The house was perfect size and location, close to the pool, grocery store and town square. The golf cart life was a neat experience for sure, being able to visit 3 of the 4 town squares all via golf cart.
We loved that the villa had 2 bathrooms, laundry on site and a huge walk in shower.
The home was beautifully decorated and we wanted for nothing.
We highly recommend staying here.

Great property! It was perfect for us. We used the GC to visit my dad near Spanish Springs and to visit other Village areas. The dog was at home in the closed-in patio! The place was beautiful and had all the good stuff. We will be back! Thanks, J and K Bess

Super clean. Great location. I never used my car in the 5 days I was there. The golf cart was a big hit. You use it to play golf and go out to the square. The town square is great. All kinds of restaurants and bars. The Chop House was my favorite, ate there twice. If you want dancing and great bar scene go to City Fire at night. All the bands everywhere were great. The golf courses are spectacular. Great time!⛳️

Our Village Gem is an awesome place to stay for a short trip or an extended one. We have previously stayed here for 30 days so when we needed a place for a quick getaway of 4 days, we chose this house again. The location is great! The house is clean and decorated very nicely. The owners are very responsive if you have any questions or issues AND there is a golf cart for your use! If you know anything about the The Villages, you know that having a golf cart included is a plus! We can’t recommend this house strongly enough. You won’t be sorry.

A 5 minute cart ride to the center of Sumpter Square, & that’s not an exaggeration! The unit was very well equipped and clean. Owners were very friendly and responded to any requests. We were lucky enough to get the unit for next season. Can’t wait!

The "Gem" was perfect for us as we were house hunting. We would have like to have had more time to visit the pool. It is conveniently located and easy to find. We cooked about half of our meals there. Hosts were very nice.

Communication with owners was great, location was close to all amenities and the house was very nice. We especially enjoyed the use of the golf car. Only unexpected thing was the requirement to wash our bedsheets and towels before we left as we thought it was included in the cleaning fee. We had an early departure so had to get up early to strip beds to wash them dry before leaving. We’d definitely rent here again!

Very nicely situated home with easy access to shopping, dining and golf. House was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Excellent Wi-Fi and TV! The included golf cart worked well and was our primary method of transportation. Very happy with the overall experience.

This property is in the perfect location to Sumter Landing, 3 minutes by car and about a 7 minutes ride by golf cart. The property was extremely clean and the bed was so comfortable, we slept great and the neighborhood is very quiet during the day and night. Bill and Laurel were excellent host, the instructions were easy to follow and answered our questions quickly. We loved riding around in the golf cart that was provided to us. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will book with you the next time we are in The Villages.

This section of the Villages is centrally located and the homeowners are great to help out to make the stay the best! We loved it and would definitely rent again. The access to a golf cart was provided by the homeowners and its a must for the Village’s. So thankful to have found this gem and The Erskin’s are great!

Great Villa and Great Hosts!
The villa was super clean and had everything we needed including things that aren’t usually included such as spices, sprays, and oils for cooking. Plenty of towels (including extra large beach towels). The golf cart was great and Laurel and Bill even provided an extra one to accommodate the whole family! The location of this villa was perfect! Right down the road from two different pools and shopping. Would definitely stay here again!

The villa was just as described. Loved the location, king sized bed, and enclosed yard for our fur baby. The golf car was an added bonus. Owners were responsive and even arranged an early check in for us.
