We had an amazing time at Peter's condo. It is truly a home away from home and very well laid out. We loved the attached garage with a 2nd fridge which is perfect in the age of Covid. There is a big table in the garage where we would sanitize stuff and leave it in the garage fridge. The condo is perfectly laid out and everything you need for an extended stay is there. It is quiet at night and the heat works great. But, the crown jewel is the deck and views which are FABULOUS. We spent hours there and there was simply no better way to end the day than with a glass of wine and the fire going. The view from the master bedroom is even more mesmerizing and waking up to the shimmering Pacific is priceless. Our only regret is we didn't book for longer when we had a chance.

Peter's home on Dana Point Bluffs was incredible and very classy. . We could sit on the huge balcony and felt like we were actually sitting on Doheny/Capistrano beach. You could hear the waves crashing and watch all the boats and kayaks and jet skiers and surfers in the water. the house was set up with everything you needed to cook a great meal, even the Viking stove was nice to cook on. The beds upstairs were all comfortable and easy to fall asleep in. We traveled all around Dana Point and San Clemente but you could just he condo your entire stay and just sit on the balcony for hours watching the ocean. It was nice parking your car in the garage. All the neighbors on both sides of us were so friendly and would talk to us from their balcony.

Our escape from Phoenix to the Jewel of Dana point was a godsend, and we didn’t let COVID-19 Get in Our way! Everything was perfect, from the accommodations, the location, views, restaurants, shopping - Etc. etc.! Peter was a perfect host, making sure that everything was top notch! We are looking forward to our summer stay in 2022!

My family and I stayed here over 3 months while our house was getting remodeled. Peter is quite the host always checking in and made sure all our needs were met. It was very nice hearing the waves crash as I went to sleep. There is a small green belt where the children can play and Pines Park is a 1 mile bike ride with the family! I can’t say enough on how much we enjoyed our stay! Who would ever think remodeling would be so much fun?!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Jewel of Dana Point, a lovely condo with an amazing view and location! It really worked well for our family - the livability and amenities (including the fire table, pool, and park) were appreciated and enjoyed by all. Convenient to everything SoCal, our month went by quickly. The condo was perfect for our family, a private and spacious floor plan, cook's kitchen and space to simply sit and visit. Our hosts were very gracious and available as needed. We are grateful for the many memories we made during our stay, and this beautiful property will be on the top of our list when we look to return again for an extended visit!

Our expectation was exceeded when we entered the condo of Peter. Reality is much better than the pictures posted. Everything you need is just there in well organized manner. The condo is very clean, has a stunning view of the ocean, you can hear the ocean waves even from the 2 backside rooms. All the family was very happy and satisfied. It is closed to the beach, supermarket, coffee shops, everything you need. Swimming pool is few steps from the condo. It is really a value of money.The most important is the extended hospitality of Peter, he came himself to say Hi and we spent very nice time together, we felt that we know him since long time back. When we needed minor maintenance; he highly concerned and promptly sent the technician who fixed this minor issue.We love it, and will be back soon :)

We truly enjoyed our month at this property. The views are absolutely spectacular. The accommodations were great and well appointed. The owner was very nice and always responded quickly. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to return some day soon.

I stayed at this beautiful condo for the month of November & loved every minute of it. My daughter attends Chapman University, so it was close enough to see her frequently, yet far enough away to enjoy a bit of privacy. Peter & Eve take wonderful care of the property and are available 24/7 for any questions. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms ample in size, the family room & kitchen well appointed and the extra amenities were abundant. The view from the glorious deck is to die for - and the sunsets are remarkable from it. We enjoyed many a night on the deck with the cozy fire pit lit. I am a rather finicky traveler and I would quickly return to this property and easily recommend it with 5 stars!

Exquisite. Breathtaking. Spectacular. Even the most discerning of travellers would be highly impressed by this luxe townhouse-style condo. With close proximity to Laguna and Newport Beach, a world of experiences and adventures are at your fingertips. Dana Point itself is also absolutely lovely (and a new favourite destination). I hope to be back in the area again soon, and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else if Peter's property is available.

Sitting on the deck enjoying beautiful sunsets and watching the surfers in the early mornings was fabulous. We loved spending a month without air conditioning, sleeping to the sounds of the waves. We were so close to the beaches, a 5 min drive to the state beach or 7 mins to the Ritz hotel and its beach. So close to everything Dinner or shopping in Laguna or Newport Beach. Or going to the races in Del Mar. The unit is furnished with everything you possibly can think of and the owners are right there if you need anything. The neighbors are quiet and considerate. Havin a place large enough for our grandchildren to visit was ideal.

We have been coming to Dana Point for five years now and enjoy all the area has to offer. While we have stayed in a number of places this the best ever from the views to the well appointed kitchen to a great floor plan. Peter and his wife do a super job in making the property ready for occupancy and stay connected throughout the visit to ensure all is well.

This is the most fabulous condo! The only question to ask now is WHEN ARE WE COMING BACK??!! We were here for a very extended (3 month) escape from the Chicago cold and never wanted to leave! From the moment we walked in, the condo felt like our home - luxurious in every way, as the photos will well attest. It is well -appointed with an amazing, convenient location and the very best ocean view in Dana Point! The gourmet kitchen is appointed with high-end appliances and every utensil/cookware/dishes you will ever need! The flat-screen Sony TV and stereo with surround sound and cable was also provided. The property is clean and well-maintained as the owner, Peter, kept it well-stocked with everything you need, from paper towels, vanity napkins, etc to shampoos, conditioners and hair dryers! The washer/dryer is conveniently located in the two-car garage and came with ample laundry soaps. Beach towels were provided as the beach is a 5 minute drive from the condo.The harbor, Costco, grocery stores, etc. were within a 5 minute drive as well. Be sure to buy some of Costco's fantastic wine. The selection there was outstanding. Our guests enjoyed their accommodations in the guest rooms, but moreover, relished on the back deck at the firepit listening to the waves and sea lions at night. Making Some'ors was never so much fun. The area provides a wealth of activities, as it is situated near the quaint charms of San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Laguna Beach and Corona Del Mar...many beach, sight-seeing and restaurant opportunities await you. L.A. and San Diego are easy to reach via the nearby freeway. In closing, we would highly recommend staying in this condo. You will not be disappointed! We would especially like to thank the owner, Peter, for his generous hospitality and professionalism. We truly enjoyed meeting you and having the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of Southern California at the "Jewel".

Living at the beach is now something I have set my sights on as I remember sitting on your large open deck watching the sun set and the ocean wave’s crash upon the shore, your view is absolutely the best anyone could ask for. Your weather conditions are most favorable considering the rest of So. California was experiencing triple digits conditions during our stay but we never once gave it a thought. We also visited your club house swimming pool and were equally impressed with that facility as well. Dear Peter and Eve, Thank you very kindly for your gracious hospitality. The condo was not only beautifully furnished/decorated but also well-stocked (i.e. paper towels, beach towels, toiletries, grilling tools, laundry sundries). The attention to detail was readily noticeable in the amenities (e.g. large cable tv with dvd selections, bbq grill on balcony, outdoor fireplace with seating, books & magazines, wifi internet). The pristine oceanview invigorated us every morning, and the sound of the waves crashing lulled the family to sleep in the evenings. Furthermore, the walk to Doheny Beach allowed us to traverse and explore the SoCal terrain while giving us a good 20-25 min cardio workout. In addition, the proximity of the condo to the I-5 was highly convenient. We could reach Irvine in 20-25min, Anaheim in 30-35min, and L.A. in about 1hr. Our New Yorker tendency would have liked a faster broadband connection, but we learned to disengage and chilled like a true Californian in your zen-like abode. Fantastic.....sums it all up in one word! Thank you so much for the opportunity of spending our vacation in your beautiful home. From the moment we arrived we knew that we wouldn't want to leave and its rare for a holiday home to exceed your expectations but your Condo really did. The setting was perfect overlooking the ocean and being a surfer, watching the waves from the superb master suite was something that dreams are made of.- Jacks Surf Hire at Dana Point were very helpful with board hire. The Condo was wonderfully equiped from the stunning kitchen, great bathrooms and the beautiful bedding we really couldn't have asked for more. We spent our days on the stunning sorrounding beaches,we particularly liked San Clemente and spent our evenings dining on the stunning terrace.
