This is such a beautiful home! The view was spectacular from the minute we woke up and went to bed; I enjoyed lots of patio time. The sound of the waves was a pleasant surprise as I slept. Debbie, the owner was an excellent host and provided everything and anything you could think of to have the perfect vacation. The home is fully stocked and word of advice- don’t over pack like I did. Check-in was quick and easy and the home was immaculate when we arrived. This was a staycation for my fam and I, but we did take advantage of the beach cruisers and took plenty of walks around the neighborhood. This was our first time in Oceanside and enjoyed the small beach town. I can’t wait to return and I would definitely stay at this house if given the opportunity. Thank you Debbie for providing the perfect place to make memories.

Loved the property, location, and the ower. We had everything we needed and then some for a wonderful two-week stay. The location is perfect. There is something to do in every direction, and you never have to move your car. The beds were heavenly, and the kitchen well appointed. There was room to spread out and have your own space. My adult sons stayed in the basement, which was their own apartment. They loved it. The only complaint I had, and it is a small one that I have at every rental home, is the kitchen knives were dull, and there wasn't a sharpener. I'm a big veggie person, and good knives make all the difference. That's it for complaints!!! This place and owner are fantastic, and I would recommend staying there to anyone that wants a perfect family house in a great location!!!!

Beautiful views. Great location. Very clean and they have everything you need. Owner kept in touch with us and even came by with a new umbrella for the patio.

This is an amazing beach home. It was the best equipped rental we have ever stayed in. It had all of the extra small appliances that you could ask for. We loved the pool table and the out door fire pit. Debbie was a joy to work with. We will definitely stay here again.

The home we rented was beautifully appointed, clean and very comfortable. The appliances were modern and worked beautifully, the rugs and furniture were like new;. The owners were prompt with the smallest request. Plenty on parking, games and sports equipment and perfect view of the ocean.

Very comfortable beach house with the best views of Oceanside. There was plenty of room for our family of 9 without ever feeling crowded. There was enough space on the balcony for all of us to enjoy at the same time. Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. And what was an added bonus is that there was plenty of extra towels, bedding, beach chairs, boogie boards for all. We very much enjoyed our long weekend and only wish we could have stayed longer.

What a wonderful place to stay at the beach! The weather was beautiful and the house was so lovely. Quick beach access and very close to the pier. The home was very roomy too. The hosts were so sweet and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

We wanted a property right on the ocean with a great view, close to restaurants and activities, within a close drive to San Diego / Del Mar, and just a nice place to relax. This place was clean and comfortable and my wife and I and the other couples we stayed with will not soon forget the ocean views esp. in the morning and at sunset. Debbie was great to work with and answered the few questions we had promptly. Would definitely recommend this place ot others - we had a fabulous time.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay in this spacious and lovely home, especially evenings on the balcony looking at and listening to the ocean and talking for hours! Debbie was very responsive, and we had everything we needed.

We had a great time staying here. The location is perfect. The house has everything possible for a great time at the beach and in the ocean. The owners, Debbie and Robert, were awesome to work with and we will definitely come back soon.

Very nice property! Very centrally located. Easy walking distance from all of our outdoor activities. (fishing, swimming, shopping, going to church, shopping, Art Walk, Sunset Market, etc) We really appreciated the outdoor shower. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to by right by the beach with local access to everything!

My family stayed at this property in March, and we couldn't have been more impressed. The view from the balcony is breath taking. The home is spacious, modern, and is equipped with everything your family needs, to have the perfect beach vacation. We have vacationed in Oceanside on and off for the last twenty plus years, and this was by far our favorite vacation rental. The location is incredible, you have plenty of parking space, and did I mention the breath taking views. The pictures on the website do not do it justice. (no offence to the photographer) You are literally just steps from the beach. My family and I can't wait to go back.

My family of 7 ages 11 to 56 had a wonderful Spring Break vacation at this home. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with beautiful cookware, serve ware, dish ware and top of the line appliances. The view is spectacular. Just steps away from the water. I could watch my grandsons surf from the balcony. We were blessed with perfect weather as well! Couldn’t have picked a better place to spend the week.

This was a great house. I have rented many vacation homes and this one was one of the best stocked houses we have ever stayed in. Very full, complete kitchen. Bathrooms had an abundance of towels and supplies. The deck was nice and overall great experience. I would say the downside was the beach, which the owners cannot control. We were not able to lay out or play in the sand directly in front of the home. The owner was very communicative and helpful and I would definitely stay there again. This felt like a home much more than a rental. 5 Stars for the house for sure!

Beautiful home literally on the water. Great for families. Owners didn’t miss a detail. Lots of space for big families. Great location for Disney, the zoo, and Seaworld. Fun downtown w great restaurants. Beach parks are perfect for young families for a morning stroll. Owner was always available for questions and guidance and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was awesome. House is newly updated.

This home was perfect for our family of eleven. We all enjoyed the view of the ocean and watching the surfers from the patio. We relaxed in the living room reading, playing games, and visiting. The open floor plan allowed those working in the kitchen to join in. The downstairs was a fun place to play pool and watch movies and at the same time, a retreat for one family of four. The location makes it possible to walk downtown, to the pier, the movie theater and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the house was stocked with anything one could possibly need, including bicycles, boogie boards, and beach chairs. The owners take pride in their home and it shows! We hope to return one day.

This was our first time staying at this property. It provided all the comforts of home and so much more. It absolutely exceeded our expectations. Our family had a wonderful time and we can't wait to return next year!!! Debbie thank you for your tremendous hospitality and opening up your lovely home for families to enjoy!

My Mom, sisters and I just returned from a wonderful 2 weeks at Debbie and Robert's house in Oceanside. It is a beautiful house in an awesome location. It is right across a quiet one way street to the beach. The house is super comfortable and well appointed with everything you could need. We had lovely walks on the beach and nearby pier. A short drive to shops, restaurants and grocery store. Outlet malls and tourist attractions within about a 3/4 hr drive. Tim, our contact, was very helpful, friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend staying here. We had a wonderful time making special memories with our 92 year old mother.

This house is very beautiful and spacious, I love the décor absolutely gorgeous. Upstairs has three really nice bedrooms with two and ½ bathrooms, laundry with washer/dryer, the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a dining area that seats twelve and a beautiful living room with a gas fireplace that I really enjoyed, with a very large window with a beautiful ocean view. The balcony is fabulous, during the evening we enjoyed a barbecue and once we were finished with our meal we lit the firepit and sat outside and listened to the ocean. During the day at about 9:30 am we seen a pod of dolphins on both days which was very exciting. Downstairs is a very large area (mother-in-law suite) with its own bedroom with two queen beds, bathroom, living room with TV, kitchen area, dining table along with a pool table. We had a lot of fun playing pool with our family. It has a really nice court yard where you can sit outside and enjoy the sun, read a book, and there is also another barbecue in the court yard where you can barbecue downstairs if you would like to. They provide everything that you could possibly need for the beach. Beach chairs, beach towels, they have four really nice beach cruisers which we had a great time riding to the pier and listening to music. I would really recommend this beach house to anyone wanting to vacation in Oceanside. I will definitely be returning. Cheryl Silliman
