We had two wonderful weeks. The area was nice and quiet. The house clean and comfortable and the pool was fantastic. Highly recommended

Lovely villa in quiet residential neighbourhood. Car is an absolute must have in order to appreciate NAPLES and its great beaches. Pool, barbeque and outside patio great for relaxing. Villa spacious and well appointed. Odd problems sorted immediately by property manager who lives directly opposite.Definitely recommended.

We really loved our stay at this property! The location was great, not too far from shops / beaches etc. Everything was spotless. The owners even left us a bottle of wine, some beers and some chocolates on arrival which was a nice touch. We’d definitely book again :-)

My kids and I had a fantastic stay at this property. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials, the pool had noodles and tubes and the bedroom bathrooms had everything we needed. I’ve already looked at staying here again next year! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

My mom, husband, 3-yr-old and I stayed for 5 nights and had a great time. The house was well equipped, the pool was great and the neighborhood was cute and quiet. House was a good size for our family too, everyone had their own space. We could walk to a local playground so that was a big perk but otherwise the location isn’t walkable to get to amenities. There are a lot of attractions within a 10-20 min drive - nice beaches, the zoo, historic Naples, etc. Also we flew into Fort Myers airport and it was an easy 30 min drive to get to the house. Highly recommend as long as you’re okay driving everywhere.

We stayed here for my 30th birthday. It was amazing! We had the entire house and it’s such a great size. The heated pool was my favorite thing about the house, and we really enjoyed the huge kitchen. Highly recommend this home!

We had to see clean when we arrived . The pool wasn’t as clean as we would have liked it to be . Couldn’t enjoy the last couple days in the pool because temperatures was off and water levels were descending . For the coast we were expecting more .

Extremely clean comfortable place to stay! Nice kitchen- large table! Nice pool to enjoy! Neighborhood is nice and safe but nothing fancy! About 10-15 minute ride to 5th Avenue, Naples!

We really enjoyed the cleanliness and amenities of this home. We found it especially helpful to have towels stocked, and everything you'd need to feel comfortable. The backyard set up is a dream with a covered patio, and a lanai atop the pool. Outside the home, you're close to shopping, and restaurants. The only and I mean only downside to this rental is that some of the neighborhood homes look run down. However, it is an extremely quiet and safe neighborhood. So the appearance of other homes is a non issue once you're inside this beautiful and well appointed home.

Very nicely kept house with a covered porch besides the pool. Very roomy and a great layout. Convenient access to main road and less then a mile from groceries and supplies.

Property was clean. Pool was great and heated. Mattresses were not great and could use an upgrade. Light and fan in master bedroom did not work. (or we couldn't figure it out)

We very much enjoyed our stay and the pool was super warm and made for a great time with our young kids. Would stay here again!

Good location . Close to everything in Naples. Heated Pool is the best feature.

It was a great place at great location. House has all the amenities. Owner is really nice. Property manager was also great in communicating. Pool was great. We had no issues and enjoyed the stay. We will definitely keep in mind of this property again, when we come back.

Location - about 10 to 15 min to the Lowdermilk beach / 15 min to Naples Beach. Quite neighborhood and not on main street.Accommodations - HEATED Pool!! This made a huge difference since we got rained in for three days. Kids had a blast and kept them busy and us sane; everything worked and pantry was stocked up. Bottle of wine was a pleasant surprise. Pack-n-play with nice mattress and all the bedding accessories. Regular and beach towels and beach toys; basketball and volleyball along with beach chairs and umbrellas. House was very clean when we got there and all things considered we felt cleaning crew did its due diligence. Bedroom locations were perfect since we had a toddler and an infant. While walls are not soundproof it gave us the needed privacy since sleeping schedules were different. Communication - owner was very quick in responding and was very pleasant. Can't wait to come back!
