It was clean

The noise level. My room #219 was right outside the elevator, the pool area, laundy area and faced the street side. I was able to hear the other guest when they came in and out the elevator, kids screaming in and out of the pool area. The cars honking, sirens. One of the nights i had to call the front desk around 10:30 pm to report the guest upstairs from me. Not sure if they had an event or it was just kids but it sounded as if they were running across the room or jumping but there was so much noise from the ceiling. Front desk advise that they were going to send security and about 1 hr later it stoped but i my stay could have been better maybe if i was put in a different room

It was close to Disneyland and popular places.

The location was perfect for that which we needed! Breakfast was good, the pool seemed nice, but we didn't get the chance to use it!

It was in general all well, but in the last day, we found a little cockroach in our room!

Staff was friendly, included breakfast was of good quality and room was decently sized. Bed was comfortable but the air temp control took a bit to get used to, to find what we were comfortable with.

It would be nice if parking was included for the cost of the room, rather than being additional.

Great location. Close to Disneyland and shuttle and many restaurants and shopping mall with in walking distance. Free full breakfast every morning!

Me cobraron usd 200 de depósito en el hotel que me dijeron recibiría de vuelta en 10 días, pasó un mes sin recibir el reembolso y cuando les escribí me dijeron que debía hablar con booking por que la reserva la había hecho con ellos, pero el cobro me lo hizo el hotel no booking así que al parecer es un cobro oculto que no me van a reembolsar

Rows and rows of restaurants and the facilities are great! Including the free breakfast :) staff are also wonderful and helpful! I would stay here again!

Convenient location from Disneyland, 15-20min walk. The staff were friendly, Delicious continental buffet breakfast where the staff was busy refilling. Different hot food every morning. Very clean room, highly recommended. We will come back.

La ubicación es buena está a 15 min caminando a Disney y la habitación que nos tocó muy grande y Limpia al principio

La señorita de recepción que nos hizo el check in “ Maya” se notaba perfectamente que era de raíces latinas y hablaba español pero se rehusó hablar en nuestro idioma y uno con mal inglés pues nos lo complicó los demás chicos muy bien

Breakfast was great. Friendly staff. The only thing that might have made our stay a little better would be if the pool was heated.

Friendly staff, super quick check in and check out, clean and spacious room, the room offers absolutely everything you might need for your stay.

Internet speed. Could be a bit a bit better, using streaming services was hard as the internet made it laggy.

We stayed because we were going to Disneyland and there was a short 10 minute walk to the free shuttles so we were more than pleased. Everything was clean and up to date.

停車費要另外付費，但太市中心了似乎是沒辦法的事。

When we called front desk around 10am requesting housekeeping to do our room we had to call again in the afternoon because they put us at the back of the line.

Better response when we ask our room to be made. Thank you.

エクストラのブランケットがとても薄かった。 シャトルバスのバス停まで少しだけ歩かなければいけない。ディズニーパーキングの中にバス停があるのだが事前に地図などの案内があればなお良かった。

It was clean, staff is friendly, the breakfast was excellent and a great location.

The noise in hall was a little loud but other than that everything was great!

The bedroom was tidy and inviting, with a plush bed that guaranteed a good night's sleep. The breakfast spread was impressive, and every item on the menu was delightful.

The three nights I was there I couldn't sleep because of the noise in the next rooms and the hallways.

The room was amazing just the right size for me and my family breakfast was delicious I highly recommend

The location of the hotel is great. It is very close to the Convention Center and the world renowned Disneyland in Anaheim. Staff is attentive and accommodating. The room is clean and well arranged, which made us really relaxed during our stay.

Breakfast time finishes at 9:30AM, which is not really cool. As visitors on our vacation, we need to relax, and quite often we sleep in every morning. We stayed there 3 nights but we missed two breakfasts. May I suggest that the breakfast time extended till 10:00AM, and you really make everyone happy!.
