The apartment was spectacular. Everything the listing said was there. The host, Boris went over the top. Excellent place te stay. Marenas is a super nice place. The beach is awesome, the pool bar is excellent. Definitely will be back and will use Boris’ place again.

Everything about this condo is perfect! Boris stayed in contact to make sure we were good. Exceptional host! The resort fees are not bad, the valet is fast, and the food here is good. Door Dash was great too! We will be back! Thank you for helping to make my birthday so special! ❤️

This is a beautiful apartment on a great location. The apartment was very clean, cozy and with a beautiful view to the ocean. Everybody on the resort is super helpful and friendly. Overall an amazing place to stay. Thank you Boris for all you did for us. We can't wait to be back.

Highly recommend! It was an excellent property and wonderful stay for us! Everything was smooth and Boris is a great host! Very cooperative and responsive.

It would have been nice to know there was a trash chute. Location was ok, but dining was limited, the beach was dirty (not just seaweed, but dirty diapers and empties cups/cans). One worker said pool was open 24/7, another said 11pm, and another said 8pm. The owner though was very hospitable, the condo was clean and had everything we needed.

Awesome place to stay. Everything was exactly as described and expected. Check in was a breeze. Uing the chairs and umbrellas on the beach was the best - they take care of everything. Boris was an above and beyond host to make sure everything was smooth and perfect. He really works to make sure you have an enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Boris is very easy to work with regarding reservations and any information you might need for your vacation stay. The people at the resort are very accommodating and friendly. The room had a beautiful view of the intercostal water way and the ocean. At the pool there is food and a bar. You can eat and have cocktails on the beach. Accommodations were very good concerning the corona virus. Everyone wore masks when needed and distanced in the elevators but, it didn’t get in the way of an awesome beach get away!

The property and little resort was fantastic. There is an extra administration fee, resort fee and parking fee are an extra per day cost, but the condo was perfect, perfect perfect.

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views. Great location. Boris checked in on us and also allowed for us to have a later check out due to late flight. Grocery was close so no need for a car. Bonus was chairs and umbrella daily at no extra charge. When leaving we asked ourselves if there was anything we didn’t like. And the answer was NO! You will love it!! A perfect place for a long weekend with great views. Beaches of Sunny Isles are beautiful and great for long walks. The condo is well outfitted and with a grocery just a few blocks away everything is convenient. The owner was very communicative and checked in to make sure we were set. Would definitely come back.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Der Vermieter Boris war immer sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist im 19. Stock und seitlich positioniert. Vom Balkon hat man links einen sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer inkl. Küche, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. Praktisch war der Wäscheturm in der Wohnung. Am Strand wurden vom Resort jeweils Strandliegen und Badetücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Diese sind in der zusätzlichen Resortgebühr enthalten. In 5 Minuten Gehdistanz ist ein Einkaufszentrum Publix. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Beautiful views, a nice beach and pool. Parking is all by valet which requires a little forethought but all the staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again. Owner was very attentive, checked in by email several times to be sure all was ok.

Very clean apt with everything you need for your daily living, even my 6 year old loved it. From the balcony you can enjoy a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff are friendly too. Everything was as described by a hoster Boris. Looking to come back again to this amazing resort.

Condo is super clean! Basic necessities supplied. Resort staff are very friendly and happy to help (worth the admin daily fee). Only "surprise" is that they wanted to put $400 up front upon check in on my credit card for any room charges, incidentals....I found this extreme and they brought it down to $200. Boris is great to communicate with! Checked in with us during our stay and even offered a late check out. We are frequent Florida vacationers and this is certainly one of the nicest. We had Tropical storm Alberto weather while we were in, but again, the staff had the grounds covered even for those that didn't mind swimming in the rain! We found the pharmacy across the street (Navarro) a great place to hit for essentials and II Ponte Vecchio Pizzeria was GREAT for salads and pizza!! I have never had good pizza in Florida until there. I traveled with my 77 year old mom and 19 year old daughter and it was perfect all around. The room also gives you four beach chaise lounges and two umbrellas with two tables each day - super comfy cushions that the staff set up for you. Atlantic side is not my favorite, but if I do return, I would contact Boris again. Views are pretty and beach is clean. Nice big comfy outdoor beds and seating areas to enjoy on terraces throughout the resort and complimentary treats (fruit, chips, juice boxes) were put out daily while you wait for your car in the garage. Lastly, we only ate at the resort once for the Memorial Day buffet and it was very good. I enjoy cooking, so utilized all the condo kitchen supplies and the king bed is AMAZINGLY comfortable!

We stayed here for 7 nights and absolutely loved it! Apartment was nice and had all the necessary stuff for our enjoyable stay. It was clean and the views were just amazing! We spent a lot of time out on the balcony. Boris was very helpful during the entire stay and always made sure that we had everything we needed. He also offered a late check in and check out. Which worked out perfectly since we flew in super early. Resort staff was really nice and helpful as well. I do not see where the negative reviews in regards to the resort are coming from. We had a great experience. I would definitely recommend for everyone to stay here. I am definitely coming back!

The resort was awesome...great views of the ocean and bay, food was delicious...only problem was I don't get your room cleaned..no extra towels..bring your own toiletries...because you don't get any housekeeping services because your staying in a private room...other than that awesome!
