My family and I had an amazing stay at Joan’s condo. The condo was just like the listing photos. It is conveniently located on the Wells/Ogunquit line. It is close to beaches, restaurants, and downtown Ogunquit. The pool was great, especially after a beach day. Highly recommend this listing!

Enjoyed our stay in Ogunquit. The location is close to both Wells and Ogunquit and many good restaurants. We also enjoyed the heated salt water pool at our condo. Joan was accommodating and prompt. She even arranged to mail some jewelry I left behind!

Nice, clean, 2 Br condo…only 1 car parking was a bit of an issue having 3 vehicles…. Also 3 miles from beach not ideal. Overall experience very good, aside from those drawbacks

We loved this property. It was beautiful and clean and the host was very communicative and welcoming. We spent a lot of time in the pool and we’re only a few minutes drive from multiple beaches. We would absolutely stay again.

The interior of the property was nicely decorated. The location is convenient. However, the description of the property having "ocean views" is a bit misleading. One can see the ocean off in the distance when standing up and one must peer over the roof and pipes of the condo across from the property.

The condo is clean, well-equipped, very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Its location is very convenient for Ogunquit, Wells and surrounding areas. Joan the owner was extremely helpful and responsive. We loved our stay here.

We stayed here for a week in July. Super clean place that was nicely decorated and had all the needed accessories. Beds/furniture were comfortable. Close enough to walk to the beaches (about 1 mile...under 20 mins). Nice AM views of the sunrise over the ocean. Very quiet at night. We'd recommend this place/would stay here again.

Joan was very helpful with any questions I had. The place was in a perfect location for day trips and the ocean. It was exactly as described. It was a beautiful place. I would rent again.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The decor was beautiful and the condo was super clean. The location was right next to the kayak rental and they had a pool onsite. Although the trolley wasn't running due to Covid we were within a close drive to the Ogunquit Village and Beach. I was very impressed with Joan (the renter) and her quick reply to any questions we had. She was wonderful to work with. We will definitely be staying here again.

This is an amazing, luxurious place to call your vacation home! Absolutely everything you could possibly need and then some. Joan was a perfect hostess and a great source of information. She went over the top to ensure our stay was comfortable and was totally attentive and answered our questions immediately. Can't wait to return to this beautiful place!!!

The owner, Joan was excellent to work with, answered any questions very quickly. Property IS as advertised, with the exception of not exactly ocean view more a ocean peek, which was fine. Close to everything.

We stayed for a week in July and had the absolute best time. The condo is gorgeous and immaculate and so well acquainted to so many beaches and restaurants. Joan was so professional and incredibly responsive. We’ll be back next year :)

We really enjoyed our stay in this appartment, the ocean breeze came through the large windows. Very quiet complex, well situated, the bed was very comfortable. Joan answered quickly when we called her. Only downside, the large private deck is not furnished and it would have been nice to use it.

We loved the place. Joan was very helpful and the kind welcome was appreciated. The decor was perfect; Airy and open. The walk to the beach was beautiful and the beach itself breathtaking as was Marginal way. My only complaint is that my stay was far too short.

My husband and I enjoyed a week at "Not Your Average Beach House", the condo was welcoming from the minute we arrived, it was immaculate, bright and cheerful, it had all of the necessities for a weeks stay, it was conveniently located to the beach, shops and restaurants, our hostess Joan was very accommodating and always available if we had any questions, we look forward to returning next year !!! Four nice days in Ogunquit in a nice and well decorated and furnished condo. Everything was there for our confort. The site was well organised with a clean pool, very useful with the hot sunny days we had. If you want to threat you in the evening, try Angelina’s restaurant.

Had trouble with the television / Cable...only complaint.

Our stay was perfect. The condo was emaculate, well appointed and supplied with everything one may need. It’s the first time I walked into a rental and did not spend the first day sanitizing. In addition the dacor is lovely. Joan was great to work with, very responsive and accommodating. We met other complex owners who were so kind and fun it was like living in your own little village. Family came and enjoyed the pool, ping pong and played games in the community center. Although there is air conditioning we preferred to sleep with the windows open and enjoyed the refreshing Maine air. Since we traveled from California it was a lifesaver to have bedding and towels provided along with a washer and dryer so we could pack lighter. My only suggestion would be that the community center add a couple of barbacue grills by the pool for guests to enjoy. I thank you Joan for creating a peaceful, respectful, clean and inviting environment for us to relax, unplug and enjoy.

It was a perfect condo, perfect location, and a perfect owner who treated us like family. Joan is amazing!

What a wonderful vacation we enjoyed at this condo! It was everything we expected and more. As we packed for the beach each day, we were delighted to find things we had over looked...like sandwich bags and ice packs.. ready for our use. The Trolly made travel to Ogonquit convenient even during heavy tourist times. We went to a different beach each day and were lucky enough to ride the waves with some native seals on our last day!! Pictures of the Nubble lighthouse will probably make this year's holiday card! Thank you, Joan.

We stayed in Joan's condo August 12th through August 19th. If you are looking for a place that is close to everything but not in the congestion of downtown Ogunquit, then this is your place. It is actually a quiet setting and the amenities in this condo are astounding. Everything you need or could possibly think of is there- from the basics to things I would have thought we would have had to purchase on our own, for example, paper products, cleaning supplies, kitchen condiments, etc. Also, previous renters had left a few unopened food products and we did the same. The condo is ammaculately clean and the furnishings are comfortable. The decor is beautiful. As soon as you walk in, you have a feeling of relaxation and calm. The condo is on the top floor and from one bedroom you are able to lay in bed and see the ocean! We also took advantage of the pool and club house playing ping-pong. There are two locations to access the beach- Bourne Street and Ocean Street. We choose to walk to Ocean Street and access the beach at Footbridge. It took us about 20 minutes each way. Our group included myself, hubby and our 17 year old daughter. We transported all our beach supplies in a wagon. The weather was in the low 80s and the walk was nice. We also chose to walk because of the parking lot prices at both Bourne and Footbridge- $25 weekdays and $30 weekend! We decided to save that money for lobstah, of course! We had a wonderful family vacation. Joan is very friendly and helpful, leaving us a hand written welcome note when we arrived, which I thought was very thoughtful. We look forward to a future visit.

This was our second trip to Ogunquit/Wells, only this time on the other side of town. The condo is in a perfect location to walk everywhere. It is well equipped and very comfortable. We loved that everything was new and current. The saltwater pool was an added bonus and we used it often after coming home from the beach. The complex is super quiet. Joan, the owner, was very helpful with any questions we had. The area has lots of restaurants within walking distance, as well as other attractions like mini golf, go carts, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. The walk to Ogunquit is about 1.5 miles, which my husband and I took on every morning to get fresh pastries at Bread and Roses bakery. The walk to Moody beach is about 1 mile and also very convenient and lovely. All this walking helped us burn off the calories consumed from the many excellent foods the area has to offer! Make sure to visit Kennebunkport and its stunning ocean views. And of course Marginal Way in Ogunquit. We're already looking forward to our next visit!
