Upon our arrival about 530ish we discovered that there was NO internet and cable services. Contacted the property manager who was so nice in getting maintenance out first thing the next morning. Maintenance was so nice and made attempts to get the services back on but the technician’s first available was after we would check out. We understood that this was beyond there control and if the visitors don’t say anything they won’t know tgat it needs to be fixed. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our rooms and the views, watched the DVDs that were provided and shot pool during our downtime there. The driveway was covered in mud and rocks due to construction next door so after it rained we had a difficult time getting up after site-seeing and going out. They were going to pave it the following week but we would have checked out by then. There were crumbs in a couple of chairs in the dining area and the refrigerator needed some cleaning. In the main suite, the hand towels and bath towels were dingy so I’m glad I brought my own to use. The fireplaces were nice since it was chilly during a couple of nights. The location is AWESOME! Not too far up in the mountains on winding roads and less than 5 minutes from the Parkway. LOVE! LOVE! LOVE the location. You can hear others above you walking but that’s when we’re getting settled for bed. The beds were VERY COMFORTABLE to sleep in. I would love to stay there again once the driveway is paved.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mooseberry. The cabin accommodated our family of 7 very well. Good location for the attractions of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge!

Cabin was very clean and very well furnished. Had everything our family of 7 needed for kids and adults. Great area and easy to get to the strip.

We had a fabulous time. You may want to for warn customers that the driveway to park can be a bit intimidating if you've never encountered such an incline

Four ladies stayed here for our annual scrapbooking/girl trip. The three king suites were massive with jetted tubs in each bathroom. The cabin is huge with an additional living area downstairs. We loved it and will definitely be back. It would be great for multiple couples or a big family.

HVAC did not work. Maintenance couldn’t fix it. Construction next door starts at 9 am, oh and they use your driveway! Pallets of lumber hanging over steep driveway and hard to get into and out cause of it. Workers don’t speak English and didn’t really want to move their vehicles out of shared driveway so you could leave. Cabin was spacious and nice, could use a deep mopping. Floors make your feet black. Lower level was always 75° or warmer.

The cabin is beautiful and located perfectly if you are looking to experience the Pigeon Forge and surrounding area attractions

House is beautiful. Perfect location to Pigeon Forge. There is construction happening next door, so the steep driveway is chewed up and there is a portapotty and open dumpster that sadly ruins the ambiance of the property. Not sure why, but there were soda and beer cans in random locations… under the sinks, rolled under tables. I do appreciate that electrical repairs had been done before our arrival, but old wires and electrical equipment was left in various rooms.

This was an excellent cottage. It was clean and offered plenty of space for 3 kids and 4 adults. It was comfortable and we had room for everyone to gather for meals and TV. Kitchen was well stocked. It was an excellent location for the Parkway activities and entering the National Park. There was a minor maintenance issue and it received immediate attention. The property offered nice views. The driveway up is steep and there is construction on the house next door- making it slick with mud. You could see the pool from the balcony which was nice. However, steep hills throughout the community make waking difficult. Despite those minor things this was an outstanding property and we would definitely recommend it and stay again.

Our experience here was perfect! This cabin had everything we needed! Our wedding was on Sun 5/22/22 and we used this cabin to get ready at and honeymoon in. We are so happy with our stay. The only issue was loud construction next door and across the street but we were out and about most days so this wasn't a huge issue for us. The driveway is a little difficult to maneuver as well because of the construction (mounds of mud/rock) but we managed. Some hot spots for us in the house were the hot tub, jacuzzi tubs, and the downstairs was awesome! Of course we utilized the main deck too. The distance to the main strip in Pigeon Forge was like 5 mins so that was a huge plus for us. Thank you!!! We would definitely stay again in the future!

We really enjoyed staying at the cabin. It spacious and clean and the beds are VERY comfortable. It’s well stocked with kitchen supplies. The host/manager was very responsive and easy to deal with. The only negatives is that a cabin is being built directly across the street. So the view from the porch isn’t the same as shown In the photos, which is a very minor thing, we didn’t care. But they started construction pretty early, even on Saturday morning, so we didn’t have the total peace and quiet we were hoping for.

We were so excited about staying in this cabin as it had great reviews. The cabin is a nice cabin but needs a new cleaning company and property manager. In communicating with the property manager, he made us feel like we were such an inconvenience and dumb with the questions and concerns we had...like no hot water, ice maker not working, tv in family room not working, etc... legit questions and concerns upon arrival and his responses and replies were short and degrading. Cleaning left a lot to be desired...cobwebs hanging from ceiling in bedrooms, floors dirty, and island in kitchen not clean, beer and food left in downstairs frig at the bar, among a few other things. A positive when we called maintenance regarding the water, the man that came to take care of it was super nice and helpful with some of the above mentioned things so we were able to enjoy our stay. Had hoped to make this an annual trip but will be looking for another cabin mainly due to the property manager...don't ever care to have to deal with him again. Cathy Lewis

We had a great time at Mooseberry Cabin! What a wonderful place to stay with family and friends. A great atmosphere and location!

The location is great and beds were comfortable. You are unable to regulate the bedroom temperature on the main level. It would be sweltering to point you can’t sleep during the night even with it set on 68. If you turned it off it impacted the bedroom on the lower level. We turned on ceiling fan, floor fan and opened windows and still very uncomfortable to sleep in that heat. The kitchen has plenty of plates but missing a lot of items for preparation (measuring cups with no markings, minimal pot holders, no place to store groceries, spatulas etc.). The railing on the lower level is missing a bar which is a safety hazard. For the nightly rate my expectations were not met.

The property is just beautiful. It was very well kept and well appointed! From having everything we could possibly need in the kitchen to all of our entertainment needs while in the cabin! We loved the gas fireplaces, the balconies, the pool table and jacuzzi tubs! Each floor had its own special charm!

Absolutely beautiful home/cabin to stay in. This is not your average cabin, three stories with a king master suite on each floor. No expense was spared furnishing, from top to bottom , from furniture to art work everything was beautifully done. Location just a few miles off from Light 1 in Pigeon Forge close to everything! Would love to stay here again!

Beautiful cabin with lots of room for everyone. Very clean. Prime location and easy getting to attractions. Comfy beds. Felt right at home. Loved that there were 2 swimming pools as well to use. Owner very responsive and easy to deal with. Will definitely stay again!

Grill cleaner not available. Silverware lacking, etc can openers, tongs that actually work, bowls, plates. Overall the best stay we have had in a while!

This is our second time staying inside Alpine Mountain cabins and both times we have enjoyed our stay. We came for our daughter’s 6th birthday and the cabin was located perfectly, surrounded by all the attractions and Dollywood. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend this cabin for any family looking to come for a fun and memorable get away.

The cabin was perfect in so many ways. Layout - with a bedroom and bathroom on each floor there is ample space to spread out and, even though in a group, still have your own space. Outdoor - all of the decks were so spacious, covered with ample seating with side tables for every chair. Also, a beverage tray and to make things so convenient...the grill was hooked up to a gas line. The hot tub was clean an easy to operate. Furniture - the most comfortable and clean furniture! Location - this property was minutes off of the Parkway but you would have never known. When we were in the hot tub you couldn't see any other cabins and it was quiet and peaceful. I appreciated how easy you could get to the cabin. We loved having Alexa and used it constantly during our stay. The owners have truly thought of everything and we will definitely come back to Mooseberry many, many more times!

Beautiful cabin, loved every bit of it. Couldn’t really use the jacuzzi tubs the water would run out fast. All though there was a lot of rules and stuff when departing, it’s understandable. I however don’t understand why there is a cleaning fee when booking but had to pretty much clean up everything before leaving or get penalized 50 extra dollars and hour. Hopefully we cleaned up well enough not to be charged that. This is an absolute beautiful cabin!! Definitely would stay here again!!

Great cabin for 3 couples especially during COVID. First time staying at this cabin. Each had a separate floor with king suite with attached bathrooms plus. Common area very spacious and beautiful. Kitchen had updated appliances - stove had double oven.
