Well first impression was great and clean. Then we walked to the beach which was totally under construction and we could not access it at all. They failed to let us know that. The swimming pool and hot tub was nice. The house and showers were clean. I also killed several cockroaches while there. I don’t like roaches. The house needs to be sprayed.

The property was very spacious and had everything we needed. The pool and spa are very nice and clean. Parking was not great as we could not park in the garage because of the height of our vehicle and there wasn’t enough because they didn’t restrict it to larger vehicles and there were many small cars and even a golf cart parked thete

I took my niece for her birthday. It was a very secure place for 2 women traveling. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The condo and property were clean. I would stay here again.

An initial problem with the dirty toilet was sorted promptly. Lovely large pool and seating area with great views. Lots of room in the apartment for 2 couples. Comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen if you want to cook in. Comfy lounge area. Nice balcony overlooking well kept gardens. Bathrooms would benefit from a makeover. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The condo was nice with updated remodeling. Balcony was big, and pretty to look out on tropical garden. Walk to beach through garden and pool was . Not a beach to lay out or swim, but pretty for short walk and relaxing views. Garage was too low for our SUV, but parking was available outside so that was fine.
Condo is too far to town to walk, and no bus to town comes near so it was always driving just 10 minutes. (Unfortunately, parking costs are sky high in Key West.)
A few more checkout rules than normal (like strip the beds and start the wash), but nothing worth stopping you from trying out this place. All in all, it was comfortable, relaxing, safe, and enjoyable. We would recommend.

This condo was impeccably clean and well furnished. Beds were large and comfortable. We didn't use any of the property amenities (pool, hot tub, gym, etc), but it was nice to have them available. Transportation(lyft and uber) to/from downtown key west and the ferry terminal were only minutes away. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful condo . It's spacious and well kept. The pool is heated and large enough for the facility.
My only complaint is walking to Tthe beach was further than expected.The condo is on the beach,but you can't swim in that area. It's still an absolutely gorgeous view.
If you don't have a car, renting a Gulf cart is highly recommended. It was a blast and you can drive them everywhere. I would definitely recommend this place. It's perfectly placed in the island.

The condo is bigger than expected, the rooms were large with comfortable beds and furniture. There were plenty of nice towels and a well stocked kitchen. We loved the large pool and the location!

Sat on the balcony a lot. Pool was beautiful and had a library and work out room.

Located on the other side of Key West, away from all the commotion and just minutes from the airport, this was the perfect location for us to stay. The property is beautiful and well maintained. It is very clean and well stocked with just about anything you could need for your stay. Would definitely recommend.

This place was great for us. We were a group of 5 and the place had ample room and the place was very clean. Beds were comfortable and the outdoor patio was great. I wished they would have provided coffee and tea and some toiletries such as hair shampoo and conditioner.

Really enjoyed the updates condo itself which was spacious and clean and huge balcony. The property is older but maintained very well. The weather was only good one day so that was disappojnting . The condo os a short walk to Smathers (left) and Higgs (right) and short drive into the town by Duval street .
Highly recommend ! We will book again. The owners are from Houston area where we live.

Nice location. Huge apartment. Very easy check in and communication. Large pool. Small scenic beach in the property but needs cleaning. TV could use Netflix and YouTube especially if you have kids. Overall 5/5.

1800 Atlantic was the perfect location for our stay! Ample space inside condo. Very clean and comfortable. Amenities abound! Quiet both day and night.
The outside area was beautiful and inviting! We spent a couple days of our stay just lounging poolside. Pool was spacious and refreshing!
Probably the highlight of our trip was watching the Fourth of July fireworks from the pool deck! Perfect view of a fantastic display!
We highly recommend this condo! Hope to revisit soon!

The property is gorgeous. The apartment is spacious with all necessities. We thoroughly enjoyed it once we got settled.
The only hassle was check in. We received minimal instructions and it took about an hour to resolve. For example, we did not know which building was A. When we figured that out we got the welcome kit. But still no property map or explanation of where the parking spot was or how to get to the apartment. No guidance on how to get around the complex. And security was nowhere to be found. A nice resident helped us out.

We stayed for two nights so we could explore Key West with our teenage twins. The condo was perfect for all of us. Lots of space to spread out in with a comfortable pull out couch for one twin since they spent enough time in the womb and didn’t feel like sharing a bed. The owners gave us a great recommendation for Eco Tours for a snorkeling trip. Loved the large pool as well!

This property was great it worked well for 6 adults. The pool is spectacular. Not quite in the centre of action which is a long walk or short drive away. Our only complaint we all had, is about all of the fees that get added on with booking. The price per night almost doubled from the advertised price.

Fantastic property, management, and ownership! A little off the well-worn tourist path of Duval St which is exactly what we desired and nothing a golf cart rental couldn’t fix. The condo was amazing and clean with great views overlooking the interior gardens, pool, and beach area. We did experience some problems with check in due to President’s Day but the rental management staff was absolutely terrific in their responsiveness and understanding! Only complaint would be the beach area. It had shards of glass throughout as a result of the glass being washed ashore. This was well sign posted by the condo community but inability to sink the toes in the sand was somewhat disappointing. Overall 5-star worthy!

Property manager never sent instructions on how to access the unit. Had to track her down on the day we were supposed to enter the promises. Also, parking spot was taken by another car. Called the contact person who said there was nothing she could do. Worked with the security person on-site. He was helpful but frustrated that he had to take care of issues for short term rentals. Unit was clean but lots of expectations about cleaning.

Peggy was great to communicate with. We had 3 adult couples and did fine, especially with the outdoor terrace area to spread out to. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Uber service was quickly available. Condo as pictured.

Very clean, well equipped, and spacious two bedroom condo. Huge balcony that was at the back of the complex court yard. So, while it did not have an ocean view, it was very protected from the winds. Bring some bug spray, there are some biting insects coming from the nature preserve next door that will chew on you on the balcony and pool deck without it.
