The location and the staffs were ok.
No heater . Room not that clean . Floors has no tiles. Wifi quality was bad. Looks like it’s a very old hotel . For the price , it’s not worth it because you can actually get a much better hotel room for that price .

Its location because it is very accessible. But we were very disappointed with the facilities, room furnitures. No ones automatically replenish the tissue paper. Toilet sink was not working properly.
Very dirty appliances and furnitures. Like the air purifier that they have inside the room. on our very first day of stay it triggers both our allergic rhynitis because of dusty headboard, console table, air purifier and aircon filter. Aircon not working properly- i guess it needs maintenance.

The location is perfect. Commute is great and stores are all around.
It is not well maintained. 3 years ago, its was still fine. Now, the faucet handle comes off, water from the shower creates a puddle and the windows cannot be closed properly due to a television cable. All traffic honking is heard inside the room.

i like the location as it was near my workplace and the room is quiet, clean and cozy. I also had access to the internet
it was hard for me locate the area at first as the hotel name is different. But overall, i am satisfied with my stay.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Very attentive and accommodating. Thank you.
It could do with a kettle in the room, I drink ransoms hot drink every now and then when I’m in bed but couldn’t because I have to go out off my room to collect hot water.

Accessible to public transport and fast food.
The facilities esp. the internet. I hope they'll upgrade their connection next time.
The business is also cash basis only. Given that its already 2023 and they are affiliated with Reddoorz and Booking.com, it's about time to embrace card/online payment.

Location was good, very convenient to reach main avenues of Metro Manila and well provided with transportation to almost everywhere. Shower with hot water and AC working properly.
Size of the bed and room dimensions were ok.
Room was poorly clean. Hair from previous customer and/or cleaners everywhere.
Drainage of the shower not working and so the entire toilet gets flooded after using the shower.
Water closet flush tank not working, not discharging.
Door of the room like if it was made of paper. Noise from other rooms and corridor passes through. Lock very weak.
No window in the room.

Day shift staffs are arrogant. VAT should be included when booked and not a surprise when you pay in the counter .

Wifi access is good.
No lift/elevator. TV didn't have shows/ no signal and no remote control.

Friendly staff. Nice front desk teller and guard. Good service.
Minor problems on Cr leaks, busted light, hard to open doorknob, limited channel in television, and no cabinet and table in room.

I liked that it was located by local shops and food places
You had to constantly keep logging back into the WiFi. If you put your phone down for 2-3 minutes it would log you out. Also no shower curtain. Other than that it was manageable.
