We were very happy with communication with Kim. She was helpful and provided restaurant suggestions at our request. The house was just as pictured, extremely clean and very pretty. We were able to walk to the beach and also downtown. All in all an excellent stay! We would stay here again! Thanks to Kim and Mike

This house was great! It was clean, spacious and had so many amenities. Everything about booking the rental, communication with the owners, and the check-in process was so smooth. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We had such a great week and are hoping to return again next summer!

My family and I have been coming to the Jersey shore for 20 years. (I am originally from this area)This was the best beach house we’ve rented by far. It was spacious, comfortable, beautiful, and very clean. It was ideal for our family of 6 and extended visiting family. It was also walking distance to the beach which was an added bonus! This property is just perfect. Short walk to the beach. Beautiful neighborhood. Very spacious, everything we needed was there. Hosts were super easy to deal with.

The primary bedroom has a large walk in closet and was a perfect little extra "room" for our daughter in the crib. There is a great playground a block away and a straight shot walk to the beach. Very close to main street and some markets and restaurants. Everything is comfortable and little backyard area is private. It is a great place to stay!

My family and I stayed here for 5 nights over the Thanksgiving weekend. Everything from start to finish was great. House was clean, check-in was very easy, and the owners were very responsive. Plenty of space for the 5 of us and all the amenities worked fine. Highly recommend!

We rented the home to spend Thanksgiving with our daughter who lives and works in NYC. It was our first time visiting the area and we were pleasantly surprised how close the home was to the Boardwalk and other amenities. Great home with plenty of space and we really enjoyed using the fireplace. I would highly recommend this home.

Very easy working with owners

The home is very well appointed - in furnishings, kitchenware. It very spacious - both in the size of bedrooms ( good mattresses too!) but also in the common areas. Lovely and great communication between owners leading up/post vacation.

The house is clean, comfortable and fully furnished/equipped. Kim and Mike were extremely accessible and responsive, from booking to departure, and wonderful in accommodating a few extra requests. While we were there in November for an event, this house and location [included off-street parking, which is at a premium in season] would be super for a family summer vacation in Belmar -- which has been my favorite "down the shore" town for the past 60 years.

We stayed at the property to attend a wedding at The Mill at Lakeside Manor. The house was clean and perfect for a large family. We’ll definitely rent the house again!

The owners of this property were very welcoming and easy to deal with. The house itself was perfect for us as we, at times, had 10 occupants. We were all able to sit out in the yard. There were 3 bathrooms and an outdoor shower , none of which ever ran out of hot water, as we came back from the beach and all took showers. The house itself was beautiful, spacious and clean. Everything promised was there. Can’t wait to go back!

The house is nestled in the backyard so the busy thoroughfare street wasn’t an issue. We took the car most days to the beach because of our baby equipment. The house is wonderful. Clean and welcoming. Kitchen generously stocked with cooking utensils. Kim and Mike are thoughtful hosts. No issues at all. Would go again.

Very nice house a little walk to the beach but otherwise very, Very nice! Wish I had known ahead that the ice maker was disconnected before I went to the store, had to make a second trip for ice. Home was very clean and nicely furnished. Nice utensils, dishes and glasses. Appreciated that it was so nicely equipped. A nice house for people to rent.

Kim and Mike are great hosts and their home is beautiful. Our family had a great time while in NJ. Our family traveled to NJ for a family member's wedding. Kim and Mike were incredibly accommodating with our schedule, 1- since the wedding was held on a week day and 2 we had were multiple families traveling in from different states. Knowing that we didn't have to rush out the day after the wedding really allowed us to enjoy the wedding day. Kim and Mike went out of their way to communicate with us before our stay. Kim made sure to answer any questions we had, and the information guide at the rental home was very helpful. Kim and Mike were very responsive with any questions that we had once we arrived. Kim even checked in with us to make sure we didn't need anything. The house was absolutely beautiful and is exactly how it was shown on line. The location is good, lots to do nearby. The house is about a 1/2 mile from the beach, but it is walk-able. We did it every day. We really appreciated the 4 beach badges and beach chairs, buckets, etc which were a part of the rental. This is a great family rental, with lots of space. We had 6 adults and 2 children under 5 and felt like we had more than enough room. The kitchen and living room area are also spacious. The kitchen had lots of pots, pans, cups, dishes which made cooking in easy. Its the small personal touches that Kim and Mike do that make this such a great rental. I highly recommend using Kim and Mike for your beach rental. They do a great job of taking care of their guests and we plan to use them again for our next vacation in the Belmar/Lake Como area.

We had a great stay at Kim & Mike’s house for a week at the beach in celebration of my mom’s milestone birthday. The house was great—clean, recently updated, plenty of space and a well equipped kitchen that made cooking easy (which definitely is not always the case in a beach house)! We also enjoyed meals on the patio and food on the grill. The walk to the beach was just over half a mile, which we did most days, no problem (although the kids sometimes took a wagon ride there). 4 beach badges included made the beach more reasonable. Was a great stay and would definitely stay there again!
