Beautiful and well appointed home. This is a jewel in the village of Ashland. Will be back again and again.

We stayed two weeks in this beautiful location after we lost our home in the Almeda Fire. It had absolutely everything we needed to make it feel like home. You really cannot find a better location in Ashland. We enjoyed mornings on the porch, walks downtown, and home cooked meals (what a lovely kitchen!). Be warned though - the cork floors are quite slippery. Slippers came in handy!

It's a beautiful place in downtown Ashland, and myself and my partner enjoyed it. We stayed for a month and it's a great location near downtown Ashland. It's not in the middle of downtown, but the middle of literally 2 blocks away. The house is on an area that is a nice residential neighborhood, bordering the start of downtown. Because of this, it's next to a busy street so you will hear car noises in the morning if the windows are open, but the traffic goes down at night and no problem with the windows closed. It's not bad at all, but just a heads up for those sensitive to car noises. Neighbors upstairs are super friendly, you don't hear them as the house has good soundproofing. The back yard garden is really nice. As for the inside, well you see everything in the pictures. It's a very nice place. It just doesn't look good, it feels good. I highly recommend it!

The place was exactly as described--nicely set up inside, with a lovely front porch and back yard that made it ideal in nice weather. It is well-appointed with linens, toiletries, and a well-stocked kitchen, and it is right in the center of town. My only quibble is that I felt the blinds in the bedroom let in too much light--waking me at 5:30 am in the summer. Otherwise it is quite quiet given its central location, although you can hear footsteps in the Oberon house when they are above (but not tv or conversations). There were two small problems with the house, which the owner took care of immediately. Overall, this house was key to having a lovely relaxing stay in Ashland; I would definitely return.

We had a wonderful time stay at the Titania property in Ashland. It's very centrally located - one block from the main street and three blocks from the the grocery store co-op. We would definitely stay here again!

The third "bed" is a rolling cot. Otherwise the house was amazing, great walking to everything. Last minute booking with a few glitches related to that but the host was very accomodating.

Appreciated all the wonderful touches in this beautiful accommodation so close to downtown Ashland. It was convenient and had easy parking both on the street and dedicated in the back. The home is wonderfully curated and has all the things one needs for a good stay. Hope to return soon! Especially appreciated the kindness and local advice of owner Mr. Rood.

This is our 6th visit to Titania, and it always feels like home!! A warm, cozy house in Winter, it is the absolute best place to stay in Ashland!! We’ll be back this Summer!

The cottages have been totally updated and like new. Very comfortable and nicely decorated, extremely clean. Have stayed very close to this property prior and Titania is far more refined and enjoyable than anywhere else we have stayed in Ashland. Highly recommend.

Great in everyway

Our favorite rental in Ashland....and we've tried them all. One of the few places I've stayed where I feel as comfortable as I do at home. My only advice is to purchase better kitchen knives. Other than that, it was perfect!

We are two couples and this is our preferred rental for our yearly trips to Ashland. This classic old Ashland home has been admirably remodeled with attention to privacy, soundproofing and landscaping. It is carefully maintained, clean, roomy and tastefully decorated. Despite "downtown" convenience there are several wonderful private places to sit and enjoy the outdoors. The air conditioning is effective; the bathrooms are simple and elegant; the kitchen is well equipped; and the shared space is comfortable. Our host is helpful and easily reached. This was our fourth stay and Titania/Oberon and we hope for many more.

Well appointed, fresh flowers and well equipped. Beautiful yard and excellent location. Because we rent both properties, having that option on the VRBO web site would make it much easier. I also feel if both properties are rented, one 100.00 fee should apply.

Lovely cottage..well located..beautiful grounds..well equipped kitchen..quiet and peaceful. I can definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to Ashland!

We have stayed at this property several times and it has been delightful every time. The decor is lovely and the place is spotless. She has supplied everything you need for a comfortable stay. The best equipped kitchen we have ever had in a VRBO. The location is perfect- right in the heart of town, an easy 3 block walk to OSF. Highly recommended.

We had a great five nights at Titania. The owners were very accommodating and the home was clean and well-equipped. It’s a warm and comfortable place, in a safe and fairly quiet neighborhood, and with a beautiful, peaceful backyard. And it’s only a three-block walk from the Ashland coop. So we could cook most of our meals with great food, and still buy treats at the spur of the moment without having to use the car. In fact, other than for daytime sightseeing in the area, we didn’t get in the car at all! What a luxury. We’d happily come back.

We stayed at Titania for a week. The unit is beautiful with all natural furnishings. The location is one block from the downtown area. The kitchen is well stocked and very functional.

Our stay was very comfortable thanks to the properly stocked kitchen and all of the "home away from home" touches added to the apartment!

Spacious, great location for restaurants and the OSF, welcoming.

We are a group of four adults and rent both Titania and Oberon for our visits. The apartments adjoin each other and are always comfortable, well stocked for cooking and relaxing, and within walking distance of plays, restaurants and shops. The house is clean, beautifully remodeled and tastefully decorated. Despite the central location and an upstairs apartment, our area, which includes a lovely veranda and outdoor space, is quiet and private.

Lovely home, very well maintained and decorated with an excellent kitchen. this will be our go to spot for all future trips to OSF. If you can get this house, do it. Close to the OSF theaters and all our favorite restaurants. Handy excellent coffee practically next door. Good laundry area in basement. what’s not to like.
