms are 1 king, 1 queen, and one with bunk beds so make sure your group isn’t 3+ tall people or else someone will be cramped. There is a pull out couch available to get around this though.

comfortable home with great location. The only thing that was a down fall was parking. Cant park a pickup in driveway(very short driveway) with out pulling sideways and garage only can fit one car. We had three cars and there was no parking because painters working on condos had all the parking spots taken up, The neighbor was kind and let us park in their driveway across the street. Also it would have been nice to know that the painting was going on as they pressure washed the condo and left debris all over back patio. Home very comfortable and easy walking to the Old Mill District.

We loved the layout of the home and the location. We were able to walk to the Old Mill District and ride our bikes everywhere. We would recommend this property to our friends. Arrived management was very helpful with any questions we had.

The property is a great location to Old Mill and lots of running and walking trails and easy access to highway and downtown Bend. The property is a little worn and things not super clean. The backyard could use a clean up and patio furniture felt very used. Great vacation overall but not sure I would rent this place again.

Pics a bit deceiving
The pictures of the outdoor gathering patio with hot tub and fire pit was so pretty and inviting. In reality that space hadn't been maintained at all. Overgrown with weeds; debris/leaves scattered on ground; furniture filthy; and lots of ants...which liked to find their way into the kitchen. Location was ok...but definitely a hike downhill to Old Mill and Box Factory etc. Decent rental tho.

We reserved the house to watch a concert at the Hayden Homes Amphitheater. It was an excellent location, so close to everything. The house is so clean and private. We will definitely stay here again.

I spent a long weekend with my family at this property. It’s an elegant townhome, nicely decorated, close to downtown. We appreciated the impeccable cleanliness and a long series of big and small accessories, especially in the kitchen, that made our staying easy and enjoyable
