The property was very clean, spacious, and the best walk downtown or to the beach. We didn’t use the beach items or bikes but I appreciated that they were there. Check in was ok- there was not a key located where check in process said there would be so we were concerned someone else was in the unit as the key was missing, lights were on, and windows were open when we arrived after 10pm. That was a bit unnerving to start but overall just an overlook from housekeeping. Aside from that, it was great and we would definitely be back. Having a garage was such a perk, too!

Our first stay in Oceanside and it was lovely! The property was just as described. Beds were comfortable. The place was clean. We didn’t cook a lot but we had everything we needed for what we did cook. Beach toys, boogie boards, chairs, umbrella and bikes were so nice to have and use during our stay. We also enjoyed some of the books and games in the house. Having a vacuum and broom in the garage helped us keep sand cleaned up. The beach was amazing! The access was close but a little work to get to with a wagon. I should have checked out the area more before heading to the beach so we knew to skip the stairs and keep heading north before going toward the beach access. The area felt safe. I was there with 3 of our kids and we were out past dark several of the nights after watching the sunset at the beach and we didn’t have a problem with the walk back. Access to the freeway was easy. My teenager had fun thrift shopping in the area. The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was perfect fit for my son and I. The host was awesome. We were near the beach, bikes available with beach chairs, kits, umbrellas and kites. It was very spacious and like being at home. Best experience I’ve had renting a condo. Absolutely recommend this condo and will definitely stay here in the future.

We three "Zonies" needed a break from the heat! Limings condo felt like home to us. We (I) walked the beach and pier every day. Too cold for us to get in the ocean, but had plenty to do every day with our short excursions around Oceanside and San Diego. Neighbors were friendly. People in other units were quiet and respectful. And we loved coming home to the breezy deck for evening cocktails. Thank you, Menijeh.

We were in town for our son’s wedding and needed a place that was pet friendly. This was a perfect location and close proximity to the pier and downtown. I loved the large master suite and the king size bed was so comfy! I liked the privacy that the bedroom provided in being apart from the living space. They provided multiple tower fans, plenty of towels, extra sheets, shampoo/cream rinse & soap, blankets and lots of dishes. The patio was spacious with plenty of seating. The kitchen was fully stocked and just the right size. My only complaint is it didn’t pass my cleaning standard. There was dust on all the framed pictures, kitchen cupboards doors (which I wiped down), and under the beds. Hopefully this will be taken care of soon.

Fantastic condo with an amazing view. Loved that we could hear the ocean and walk to the beach, pier and restaurants in just a few minutes. Very well stocked with everything you need, plenty of dishes, towels and cooking items. The BBQ was a plus for grilling. We definitely will be going back. A great place to relax with family and enjoy the beach.

We had some long awaited family time. The views were amazing both am and pm! The decor was perfect, the kitchen had everything we needed. The master shower was spectacular. Walks to the beach we’re close and had great people watching. Checking in and out was a breeze!! We live in a 30 ft trailer. This was a tremendous change. We wished we could stay long term!!!

The bed, the outside living room, the kitchen and living room were well appointed, comfortable and enjoyable. I would love to return to this home for a longer stay. The restaurants and beaches are great!

This property was such a great find for myself, my spouse, our two teens, my mom and our dog. The condo was in a perfect location to walk or bike to the beach. Restaurants and shops as well as a nice farmers market (Thursdays) were only a leisurely walk away. The view from the 2nd floor patio, sounds off the waves, as well as the lovely breeze off the ocean kept the place comfortable. Having beach accessories, bikes, parking for two vehicles, and laundry on site was very convenient. Manijeh was fantastic checking on us and responding to us when needed! Would definitely stay again!

We were looking for a home to stay for our first visit to Oceanside. This home is perfect in every way. The view and sound of the ocean from this home is perfect. The quick one block to the beach and playground for kids is perfect. Downtown Oceanside with bars, restaurants and shops are a quick walk. Once we parked our car in their garage we never had to drive again. The hosts were always available if we had questions. We arrived to a very clean bright and beautiful home. The kitchen and bathrooms are large and newer in design style. We would absolutely stay again and look forward to our next get away to Oceanside.

Clean, well stocked, good location, comfortable, spacious. Problems were: neglected to mention main porch/view area is SHARED. The only access the adjoining unit has is right thru your lounge area! We had a bunch of surfers traipsing in/out randomly. (they were nice enough, tho loud, but still, no privacy.) Very distracting, had to interact with them whether you wanted to or not. We often just went inside. Very disruptive & made our dog bark each time--& they never closed the gates on either side-so we had to for security & to keep our dog contained. Can't imagine if kids or party types involved. Would NOT have booked if this was known upfront. Also, because it was an unusually hot week, it was stifling in the unit--sleep was difficult & miserable. Fans did little to help. It was mentioned that there was no A/C, but assumed, ocean breezes would be ok-but there were none! So overall, tho the property could have been comfortable, this week it was not. And the shared front should definitely be stressed!

The property is pretty much as advertised, close to everything, nicely furnished, up to date baths and kitchen. Bikes, beach chairs, etc in garage for our use. Great ocean breeze through unit, we never had to use the conveniently furnished fans. Really glad to have garage in an area so close to the ocean. Really nothing negative to say. We were somewhat surprised to have the next door unit have their access through the deck of this unit. Affected the privacy a bit. But overall would book here again when coming to Oceanside. Great communication with everyone.

All the luxuries of home. Owners are very nice. BBQ was old. The next day the owner was there with a new weber gas grill. 1 block from beach. Ocean breeze constantly. Highly recommend.

We had a last minute invite to grand child’s birthday, needed a nice place to stay with other grandchildren for just one night. We’re very grateful the landlords here were willing to accommodate us when other landlords said no.

Everything I expected. The rental was clean, cute, centrally located, and has a very nice view. Love the patio too! The host was professional and accommodating. I would love to come back.

Very clean and comfortable. All the amenities plus! Apartment well equipped with essentials. If I could change one thing it would be that the front porch patio is access to the stairs for the unit next door so there is a little lack of privacy. However, neighbors friendly and helpful but gates left open many times. So be advised if you have pets or small children.

Really close to the beach and the top gun house. Bikes were good to use as well as the many amenities the house comes with. There were ants in the kitchen though. But overall not bad. You can see the water from the front. House was big enough to accommodate me and my family.

But with easy access to highway 101, we throughly enjoyed day trips to nearby Carlsbad Beach, Solana Beach, and Del Mar. BTW during the pandemic we have preferred VRBO over Air B and B. STILL DO!

Good stay easy check in check out. Place was clean but dusty in some areas like behind the floor fans in the bedrooms and other places. Annoying nats in kitchen. No cable. Beds mattress are too soft and need to be swapped out. Nice location view of ocean Condo equipped with everything you need. I used (old) barbecue, needed extensive cleaning before use.

The condo is gorgeous! It is clean, comfortable and comes with everything you need for a beach vacation! The location is perfect-close enough to see and hear the ocean, but far enough away from noisy beach traffic. Walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants.

We have been coming to Oceanside for a week of summer fun and relaxation for the last 10 years or so. We have tried many different rentals but this one is a gem. I think it will be our go to place each time we come! Everything was great: it is clean, has a well equipped kitchen, furniture and beds that are not outdated and were comfortable and overall the place is very spacious. Loved the large patio to enjoy the ocean breeze, loved having a garage for our vehicle, the bikes were great to ride to the harbor and we were able to bring our dog! The location is fantastic, a few streets from the beach/pier and from downtown. Great for just walking to stores/restaurants and to the Thursday night Sunset Market. Manijeh was very nice and communicative. Thank you Manijeh for your lovely place, it made our vacation even better!
