The birds outside that poop all over vehicle's. I understand there's nothing the hotel can do about that. It was terrible though.

You could hear everything out side in the parking lot and we were on the forth floor.
The toilet ran the whole 4 days we were there even after I complain 10 minutes after being in the room.

The Hotel was excellent.
I did not like the way I was charged. The main reason for staying at the Fairfield was the rate per night. Booking quoted $98 per night. When receiving my receipt, I was charged differently. Some of the nights exceeded the amount of the threshold I'm allowed per night. For this reason, I will not be using this service any longer.

the size of our room was perfect for me and my two boys traveling for a baseball tournament. We got the king suite and we got lucky enough that our room was right next to the pool.
In the pictures the pool looked wat bigger then it actually was but that was ok it was still great to get in after a hot day of baseball. Also breakfast was decent and the lady that attended to the breakfast bar was super sweet and made sure everything was full.

The pool was closed for maintenance and we were told it was going to be drained in the next few days. The TV in our room would not work, they offered to move us, but we didn't want to go through the trouble. My brother's room the TV didn't work either, and they moved him to another room.

Clean, comfortable. Lots of community space, which was very important for my large family group to be able to sit and visit. Dining area staff was great.
On a main busy street, little difficult to pull into and out of property from the street. Front desk staff not too friendly. Just there.

We chose this hotel for the pool and amenities. the pool was closed for maintenance, the gym was overrun with unattended children so we couldn’t use it. HBO Max would not work and there was a lot of loud guests and kids running around the halls.

did not even stay in hotel Friday night due to gutter falling off making so much noise couldn’t sleep no one wanted to take care of the situation got into with the supposedly Gm Saturday was very rude and rude when we checked in my room was supposed to be a king bed gave me a queen

This is my go to place when we travel to Hobbs. Its home away from home. We have stayed here several times and always pleased with our stays!
This time it wasnt as clean as it normally is. There were several stains on the carpets in the halls and rooms. The bathroom wasnt as clean as times before.
