Property location was close to desirable clubs, staff were many and very helpful. We all felt very grateful to have found this place. We spent about a week for a buck’s and would return and have no hesitation in recommending others to go there.

We stayed in the Villa for our Bali's stop during a more than three weeks long tour of Indonesia. The idea was to get a house big enough to accomodate the 12 of us, let us enjoy the beach life and take a break from other parts of the trips which required more traveling and less comfort. Villa Kaira made all this possible and even more. Five rooms are large and with their private bathrooms. The sixth is large too, but needs to use an outside bathroom, which was not a big deal for us. The pool looks right into the ocean which is literally few steps away, with many nice warungs and surf opportunities right there. The complimentary cards to access Finn's Club add more than just the access to their sport facility, as you can use them to enter the beach club to spend the day, take a drink, eat or just enjoy the sunset resting on their day beds. The staff of the Villa is very professional and we almost always ate at home after checking the chef cuisine on the first night. Excellent food and very reasonable prices. They have several menu options you can choose from, or you can discuss with them what you'd like and get it prepared. We organized one birthday party dinner with some serious Italian cooking and an early morning visit to the Jimbarao fish market and it was fun to share our recipes and have a team cooking night. Having a driver always available is also very convenient to move around the area and Henry, the Villa Manager, helped us organized a personalized trip to Ubud and the rice fields right north of town. Nice one day trip, but that was all for us, because we really wanted to rest and the Villa far exceeded positively our expectations for that.

The Villa is beautiful and conveniently located. The owner is fantastic to work with and the local staff in the villa is wonderful. Please note that the location is NOT Seminyak. Although we preferred Chenggu to Seminyak as it is less commercial and feels authentic, Villa Kaira is not in Seminyak. Seminyak is only a few miles away, but it will take you up to 45 minutes by car as traffic is terrible.

From a responsive owner, Craig Steeples, and villa manager, to an excellent cook, staff and driver, our stay at Villa Kaira was more than enjoyable. First, the house is amazing - 5 big bedrooms (two are overwater bungalows) with attached bathrooms (including 3 with outdoor showers), large living and dining areas and patios, and a beautiful, beautiful swimming pool. Location - right at the beach; 2 minute walk from the property. Close to dining. Complimentary tennis and swimming and water park too (and more) at Finn's Beach Club and Finn's Recreation Club made days exciting for kids and adults alike. Trips around Bali were arranged with help from staff and were great too. Cannot say enough about this property and the stay. The photos do not even do it justice! And the sunsets from the beach and the property were beautiful. Look forward to returning one day!

This was the best experience that i have had in many years of renting via Homeaway. The photos do not do the place justice. The villa is spacious with lots of room, an excellent pool, and right on the beach. The bedrooms are all very big and well fixtured, including 2 stand alone suites that split each side of the walkway, surrounded by Koi ponds, as you walk towards the main house. The staff are even better than the villa, which takes some doing. Breakfast was cooked every morning, all the shopping done for the days that we wanted them to cook dinner, and the house staff always available but never intrusive. Add to that an extremely accommodating driver and SUV, and you have a great experience.
