Overall, a decent unit especially since we got to bring our pet. Biggest improvement is the cleaning crew needs to do better. Love the tile but it was quite dirty and turned our kids feet black. Lastly, I would add items to the kitchen.

Location to parks and beaches were all central and key to my family vacation.

This condo was convenient to the parks and dance convention venue. The Publix and Walgreens were so convenient to use. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. Great place to stay.

Fleas was in the unit. Sent pictures of a bug and spider in the bed. When I addressed it to them they sent someone out to Inspect the unit him his self said the cleaning people was horrible and he also email them pictures. He also said they coulda moved us to a new unit but they didn’t. So next day i asked for a refund to go stay somewhere else. Her response was I’ll get someone to bring new sheets and come clean but she didn’t.

The condo was in a great location and close to many attractions. It was perfect for what we needed!

We called less than 2 days after leaving our vacation home to let the staff know we had left a very expensive piece of equipment (a very large professional blow dryer for dogs) in the guest bathroom under the sink. After 10 days of calling and speaking back and forth, the management refused to retrieve our blow dryer from the property for days until either 1) another guest stole it or 2) staff took it for themselves. It was absolutely ridiculous that it took over 1 week for these people to get someone to go check out on the blow dryer, and it wasn't for nearly 10 days until they told us it "couldn't be retrieved". If they had checked the day we called, it would have been there. I sincerely don't even believe they actually checked because the place was occupied and they didn't want to bother the people staying there. So after leaving we had to buy a new dryer for a few hundred dollars after spending nearly a thousand dollars staying here. The service we received after we left was just so rude and unsympathetic.

The Vista Cay Area is perfect. The building And parking are great. The unit (4862) had no working TVs, very little amenities, and not cleaned

It was clean and close to where we wanted to be. Wish there were ceiling fans because it did get a little hot and stuffy considering the thermostat only went down to 74. Not bad given the price and the location.

Upon checking into Ana's Joy, we found the property decent and comfortable enough to rest our heads for the 9 days to follow. Unfortunately, two days into our stay the AC stopped working in the middle of the night and the temperature climbed to 81 degrees. When we called the following day, the property manager never apologized and said she could not help us until the following day. We asked to speak with the owner or upper management and she said the office was closed. It was absolutely unacceptable that this was handled in such a manner. She also said to me. "I see this is your first call regarding this matter." As if the room temperature reading 81 degrees wasn't enough of a concern. We had four children staying in the condo and one with severe anxiety who struggled terribly through the night. I told the manager it was unacceptable and I'd like compensation for the evening. This was not addressed or resolved for us. The condo itself could use some deeper cleaning , as well as some low cost replacement items. The bathroom rugs were filthy and looked as if the hadn't been cleaned or replaced in ages. The sheets were nubby and very worn. Small upgrades go a long way in terms of comfort for a guest. I also was unable to get the tv working in the Master Bedroom. I do feel if we had been taken care of with more customer service the second night we had to sleep in the 81 degree room, we would have been able to focus more on the positives of the condo. However, that experience in itself was miserable. It is so sad that there was no follow up or check in regarding AC unit. Even compensation for the second night would have gone a long way. I would not recommend staying at a property where the manager or owner does not care enough about the comfort of their guests, never mind a broken AC!

Publix shopping center in literally next to it and also has a Walgreens, Pizza restaurant, Subway and Dunkin Donuts there too. The condo was clean and was enough room to breathe with two teenage boys. The amenities at the condo were awesome pool, gym, clubhouse and even a pool bar. Will definitely stay here again had a small maintenance issue and they came right out when called and we didn’t have to wait around for them. The only downside, if you are planning on cooking in the condo all week they have limited cooking utensils and pots and pans but we made it work. I cooked dinner for 9 (my family we were visiting) and made it work.

It looks like it had just recently been redone and everything seemed new in the place. We have been staying at Casiola properties at Vista Cay now for about 7 years and have never been disappointed. Our main thing is that the condos are clean and they do a great job of keeping them very clean. The location is also great, within a 15 minute ride (with average traffic) of Disney, about the same to Universal and right next door to Sea World. We will stay here every time we visit Orlando.

We would probably not select this condo for another trip.

It was clean and well maintained. The pool is nice and this condo is an easy walk to the pool/club house. The only downside was the kitchen had the VERY basics and even lacked in a few necessities... We wished it had been a little better stocked but we made due. The only other issue was that there wasn't enough toilet paper provided. Nothing that made me change my 5 star review but just things to note! :)

Not sure if they updated the inside recently and just had not updated photos yet. The unit was not super clean, but not super dirty either. I would've liked it to be cleaner. Bathrooms were spacious. General feeling at this "resort" was that it was more like A TON of apartment buildings with a pool for all to share that anyone could walk into from the street. Didn't seem like a resort at all to us. They give you "VIP passes" for the amenities, but actually pool gate is just left open for anyone from the street to walk in, and they do because we saw it happening. Grounds around the lake and pool were very much neglected. Almost all the mulch was missing. Bushes, trees, grass not in good shape at all. Groups of younger people partying and walking the grounds late at night. As a couple in our 40s we will not be going back here, but maybe it would be better for a different crowd. A lot of single men and younger people roaming around there, so maybe if that's the crowd you are looking for you would like it better than us. I do think the owner of our unit is probably trying to do a good job. Probably doing best they can with what they have. I felt it was extremely overpriced for what we got though. We have spent significantly less per night at a gorgeous private homes in FL with private pools that were in much better shape than this place (inside and out). We have also lived in FL so are very familiar with what we should be getting for the price we paid, and my opinion is that this is overpriced. It's one of those places that looks a lot better online and is a disappointment once you actually get there. I guess it would do in a pinch, but I do not plan to return and I would not recommend it to family or friends unless they really needed a reservation and couldn't find anything else.
