Невероятно красивый отель! Чистый, стильный, колоритный! Особенно понравилась ванная комната! Нереально красивая! Персонал супер приятный, шел на встречу по всех вопросах. Территория красивая, зеленая. Отель расположен в посёлке на берегу, рядом есть магазины, пляж и много кафешек. Мы остались в восторге от этого места!

The key highlight of this hotel was the stuff. Each and every one of them were so helpful, friendly and welcoming it made our stay great!

The bathroom wasn't very clean, there was a significant noise from the construction site on the other dude of the wall and the workers smoking made our room smell not great.

We stayed at the hotel for 6 days, and I must say that the highlight of this place is its exceptional staff. Never before have I encountered such sincere care and willingness to assist, even in the most luxurious hotels. Despite the absence of a hotel restaurant, they prepared breakfast for us, provided freshly squeezed juices at any time, took our belongings for laundry, and even went out of their way to return a forgotten Apple pen to our next hotel in Bali. Although the hotel is not large, it exudes a cozy atmosphere, and we felt incredibly comfortable throughout our stay. Thank you to the staff for their exceptional care!

We loved our lovely 5-day stay in Kompyang Cottage, everything was amazing, most of all the staff, piping, Ridwan and Vicky, everything was so helpful and friendly, perfect place to rest and far from the Center of Nusa Penida, which is is why we missed few spots but with additional pay of transport and motorbikes rent will be easier to explore. Everything is amazing!!

Nuestra experiencia fue maravillosa en este hotel. Es precioso tanto el exterior como las habitaciones y la piscina, todo lo tienen súper bien cuidado y lo mejor de todo fue el personal! Son los mejores!! Nos recogieron del ferry, nos organizaron un tour y se aseguraron que tuviéramos los mejores recuerdos, incluso nos llevaron de regreso al hotel la noche de año nuevo porque coincidimos en el mismo beach club en la celebración y estaba lloviendo y les preocupaba que fuéramos en moto. Eso es ir above and beyond por sus huéspedes y es maravilloso. Muchas gracias Ridwan, Piping y a todos los que hicieron nuestra estancia perfecta en Nusa Penida!!

Hotel perfeito, quarto maravilhoso, limpo, cheiroso, atendimento excelente, e eles ainda oferecem serviço do motorista para ir te buscar e levar no Porto.

Pokój jak i cały obiekt był świetny! W dobrej lokalizacji, nie było słychać głównej ulicy. Smaczne śniadania serwowane na tarasie. Personel bardzo pomocny i miły, codziennie dbają o czystość i porządek. W cenie jest także transport z i do przystani, co było miłym zaskoczeniem. Szczere polecam, szkoda ze zatrzymaliśmy się tylko na 2 noce.

Możnaby dokonać renowacji niektórych rzeczy, takich jak ciężko przesuwające się drzwi, dokręcić żarówkę w łazience, ale kompletnie nie wpływa to całokształt odbioru i nie zaniża oceny.

This property was absolutely superb, the staff were really helpful and so friendly. The breakfast was delicious and hot, there was nothing the staff couldn’t do. The room was really super clean, and the laundry service very good. Our favourite stay so far.

Das Team bringt einem jeden Morgen Frühstück ans Zimmer. Ein Roller kann direkt in der Unterkunft gemietet werden und das Team gibt einem hilfreiche Tipps um die Insel zu erkunden.

Goede locatie (als je een motorbike huurt), deze kan het hotel voor je organiseren. Bungalows zijn prachtig, lekker bed, koelkastje, lekkere douche. Geen gebruik gemaakt van zwembad. Personeel is enorm vriendelijk. Hebben ons gratis opgehaald en gebracht naar de fast boat en ook tickets voor de fast boat terugweg voor ons geregeld. Er is geen gezamenlijke ontbijtplek, dus je kiest de avond van tevoren uit wat je wil ontbijten en dat wordt dan naar je veranda gebracht de volgende ochtend. Wij vonden 2 nachten Nusa Penida voldoende, ik zou max 3 nachten aanraden.

Eigenlijk alles helemaal top, maar enige minpuntje was dat wanneer je het hotel verliet het personeel constant aan je vroeg wat je precies ging doen.

Prachtige cottages, vriendelijk personeel, gratis taxi service, goed ontbijt. Ons beste verblijf in Indonesië!

Enige hele kleine minpuntje was de koude douche, maar dat was prima te doen.

Excellent and clean room with beautiful outdoor bathroom. Nevertheless, the service really made the stay unforgettable. The staff was keen to help the us 24/7 and offered a great service, breakfast, a driver as well as a scooter rental with brand new scooters. The hotel owner and its colleagues really made everything possible!

The room was very nice and the bathroom was gorgeous (exception toilet). The grounds were lovely and the decoration of both the grounds and the rooms was very nice. The driver Ridwan was great and took the initaitve to contact us about our arrival time.

There were only 4 lounge chairs at the pool for 20 people so there was no room to sit by the pool if you were not one of the 4 to get them first. The staff communication was terrible about many things and they tried to bill us for 2 days of scooter rental when we only used it for 1 day. But more shocking was that there was no water at all at the end of our 2nd day (an employee had filled the pool and forgot to turn the water off so the water tank was empty). They made no attempt to offer us any compensation (we had returned from a long day out sightseeing /beach and were in big need of a shower). They sold us a snorkeling trip saying there was a max of 15 people on the boat and in the end there were 35. It was an expensive hotel for not being able to sit by the pool or wash ourselves. Lastly, the bathtub was not clean, the towles were stained and the toilet photos speak for themselves.

The place was beautiful and clean. They offer free transfer from and to the boat, which is really helpful. They also rent scooter, offer snorkeling tours, great breakfast... everything was perfect.

The rooms were beatiful, even better than in the pictures. They were tidy and comfortable. The garden and pool had a great atmosphere, perfect to chill in the evening.

Our main disappointment was with the service. Although at the beginning everything was great, things started going downhill. Staff was partying and drinking with customers, staying up until late and being noisy. They were also supposed to drop us off to the port when we left, but they didn't organise it properly and we arrived 2 hours later than planned, missing our boat and wasting half of our day. Overall, I would say they were very a silly bunch of people, which is a shame, because the place is really beautiful. The rooms have thin walls, so you can hear a lot of noise from the pool and the neighbouring rooms. Breakfast wasn't tasty at all.

This place is simply amazing. I want to start by mentioning the friendly, helpful, kind and accommodating staff that works at the cottage; they were the more accommodating staff I've ever seen. They really went the extra mile every single time to accommodate any request or answer any questions. Thanks to Piping we actually didn't miss our ferry since the information we got from a third party operator was wrong (wrong harbour and time) - Fortunately Piping noticed something was off and went to the harbour to check for us. The whole place is just beautiful. The design of the rooms and the bathroom (OMG the bathroom) are just exquisite. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, and properly equipped with everything you may need. The breakfast portions are big and you have quite a variety. The pool and the area are also very nice and calm. While location is a bit far from the main beaches and a 20min ride to the main harbour, you can still walk about 10min to some warungs and convenient stores, so it's not a big deal. If I come back to Nusa Penida 100% I would be staying there again!
