Vue exceptionnelle des balcons, nous avions le bungalow 15, il est top. Super décoration, très propre, et que dire de l'accueil et des conseils de Coco! Génial. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Super freundliche Mitarbeiter vorallem Claude, sie macht, wenn es geht alles möglich. Vor der Reise super kommuniziert, hat immer Fragen gleich beantwortet, hat bei Ausflügen geholfen oder gleich gebucht. Wir waren gerade zur Sturmzeit anwesend und sie hat uns über alles informiert und erkundigt wie es uns geht. Einen besseren Vermieter hatten wir noch nie.Super Bungalow, alles vorhanden was man braucht und sich wünscht 😉
traumhafte Aussicht. Restaurants gleich in der Nähe zu Fuß zu erreichen, Bäckerei mit kleinem Laden in 2 min Fußweg. Tolle Gegend, man braucht zwar ein Auto aber das ist auf der französischen Seite nunmal so.
Pool ist auch vorhanden, klein aber fein.
Wir hatten Dream View Nr. 18, traumhaft.

La vue sur la baie. Le calme de la propriété, idéal pour se reposer après une belle soirée.
L'accueil et les conseils de Claude. Personnel attentionné et réactif. Le logement était fonctionnel. Encore un grand merci et à bientôt Claude!

Lovely site with nice apartments and small pool. Sadly area hit by hurricane Irma so much of the bay is still in ruins but we enjoyed wandering around and walking up to the point.
Bathroom is a little dated.

Coco the lady in charge of the Les Balcon's was excellent and was very tentative to our needs. It is quiet and very clean including the pool area. There are some restaurants within walking distance and there is a large balcony with a barbecue if you prefer to stay home and cool which we did most nights. It was hard to beat the view from our balcony while having dinner.
If we return to St Maarten we will stay here again!

Very nice property, great pool and amazing view! The staff is very friendly and helpful.
I think the location is great, very quiet and perfect if you are looking for something that is not a crowded area. Everything is so close in the island that is perfect to go to the beach during the day and have a great night and rest!

We really enjoyed our time here. There was a beautiful view from the spacious balcony which also had a bbq. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. There was on site parking and a pool which we really appreciated. We arrived late at night time but found the self-check in really easy.
Not the fault of the property but there was a regular water cut in the area and we didn't have any water for nearly the whole weekend which perhaps we could have been warned of prior. The bed cover was not comfortable.

Very nice bungalow with a balcony overlooking the Oyster Pond. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. It was cleaned every 3 days, enough to keep the place in a good shape. Very helpful staff. Claude helped me to rent a car. I could also use laundry service.
I would normally give 10 points but frequent water shortage has to lower the review score. I know it's not a fault of the property but it had impact on our stay. There is an water tank in the hotel but the shortage usually occurred early morning when no staff was there.

Very good location. There is a small grocery and four restaurants in walking distance. The bungalows have excellent view, the pool though a bit small, but good enough to cool you down after a busy day. Claude is extremely Quick in providing info, helping with arrangements. The athmosphere is very friendly.

The view is amazing, peaceful. We Met Claude who was really kind and helpful to us. We always had an answer from her o. Whatsapp, very convenient for us. The room was clean, the sofa bed was very comfortable. We had a really good time!

Very large space for a couple, perfect view and location, all the amenities at hand, feeling of safety and privacy, helpfull staff.
Could improve the cleanness a little, there was an uncomfortable smell from the wooden furniture, nothing that could be corrected quickly, so we didn't complain.

We spend a week at Les Balcons for our babymoon, and it was terrific. Bungalo 18 was even better than the pictures. We enjoyed spending time on the gorgeous balcony and being able to cook a few meals "at home." The area is very quiet, calm, and relaxing with a cute french market and good restaurants just down the street. Claude was an exceptional host - super responsive and welcoming but also gave us space to relax. Thank you for maintaining a wonderful place!
