This property was perfect for us. We have 4 children between the ages of 3 and 7 and this house fit our needs and comforts well. Also, the kitchen is easily the best stocked kitchen of any rental I've ever stayed in, anything I needed for cooking/prep was there!

We loved our stay; it was the perfect location for what we had planned. The check in process was smooth, the house was very clean, and I enjoyed the dock for my morning coffee. We had a great time and plan to use the house again when we come back!

This house is amazing, awesome layout (accomadated all 7 of us) very comfortable. Very nice salt water pool with private dock on the canal. Lots of wildlife around. Very fast responses from owner. We didn’t want to leave.

We go to a beach on a yearly basis. This is our 1st time visiting Bonita Springs. I was completely and utterly in love with this place from the moment we arrived!! Susan was amazing and very quick to respond to any and all of my questions. This oasis is so more than the pictures. The wildlife you see while staying here is captivating to say the least!! We saw iguanas, dolphins, ducks, egrets, turtles, an alligator, all kinds of fish, a variety of birds, the list goes on and on. I hope to make this a yearly trip with my family. I would definitely recommend staying here!! This was one of the best beach trips I have experienced. Thank you for opening your home to my family and I!!!

Very smooth process no problems

You will think you are home when you stay here! Well stocked w/ anything that you may want or need. Just pack your bathing suit, your toothbrush, and a good book and plan to relax!

This house is great, clean, spacious, close to many things. It has everything that you need. My kids said it's the best house they've stayed on vacation so far. We absolutely enjoyed it!

We were looking for a quiet, restful vacation to relax, spend time at the beach, go kajaking, and see alligators. We were not disappointed: this home is in a safe, peaceful neighborhood, has a lovely dock where we saw iguanas, birds, and turtles. Very sad to leave today.

We love the Belle Rio home! It is like being in another world, and the hosts are spectacular! Can't wait to return.

This house was amazing and met all of our needs. Great location to beach, shopping and dinning. Loved the guest book with what others have done during their stay which provided our family with some great experiences. If you stay here I would read the book to get some great adventures.

This trip to Florida was great! We rented this house and enjoyed every minute we were there. Enjoyed the pool daily, sitting outside listening to the birds chirp and then checking out the area. This property is located so close to everything! Thank you for opening up you house and if we return to the Bonita Beach area we would definitely rent again!

Lovely home; great view of canal lined with tropical plantings. Pool is a nice extra. My dog liked sniffing around out back as well as gazing into canal

We could not have chosen a better place to stay for our trip! The house was clean and perfectly sized for our family. The kids loved swimming and fishing off the dock. Having use of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc was so helpful. Location was great, close to everything we could have needed or wanted. Susan had great communication prior to our arrival. We didn’t need anything while we were there, but I know she would have been easy to reach had we needed her. The kids are already asking when we can go back!

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! Beautiful home, very clean and well taken care of! Location was perfect! Close to everything but back yard was so tranquil! We enjoyed sitting on the dock the most. Blessed to watch a momma manatee and her baby one night. Great host! Highly recommend! We’ll definitely be back!

We felt like we were home while on vacation. Just a great all around place to stay in an excellent location with full access to the water, pool and great restaurants close by. We would stay here again. Thx.

This house has a beautiful backyard. My children enjoyed watching all of the tropical birds in the area. The house is spacious and very clean. We immediately felt like we were home. Beaches are nearby and beautiful!

The house was exactly as described. The location was wonderful and very close to all shops and restaurants! My kids loved the pool and spent hours in it every day! We will definitely be back!

wonderful time. home is set up great except for large number of stairs. Lanai and pool are great. Only suggestion is to get a second lounge chair for the pool. There is lots of wildlife around the property and in the waterway out back. Recommend this home highly.

The experience from the time of Boling through departure was totally hassle free and simple. Susan was prompt and thorough in her communications. Brian was extremely helpful and pleasant in resolving a few minor issues.

If I could rate this home and the owner with more than 5 stars I absolutely would. Susan’s communication prior and during our stay was wonderful. This beautiful home is equipped with everything you could possibly need. My husband spent hours on the dock fishing while I enjoyed the pool. I highly recommend this home.

The property was GREAT! Location and everything about it. Was only a bit disappointed when we didn't even have enough coffee for the first morning but the store was just a short distance away. We saw a lot of Iguanas, they were quite entertaining. I saw a manatee from the kitchen window and my husband thought he saw a dolphin in the canal. the beds were extremely comfortable. There were a lot of stairs but they did get easier by the end of our stay. I would stay again if she would have us. I am so sorry that I forgot to run the dishwasher. I loaded it and then forgot to start it but didn't even realize it until we were already back in Dallas. Sorry, Susan!!!!

It’s so clean, and very thoughtful lay out. My little boy didn’t want to leave. I will come back again for sure!!

I stayed here for 6 nights with my parents and three brothers (all of us in our 40s) and we had a great time swimming in the pool, cooking and grilling on the deck, and walking by the canal. Huge house with lots of room to move around. Laundry was helpful since we had lots of dirty clothes from swimming, fishing, etc. I'd highly recommend this place if you're in the area!

The property was exactly as described with many little extras provided to get us off to a good start. The owner makes everything very easy, and I greatly appreciated all of the lists and details provided. My family (me, husband, 8-year-old, 5-year-old) was comfortable and entertained. My favorite part of the day was morning coffee on the dock where I was joined by many turtles and fish as well as a young alligator. Throughout our stay we also saw dolphins three times and a manatee once. The kids couldn't get enough of the pool. When we had to wait out storms, we enjoyed movie time or board games. The house is conveniently located near great waterfront restaurants, our favorite beaches, stores, and - a kid favorite - mini golf. We all agreed this vacation was even better than our last one within walking distance of a beach. I would love to stay here again!

Nice location close to stores and not far from the beach

Very nice property, had a nice stay. Long idle zone 45 minutes so I kept my boat on the trailer NOT the DOCK. No big deal for me thou. Last Parking was tight however we all worked together and made it work. Would I stay here again YES I would.
