The hotel staff gave my room to somebody else so when I went there I found my room was taken by somebody else so I didn't take the room and I didn't stay in the hotel and I want my money refunded thank you

Room was large

Only had sausage out for breakfast. Tub was slippery as hell. I almost fell , my husband did fall. No injuries. Lights on table between bed didn't work. I didn't check to see if it was plugged in. Lights by the door didn't work

I left a small bag. It was wrapped and labeled when I went to pick it up. Nothing missing. My sister and I spent Christmas here, it was a large room with plenty of seating for my son to visit one evening. Very friendly staff Breakfast was super. Many options from yogurt and muffins to biscuits and gravy sausage, and waffles. I will stay here again.

The staff was sweet, and the breakfast was a bonus.

Our key cards kept having to be reset. Every single time we had difficulty trying open our door. Also, we wanted our room cleaned and the cleaning ladies completely disregarded our room. AC was not that great.
