Comfortable Stay, and met our expectations for our long weekend get-away. Great views and easy access to the beach. The available beach chair service was a huge advantage.

Great condo,very clean, pool and beach were perfect. Great location with everything you need within walking distance. Loved our week stay.

We had a girls weekend and with 5 women the size of this property was perfect. A spacious bathroom for each room was especially great. The views were absolutely amazing. The elevators can get a little backed up during peak arrival times but the wait was worth it. The four rental chairs and two umbrellas that came with the property were great (note they set them out at 9am and begin pick-up promptly at 4:45pm). We would highly recommend this property and hope to return soon!

Beautiful condo with an ocean view and quick walk to beach. 2 nice swimming pools with access to the Tiki Bar. Convenient location, very close to Pier Park so you don’t have to drive for food unless you want to. Walmart is just a few blocks away. We were fortunate and didn’t have to deal with the crowds. It was getting crowded as we were leaving, people coming for Labor Day weekend. I didn’t have to contact management because everything went smoothly. I did receive important information in a timely manner with instructions regarding parking garage passes, door code and instructions for checking out.

We will be back next year!

Everything was great even had a few convos with management and employees and every one was amazing! We had a great time! The bartender at the tiki bar was super nice! The room was clean. Everything was nice and updated! Definitely would come back

This is our 4th time staying at the Calypso with Warren Beach Rental. We will always book with them. Their condos are always amazing. This is the perfect location to everything:Pier Park, fishing pier and many restaurants. Everything you need is in the condo. Everytime our vacation ends, I'm excited to book the next one with them. Very comfortable stay! Weather was not the best while we were there but the condo was big enough for everyone! There was 6 of us and we never felt over crowded. Mostly everything you need is walking distance with amazing views! The staff is super helpful if you have any questions about anything. The condo had everything you could need. Kitchen was well stocked as well as the bathrooms! We’re definitely going to be booking this condo again for our next trip down!

This corner condo had a stunning view of the beach, pier, and Pier Park. The location was excellent. We loved being able to walk to Pier Park, restaurants, stores, and of course the beach. The property and equipment seemed a bit old, but that wouldn't stop me from staying there again. Checking in and out was easy, and the parking deck across the street was easily accessible via skywalk.

This is such a great condo! Very clean, roomy, and great location. Parking was convenient and easy. The beach is wonderful with restaurants and shops very close by. One of our sinks was clogged and was fixed right away. We will definitely be back!

Will stay here again! Great condo! Very clean! We vacationed with our parents and not of our Dad’s have physical limitations and the condo accommodated their needs with 2 of the bathrooms being walk in showers. Two bedrooms had ocean views. Balcony was extra spacious being a corner unit! Beautiful ocean views! Close to the Pier! Great location being close to The Pier and Pier Park! The TV remotes were a bit frustrating when we did have to stay in the room. Several remotes, and for “older people” it was confusing. Would be nice to have written instructions on the remotes. And staying at the Calypso we have learned there is always a chance of the elevators going down, and they were down an entire day. Once we informed our Condo Host they kept us updated throughout the day.

Our family had a wonderful time, this unit is in a great location for the beach, shopping, & dining. The views from the large balcony are awesome and having the beach chairs was a great plus. The kitchen was nice, we were able to prepare meals, lots of pots and pans, casserole dishes, etc. However, as far as cleanliness of the unit, overall it was ok, there is mold/mildew above the shower and on the ceiling in the master bathroom and one of the sinks barely drained, and the oven/stove was dirty. The towels that are provided definitely aren’t what I expected for something listed as premier (very thin and rough), corkscrew was not included in “every kitchen gadget” so I had to go buy one. There were plenty of extra pillows, but no pillow cases, so we had to go buy those as well. The dryer needs some attn, it took forever to get a few towels dry. Like I said, we had a great time and the unit is in a great location, just needs a little tlc. All of the Calypso staff and security were very nice and helpful.

All went well. Owner was easy to work with and very understanding when we had to cut our stay a day short for college move in.

Location to Pier Park is perfect and the West end showed some beautiful sunsets!! Owner was great to work with and kept me informed throughout our stay!!

All info was precise informative and helpful! I like the that they gave instructions! I just felt the linens on bed didn’t seem so clean and crisp and the oven was dirty but all in all a great vacation! Will book again next year!

Very nice unit except the chairs in picture are not accurate. Love the location, very convenient to everything. The rental agency was excellent!

My family of five stayed here for spring break and truly enjoyed this condo so much! It was very roomy and comfortable and the views of the sunset were spectacular! The check-in process was very easy as well as the communication with Mitch Warren! We will definitely be back!!!

Everything was super easy and convenient for booking, parking and getting into the condo. Management was always quick to respond to all questions we had prior to our trip. Our main complaint was the dryer took about three cycles to get a load of clothes dry. Otherwise no one wanted our week to end!

This property was perfect for our family to meet for Thanksgiving. The property has plenty of room for everyone to relax, my favorite was the large balcony overlooking the crystal clear water and the pier. The kitchen had everything that was needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner. This property is perfectly located within walking distance to many restaurants and shops at Pier Park. We can not wait until we are able to return!
