This was ideal in so many ways. The penthouse is spacious, with fantastic views and outdoor gathering areas. The service was responsive and helpful. The place had everything you could want. The location is among the best in Cabo and the resort is too.

This top floor unit is fantastic! The main patio overlooks the beach which we used a lot. The unit was very private while also being connected with the resort. We ate several meals at the resort restaurants as well as used the other amenities. Staff was very professional and courteous. We picked this place over renting a house because it was centrally located so everything was walking distance. We would rent this place again for sure. Thanks guys for making our trip so memorable.

I went to Cabo and had the pleasure of staying in The Kings View Penthouse at the Hacienda. Wow what a huge place , you could hear an echo when you talked it was so big. We really loved the location as its walking distance to everything. We had a great time on the beach and tried the stand up paddles ( it’s  harder than it looks ) we also enjoyed the Hacienda restaurant and had one of the best Pina Coladas I have ever had . We also enjoyed seeing all the sunset dinner boats every night in front of the Penthouse , they look great and the view of them from the front terrace cannot be beat. We look forward to a return trip one day back to The Kings View Penthouse.

What an amazing place! The views are the best in Cabo. From providing airport transit, to meeting us at the gate, to buying groceries for us and optional chef, you can't beat this 5 Start treatment. Clint was an outstanding host and this place created lasting memories for us. Thank you!!

I decided to try this property after the hurricane closed down the time share we were supposed to stay at. What a great decision this was. I can't say enough good things about this property and we made many fabulous family memories. Clint and Melissa were awesome hosts and gave us a great orientation of the property when we first arrived and we felt very welcomed. We had our 3 adult children and their significant others and our grand daughter all under 1 roof. The views and layout of this penthouse were second to none. Everyone had an ocean view with a balcony. Bedrooms were good size, the furnishings were very nice including the art work and the large balcony with the ocean view was our favorite spot to hang out when we weren't at the pool, beach or shopping. We made arrangements with Maggie to have a personal chef (Mario) and butler (Hector) cater 3 meals and they were all very good! The first meal was beef/chicken fajitas, the second meal was ribeye steaks and the third meal was fresh Sea Bass. Hector kept our margaritas and pina coladas glasses full as well and Mario's habanero mango salsa was unbelievable. The pool was amazing and the waiters were very good. Great food was also available next to the pool from the Hacienda Cocina Cantina. The Spa was also full equipped with steam, sauna, hot tub and a very cold plunge pool. For a massage, I'd highly recommend Lupita. Overall, the only regret was not staying longer.

King's View Penthouse - Truly the BEST!!! We recently stayed at this penthouse unit at the Hacienda in Cabo. Our friends from New Zealand joined us. We couldn't have found a better spot! The condo was so spacious we all had our own space, but lots of great common areas to enjoy times together. This has to have the best view in Mexico!! The furnishings are superb, including very comfortable beds and luxurious bedding. A large balcony has an outdoor kitchen. The AV system allows playing music in all rooms, including the decks. Great access to the charming restaurant and to the spa where daily classes are not to be missed: impressive array of courses all with talented instructors. Kayaking was great fun too. The location is a huge plus, as it is an easy walk to restaurants and the marina.We have spent a lot of time in Cabo, and no place compares to this! We heartily recommend it! It was hard to leave this peaceful spot.

We stayed over New Years and had an amazing experience with the Penthouse Condo. Everything was there, and Clint made the booking/check-in super easy. Would highly recommend this place!
