Complete kitchen untensils and has an electric fan inside the unit.

There were cockroaches sa place when we arrived, even sa microwave that I had to wipe with tissue because the insects were fried even before we noticed it. Lol. The bowl(plates) were old and overused yata because of discoloration pero ok lang

The blanket and bed sheet doesn't smell good. Internet is not that fast

Views of Manila from the 38th floor for the first time.
Exceptionally efficient (lesbian) staff member - not a thing got past her - so refreshing!
Managing the elements in the booking was a bit confusing - but given the very reasonable price we were paying we worked through it relatively easily.
And that view was mire than worth it.

The room is dirty and there are bugs in the bed.

Clean room with everything you need plus more (netflix, hot n cold shower, rice cooker, microwave, fridge, and hot iron)! The bed is very comfy too. We had a nice and comfortable stay there.
It's near the mrt shaw station and along bus routes. Shangri la plaza and SM Megamall are just walking distance.
