Beautiful, quiet, and clean. Loved it!

Great place to spend the weekend. Property managers were very easy to work with and the area is nice and quiet! Great place to unplug!

My parents owned this place from 1984 until around 2009, then they sold it to my sister and her husband. The place looks so amazing, the Brittons have put a lot of work into it, as did my parents. Tons of memories there, it's a place I dream of having some day, relaxing quiet cove. Thank you for hanging onto the board with my parents name on it and giving it to me, it means the world to me to see it again and to have it. We had a wonderful time at the Barnette property! The cove they are on is perfect for swimming and paddle boating. They neighbors across the water are very friendly and helpful with tips. We rented a boat one of the days and had a blast at Coconuts with the kids, Daddios, and exploring the channel. We could have used more time there! We never even got to build a fire and hang out under their fun firepit enclosure area. You can tell the owners have put a lot of effort into the renovations they did.

Great house. We had 6 adults and was a great space. Cabinets are well stocked with lots of dishes, silverware,, pots and pans, even crock pot, and electric griddle/skillet. Multiple coffee makers plus a kuerig. We were pleasantly surprised to discover ice machine in utility room. Luckily, we had room to bring a propane tank and used the nice gas grill.. Beds were comfortable and there was extra blankets and pillows. Ceiling fans in each bedroom plus extra fans for each bedroom! Great quiet cove for swimming/floating and deep enough to jump off dock and not touch. We rented a pontoon from Rad Dads Boat Rental and they delivered right to dock. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a boat. There is a great spot for tubing right off cove or go just a little north off Coconuts, plus very close boating to Coconuts, Jolly Roger's, Daddios and other restaurants just a little further. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice, quiet location. Be prepared to drive half hour + for groceries or dining out off the lake. There is close access to dining spots on the lake from the water.

We enjoyed our stay here! They had everything we needed. The kids loved being able to fish off of the dock and had fun using the paddle boat. It was the perfect size for out party of 10.

Our family takes a trip to the Ozarks yearly and this home had the best location. It is located in a quiet cove & we never saw a boat from the main channel making it easy to relax in the water. We really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to coming back in the future.

This is a beautiful property in the back of a cove. The house has three rooms all decorated beautifully and and extra couch bed downstairs..The kids loved the kids room. Beds were comfy and I appreciated the t.v.s in each room especially on the rainy mornings! Loved watching the fireflies while sitting on the deck. Host was easy to communicate with. The home was a bit hard to navigate back to especially with our 28 foot boat attached as there is no where to turn around, however the neighbors were all super friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect. The part of the lake is much quieter than other areas and our kids enjoyed jumping off the dock, fishing, and using the paddle boat in the mornings before heading out on the boat. The deck was a perfect location for morning coffee while wathcing kids in the water.

All went well with the stay except the weather wasn’t the best which we had no control over.

We had a lovely time at the property for a relaxing Thanksgiving break. The house was spacious and quiet, the fishing was plentiful, and the view was amazing. Enjoyed our time.

It was a nice quiet getaway. The house is at the end of a quiet cove. We rented a boat and kept it at the available boat slip. We loved the upstairs bathroom renovations.

Perfect place to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. The property was spacious, clean, and cozy! Would stay again in a heartbeat!!!

Everything was very good except someone dropped some stray cats off on the property. I'm deathly allergic so that was less than optimal.

We loved being back in the cove. It was quiet and the water was very calm so it made for great swimming/floating conditions. The paddle boat was a huge hit with the kids. Outdoor seating was plenty and only a few steps to the dock. Fishing was not the greatest off the dock, mainly just small perch but enough to keep the kids entertained. The beds were comfy, rooms were nice sizes and each room had a tv. Kitchen had everything we needed. Overall, we loved this house and would definitely stay again in the future!

Property is back in a nice little cove. Dock was great to swim on and the cove was wonderful for skiing and fishing. Plenty of beds and the new shower was great! Neighbors are pretty close and there is no grocery store within 30 minutes which we wish we had known before getting to the house. It was a good trip and the family all had a great time.

We had a great family weekend! The dock and swimming were the kids favorite part! The house was awesome!

We have stayed at the lake for the past 3 summers and this was our absolute favorite place! There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room. Perfect spot to swim and float. Kids also caught fish off the dock and enjoyed the paddle boat. The home is stunning and the outside is perfect!
