Wonderful property, really cared for with love. Fantastic view on the Atlantic Sea and St. Barth. Seemed to be located in the best part of the island. That it was so close to Pinel Island was a big bonus. Cyril was a great host, super helpful and good to talk to. We received very precise instructions how to find the Villa. Great breakfast. Home-made croissants. Excellent WiFi.

Beautiful vacation retreat away for some island peace. Gorgeous rooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, friendly staff, croissant & bread breakfast, easy spacious parking, WiFi, AC, luxurious design.

Location isn't walkable to restaurants or beaches. I just ate at the Super U market, which has a lot of fun local foods.

Comfort of the room, location, pool, breakfast, private outdoor space, friendly hosts, proximity to restaurants, free parking, etc. - would love to come back and stay at the JWILAVI hotel and would definitely recommend to others to stay here.

We stayed first in Grande Case to get the beach experience. Then we went to Cul-de-Sac for Jwi Lavi. Not far but different ambiance. Beachy touristy to residential quiet. Google maps did an adequate job of getting us there. Parking right in front of the villa was plentiful. Very helpful host checked us in. Few steps up to our very large room with a beautiful landscape/sea view. Very comfy bed and pillows. Big TV with Chromecast. Nice bathroom with good water pressure. Just a few steps down to continental breakfast. Our host was there to ensure we had everything we needed. Freshly baked bread and local jam and an excellent coffee maker. Close by is a Super U (local supermarket) where we bought European cheese and charcuteries to create a very big breakfast the next morning. After 2 full days of activities and some island hopping, it was so nice to come back to a quiet, comfortable villa with just a few rooms. It's a small island. Nothing is really far. But it was a world away from the hustle and bustle of Grand Case and Fredericksburg.

Could have used a couple of luggage racks. Maybe they had them we didn't ask. Everything else was so on point it didn't matter.

the villa itself and the whole area including the pool was just perfect. there’s not one thing I could complain about and made it more special as it’s our first holiday together as a couple so very satisfied with everything at the property

Very friendly welcome from Cyril (the owner), very tasty home made breakfast, nice and clean design rooms with the beautiful view and always clean swimming pool.

Spacious, light room with comfortable bed and a great balcony. Location is good if you have a rental car. Very close to Pinel and Tintamarre ferry and short distance to a number of nice beaches, our favorites were Orient Bay and Friar’s Beach.

A lot of times there was a strong sewage smell from the nearby shore. Breakfast was simple and tasty (only sweet things - croissant, fruit salad, baguette and jams), but the very same everyday with no variation whatsoever.

What I Didn’t Like Was That We Had To Pay For Extra Towels & Wash Cloths . Also The Owners Did Not Provide Pool Towels My Boyfriend & I Had To Use Towels That We Already Had Used From Our Room The Night Before . Other Than That Everything Was Perfect !

The location was outstanding. It’s about a 5 minute drive from 2 different outstanding beaches, and a direct shot to the ferry that takes you to another amazing island beach. The host is the kindest person. He try’s his best to make it a homey feel preparing homemade croissants, diced fruits, loaf of bread with jams and teas available. He also regularly schedules little events like water aerobics and things like it. He was easy to contact and made an effort past just the hospitality. Even attempting to free his schedule to see us off when we departed the island. Absolutely amazing guy and amazing stay. It will be my only stay location in Saint Martin from this point on!

Nothing to not like about the property at all! It’s not on google maps all the way to the property but that makes it that much better and once you’ve been there once you’ll have the hang of how to get there.

The free breakfast and personalized set-up was a great touch!

Nothing to note! We could not quite figure out how to use the TV but I think that was mainly due to my poor French.

The villa is wonderful and well done. It is clean, comfortable and they take good care of the guests. Located very close to Grand Case and Orient Bay.

Nothing really. You do need a car to get around as it is set back a little.
