Great

This home was exceptionally clean and a short walk to the beach. It was perfect for our family of 4 adults and a 3 year old child. We hope to book this home again next year.

It was a nice place for are family. Lots of rooms and bathrooms. Ping-pong table in the garage and a nice place for the dog to go potty out by the garage. You can tell that they had leaks in the roof. There was a hole with mold around it in the bathroom from a leak. Lots of spiders everywhere.

Lovely beach house. We loved the bikes, the ping pong table and the fire. Just a perfect little place by the sea. Hope to come back soon.

Close to beach and wine country

It was a great place very close to the beach. It was very roomy as well.

This property was perfectly located, very close to beach access. an easy walk to town. The bedrooms were comfortable, although the drapes barely covered the windows in the queen bedroom.but there was good closet space and the bathrooms were large enough. The living area was ample, and the kitchen was supplied with the basic appliances. The decor was not particularly appealing, the dark carpet gave the living space a dingy appearance, although it seemed to be clean enough. My one minor complaint was with the kitchen There were no small glasses, suitable for juice (or wine ) no wine opener and of the few wineglasses, one was broken ,a jagged chunk missing. The pots were ok, although there was no good nonstick pan. There were no placemats, or coasters and we could have used a few more dish towels.There was a small side yard but no real outdoor sitting space or deck. Having said that, it rained for most of the week we were there so we enjoyed sitting around the table playing games and cards. The location was excellent, with close beach access had the weather been conducive to beach walking or sitting. All in all we enjoyed our stay here.

The property was well suited to our needs and close to our wedding event.

We liked it and might just come back next year.

Property was fine. Not nearly as elegant as the phots depicted, but comfortable and clean. The location was great with beach access a block and a half away.

My wife and I frequently stay at this property. Well located and comfortable. And super easy access to the beach.

All was great except that the garage was too short for the Subaru. Street parking only.

Amazing spot with beautiful weather and view easy access to beach

It worked very well for our family, including grandkids. A short walk to the beach and back to BBQ a nice dinner.

Great Location, No Issues

The property was very clean and comfortable. Great location. The beach is right across the street and Cayucos is a short walk.

Clean. Quiet. Relaxing. This little gem on a corner lot is located in a beautiful neighborhood one block from the beach and a few blocks from town and shops. It is all it advertised to be. Even our little dog enjoyed her stay and the ease of access to Morro Bay and Cambria. A few kitchen cabinets and interior doors could shortly use an upgrade, but this is in no way a deal-breaker. The soft sounds of the ocean waves, and friendliness of the locals, more than make up for this minor flaw. Great value at a great price.

Such a nice neighborhood and gorgeous beach! Very comfortable clean and well stocked home to stay in!!

Good location and nice house

This is one of the Best Rentals in Cayucos and the Morro Bay Area. I would rent it time and time again. Unfortunately its not always available. Its in high demand being so close to the beach.

Easy peazy!

5 min walk to beach, clean, simple home for the whole family! Loved hearing the ocean from the house, and opening up the garage to play ping pong and get some fresh ocean air. It had everything we needed, comfortable beds, and we loved bringing out furry family member with us. Cayucos is our favorite vacation spot & this was a great home base.

It was fine

We got a good idea of what it was like from the pictures and enjoyed the location a lot. Perfect for our size family.

This location is great. The house is filled with light. There is minimal outdoor space, and the deck was super small. It didn’t matter too much because being across the street from the beach is the reason one rents this place. It is a short walk to town for coffee etc. There is a BBQ in the garage that has to be pulled out onto the driveway to grill. We decided not to bother as that set up was not appealing.

Nice, quiet place just steps away from beach access!! Has everything you need for a nice, quiet getaway. Cayucos is a quiet town, and it’s just what we needed. This place has ping pong and TV in the garage! We enjoyed our stay. No rooftop access—that would have made this place epic.
