Absolutely perfect location and property on Mission Beach! Stayed from after Christmas through the New Year with my wife, young adult children and significant others (10 total). Everyone loved the home and location! Would absolutely recommend to anyone considering the Mission Beach area, which is very centrally located to everything in the greater San Diego area.

This was the perfect home for 8 adults and 3 children. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bedrooms were sizable and the family room fit all eleven of us for movie night! If you need a crib, high chair or baby toys, contact babysaway.com. They were wonderful as well.

This is a terrific property for a beach getaway. The unit has a great surround sound music system and a fire pit on the patio. A new Webber grill was delivered at the start of the stay, which was great. Rebecca, the property manager, couldn’t have been nicer in assisting us before and during our stay. This is a 5 star place.

The 5 bedrooms are large and comfortable. along with the 4 bathrooms. The master suite is amazing! There is plenty of room to spread out (we are a party of 12) between the two floors. The ocean views are gorgeous and panoramic! There are views from most rooms. The kitchen is well stocked and has top of the line appliances. The open concept floor plan in the living/kitchen area is perfect for family gatherings. The balconies on both floors are wonderful...and we gather in the penthouse balcony every evening after the kids are asleep and enjoy the sound of waves and the warmth of the fire pit. Beach access is so easy, and the outdoor shower perfect. Also having 3 parking spaces is such a plus. The property manager, Rebecca, is absolutely fabulous! She promptly responds to any questions or issues, and is such a pleasure to work with. In summary, this is the most perfect beach house!

This oceanfront Mission Beach property is beautiful. It has views from its deck and living room that are endless. It is spacious and accommodated nicely our large family with 5 bedrooms. The boardwalk in front was a lot of fun as was having the beach steps away. Though the property is in a congested area, we didn't feel crowded. The views look beyond the boardwalk to the beach and sea. The sound of the ocean waves was therapeutic. We absolutely loved this place and would rent it again. The property is first class in every way.

This is a beautiful house with amazing beach front views. The top floor balcony with the fire place is where we spent most of our time. The location is ideal with many places to eat close by. Rebecca was total sweetheart and very responsive. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

We were a party of 9, which included 3 children. This was our second time to rent this beautiful home on the beach. We all love coming to San Diego and this is a gem on Mission Beach. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook for the family.

Stunning views, very spacious and clean, beautifully appointed rooms, abundant supplies for cooking, cleaning, dining, beach-going. Convenient parking. I know this area well, and would rent this house again without hesitation Thank you, Rebecca, for being accommodating, efficient and welcoming. Perfect for our 3 generation family!

Great spot in the heart of the action on Mission Beach.

Location was the best! Great views, generally quiet in the evenings except for a holiday weekend. Very comfortable condo, beautiful, well equipped kitchen, garage full of bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach toys. Loved having the four parking spaces! The ice machine and wine coolers were an added plus, along with a huge kitchen to work in with all the family. Rebbecca took care of any issues we had, which were not big deals at all. So happy she met us there to give us a tour and explain how the electronics worked. We were a family of 11 which included 3 children. Oh, the balcony with the fire pit was a great way to end the day. We all loved this place so much that we have booked it for next year.

Wow, what a lovely home!!! My family of 11 stayed and we had a great 5 days! The decor is amazing, the flow is awesome, the location can’t be beat and Rebecca is top notch!! We all talked about making this a every two year trip (my family lives in TX, TN, OH, and PA) and renting this house again. It’s stocked with pretty much everything you need from kitchen to cruisers to boogie boards. And 4 parking spots is a huge bonus.

Our family of 7 had an incredible experience. Location is perfect. Within 10 miles of San Diego airport and 6 miles of Old Town Transit Center. We took the Amtrak Pacific Liner to Los Angeles one day. Property has all the amenities one could ask for. You can watch your children playing on the beach through the floor to ceiling windows in the living and dining rooms.

What a phenomenal property! We brought our parents to San Diego to celebrate their 40th anniversary and it was truly memorable, with the property being the centerpiece to our stay. We will be back next year. Keep in mind we are travelers and have seen the good and the not so much. This home shocked us in an amazing way. The location was perfect. Having not been to San Diego before we were curious as to the beach traffic and crowding. However, this property feels like the only property on the beach, but we were 15 minutes from everything in San Diego, the zoo, hundreds of restaurants, whale watching, shopping and yet private and secluded. We didn’t know that was possible. It’s been a week and I can still hear the ocean. There are properties that say they are on the beach, but they offer scant views through small windows, this property is absolutely on the beach with full and incredible views of the ocean through floor to ceiling windows. Sitting on the 2nd and 3rd stories (penthouse) it is like you are on the ocean. The property is located in the middle of Mission Beach and it has a wonderful quiet atmosphere at night, almost like you are on a private beach. The property is spacious and still warm. Comfortable beds and great linens, with so many extra pillows, blankets, and towels. Everything you need and more. The bathrooms are beyond words. We decided to cook and took advantage of the homes 3 ovens, Wolf range, and huge island in order to do so. All 7 of us were able to sit together in different areas of the home.The furnishings were better than all of the hotel villas we looked at. We used Prime Now for 2 hour delivery of everything from Sprouts to Keg N Bottle to over 100 restaurants. Due to the location of the house we received deliveries in less than 40 minutes. When we walked to local restaurants (Olive Cafe and 99 Cups) we experienced Cali cuisine and awesome service. There are so many amazing elements to the home and area, but there isn’t enough space to list. The home has a Control4 automation system, heated floors in the bathrooms, wonderful lighting in every room and every space. This house can be all things to all groups. On top of it all, Rebecca is truly wonderful. She was responsive from the moment we chose the home. She is attentive to every detail and in communication without being overbearing. She has style and grace, and she literally can be seen in this beautiful place. We’ll be back.

This is our 3rd time to vacation at Mission Beach and we loved it. Rebecca, the manager was great to work with. Communicated very well and met us at the house on day 1 to make sure we got settled in. The house is really great. The pics on VRBO are good but being there exceeded my expectations. Lots of room to spread out and be able to relax. The 2nd floor is where we spent all of our family time. This area which contains the main kitchen, dining, living and outdoor patio makes you feel very connected to the beach because the views are so good. The patio with gas fire pit is great at night. Kitchen has high end appliances and is well stocked. Location is about as good as it gets as the house sits evenly along the boardwalk between between Belmont and the pier. All parking in MB can be crazy but this place was pretty good. Nice garage, well stocked with beach toys and bikes was a great plus. There is also a side parking area in case you have guests stop by. We would definitely consider renting this home again. More great memories made.

This beach gem is loaded with upgrades throughout the home. The kitchen is equipped with all you need and the furniture is comfortable. Rebecca, the property manager was extremely friendly and helpful. We look forward to renting this property again 💕.

Many homes are nicely furnished with a good location. What sets this home apart is all of the extras. The kitchen has every extra – toaster, blender, mixer, coffee maker, nice wine glasses, margarita glasses, serving pieces, etc. All the beach equipment you could want including a wagon, spikeball, paddle ball, corn hole, surf boards, sand toys, chairs, umbrellas and bikes. The home has a whole house entertainment system with music players and a full range of channels and the ability to record shows. Many of the household supplies you need are also provided including very nice toiletries, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry supplies, etc. It’s so nice to not have to spend time and money getting beach supplies and household supplies. A few things other things to know. As many other reviewers have said this is a good home for families. It is located in the middle of Mission Beach which is the quietest area. The environment on both ends of Mission Beach is much more crowed and caters to more of a party atmosphere. Also, our group included two small children (1 and 3 yrs old). It was very nice that the interior stairwell that connects the two floors has a door on both floors. I would definitely recommend this place.

This 5 bed room accommodation was perfect for our family of 9 adults and a baby. Great top floor with kitchen, dining area, family room, and outdoor veranda all overlooking the ocean. With this lay out, we were able to cook and eat in on several nights. They also provided bikes and beach needs equipment. Everything in the home is top notch quality. Our family of eight was celebrating my husband and my 50th wedding anniversary for one week. This could not have been a more wonderful celebration. The condo is beautiful and oh so comfortable with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths broken up on two floor. Even though the staircase was a pain for me back and forth it gave us privacy and a place to just relax and be away from the crowd. The view is spectacular. Our three grandsons took wake boarding classes across to the bay...just five minutes away. The entire family was in the cold Pacific every day and it was so much fun with the boogie boards. The restaurant Mrs B's Coconut Cafe is just around the corner and we certainly enjoyed their flank steak twice. We highly recommend it as the best thing on the menu. Good place to relax around the fire pit. If you want the fire pit make a reservation. Our adult children surprised my husband and I with a Clambake on the beach. Wow! Was that delicious! The Clambake Catering did all the work. They served on a buffet table shrimp, crab legs and lobster with potatoes, salad, corn and fresh rolls. They set the table up right on the beach for eight of us. It would have been nice to pop a bottle of champagne but "no alcohol on the beach." Back to the condo...there were bikes in the garage area for use and some water toys which the kids appreciated. You have three parking spaces...two outside and one inside the garage which you share with another person. There is a fire pit on the upper floor which is wonderful in the evening while having a glass of wine or soft drink enjoying the sunset. The condo is decorated with taste and there were quite a few designer aspects especially in the bathrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils you need although the fry pans need replacing and there was no dish detergent for hand washing dishes...but I think that was overlooked when the apartment was cleaned. There was also a very small bar of soap in the shower...bring your own if you like a larger bar. The towels were plenty and very custom...even with ruffles. There was a washer and dryer on both floors and cooking facilities on both floors. Most of the time we spent on the upper floor. It was roomy and inviting with it's large glass windows looking out onto the beach/ocean. All and all I would definitely go back to this fantastic condo. A bit pricey but that's San Diego. The most beautiful place in the world

Location, amenities, views, comfort, luxury... this beach house has it all. I've stayed in a number of fantastic homes on the beach, but this one truly is a cut above. If you have a large group (we had an extended family of 9 adults), you will be more then thrilled with this home which gives you more than enough space to spread out, relax, and enjoy beauty of the beach. The location is really as good as it gets; you'll walk to everything you want on the beach, from bars and restaurants, to water sport rentals. Really, if you don't plan to leave the beach, you'll hardly need a car (except maybe for groceries), but with the ample on site parking, you wont mind having one either. I would highly recommend this home 10 times over and I certainly hope to and expect to be back again. Rebbecca was a fantastic and helpful host, and even the neighbors were all very friendly and polite. Bottom line, you wont go wrong here!!
