The house was beautiful. Perfect location. Has all the amenities you could ask for. Especially loved the pool and hot tub. Truly enjoyed every moment we spent there. Can’t wait to come back!

The house was absolutely beautiful and had incredible views of the ocean. I would say the only bad thing is the location. If your a light sleeper bring a noise maker as your super close to your neighbors and we’re had some very loud ones way into the night hours. But besides that the pool and hot tub were a hit with my kids. Not having to worry about being bathing towels and bed stuff was really nice when it came to packing.

Our family truly enjoyed everything about this place and location. The owners contacted us to make sure everything was OK. Very nice and made you realized that they cared about your stay. Looking forward to coming back!!!!

We had a great week. The pool and hottub were so much fun. The ocean was warm and really cool to play in. The stuff to use in the outside closet there was very nice to have. We loved it. The kitchen is really filled with everything you would need to make great meals. The owners are unreal and so friendly and helpful. They answer your questions immediately! Very beautiful and special place to stay!

Great House! Everything you need from a pool, hot tub, well fitted kitchen, ice machine and just steps to the beach. Paul's communication was awesome from pre-arrival, to checking in mic week and a quick Thank you when our vacation was over!!

First, I want to say that the owner of this property is easily the best I have ever worked with. Responsive, helpful and always available, Paul was really great to work with. The house was immaculate. It was clean, well appointed and the location was perfect for our needs. We were able to sit on the balcony every morning and watch the sunrise. Any time of day it was a perfect view with the sounds of the Atlantic in the background. The heated pool was great and despite a few hiccups, which were more than made up for by the owner, we were able to make use of it every day. The area is really nice and the restaurants that were recommended by the owners were mostly really good. Drunken Jack's in Murrel's Inlet was easily the best. All in all when I say that this was a perfect spot and a perfect week I am not exaggerating. Thanks again to the Ritcheys and we will be back!

We are so impressed with the owners of this VRBO! They were available to answer all our needs making sure our stay was the best it could be! The house was amazing and immaculate! The extra beach chairs, tent, boogie boards ect were top notch and greatly appreciated. The sunrise from the front porch was amazing ! The views of the ocean from the living space were amazing! We would recommend this rental to all considering a beach stay. We had 11 people and plenty of room for all! Thanks so much for all you do and the extras you put into your rental home!

My family and I absolutely love Atlantic Dawn. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and has all the amenities that we could want. The pool and hot tub are perfect as well as the beach and views. I can't say enough about the house and the wonderful owners. We just got home and already can't wait till next year's stay!

We’ve been vacationing in this area for years and this is the most beautiful and clean home we’ve ever rented. The house is well stocked, layout is great and it’s beautifully decorated. The beach is just steps away, the kids enjoyed the pool and we all enjoyed the hot tub. The owners are extremely responsive and work hard to ensure you have all that you need.

This has by far been the nicest, cleanest, well taken care of, and supplied with many amenities home we have stayed in. The owners were excellent to work with and addressed any questions we had immediately. Loved it!

Just returned from a week stay. Fun for adults and children. Convenient location, lovely house and beautiful beach. Not to crowded with plenty of space for everyone. House well equipped and all we needed to bring were beach towels. Umbrella and 2 chairs were placed daily on the beach for us. All enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Only glitch was cabanas are not allowed water front. Town ordnance. Would recommend this house!

This is a beautiful property right on the beach with a large pool and hot tub. It is well kept, clean, and stocked with everything you need. Molly and Paul responded quickly to our questions and our family of 13 loved it so much that we booked for 2022 during our stay! It was the first time I rented a private house for our annual family vacation rather than staying at a resort and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you Paul and Molly for a memorable vacation!

House was nice but some of the televisions didn’t work well.

Spent a wonderful week at the Atlantic Dawn with a group for friends. The home was beautifully maintained, spotless and well decorated. The location was perfect. Direct ocean access, with a gorgeous white sandy beach. Every morning, as arranged by the owner Paul, a beach truck delivered and set up an umbrella and two beach chairs for your use ( along with all the other beach chairs etc, in the house that you needed). Sitting on the deck in the morning with coffee and at night with a glass of wine was perfect. The area offers many great fish markets, restaurants, and activities if you chose, and Paul and Molly provide you an entire directory for your review.

Our family stayed here for a week and our stay was great! The house is right on the beach and ocean is steps away. The private pool is an added plus! The owner is extremely responsive and a great host from the day I booked the stay all the way through the vacation!

This house gave us everything we wanted - a wonderful, super clean house in a nice area that is literally right on the beach! Throw in your own private pool and hot tub, great restaurants close by and owners that give you everything you need to enjoy your stay and it was a lovely beach week for our family. Highly recommend!
