This location was perfect for us for our December get away! It was close to my parents' house in Sun Lakes so it was very convenient for visiting them while we were in Arizona. It was great to take advantage of the golf course with the use of the golf cart. We are looking forward to our visit next December.

Super clean, has all kitchen items you could ever need. Nice patio and barbecue, golf cart and nicely furnished!

My 2nd visit. This time I stayed full month. Everything was very nice & clean and when I called for any questions or assistance they were right on top of it.

Waiting for our house to be built we needed a place to stay for 4 weeks. This property is perfect! Great amenities, fun neighborhood and community. Owners Cheryl and Mike are truly wonderful people and they even allowed us to extend our stay a few extra days. Thank you for making a stressful time in our lives actually pleasant and fun!

I was looking for a quiet safe rental to see how I would like AZ for an extended stay. The owners were very pleasant and took care of a couple of small problems immediately. I rebooked!

This is the second time my wife and I stayed at this property. The home is clean and comfortable in a great location. Cheryl and Mike are easy to deal with and have taken good care of us on both of our stays. Thanks to their team for a great stay!

The home was as pictured, spacious, very comfortable and suited our needs well. We both miss the super comfortable king-sized Sleep Number bed. The garage was wonderful to have so we didn't have to get into a hot car every morning and could safely leave some of our items in the garage. Every amenity nearby. We aren't golfers but were close to hiking trails at South Mountain, Flatiron and Picacho Peak. The community was very quiet. Cheryl and Mike were very pleasant and attentive. The few issues we had were dealt with quickly. We've never had hosts make a point of meeting us, which was nice especially as we got an introduction to the area and how to drive a golf cart. We'd definitely stay with Cheryl and Mike again.

The unit was very close to our family and close to all stores we needed. Owners were very responsive. When our garage remotes didn't work, they came by right away to fix the issue. Clean, quiet neighborhood. Although we spent most of our time at our nieces home, we had most everything we needed at the property. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Owners met us at the the house when we got there. Cheryl and Mike are very nice people. A golf cart was available to us and we used it several times. The house was cozy and ready to go. We look forward to staying there again.

A great property well stocked, very clean, comfortable and a great location. We enjoyed our stay and it was well suited for our needs. Will do that again.

The house is furnished with everything you need from bar soap to golf cart. It’s nice to have so many pool options to go to. The WiFi is great and supported me while working from home during the day. The owners are awesome people and very responsive to questions. They even stopped by to put a screen on the gate so my small dogs couldn’t get out again. I will stay in their property again!

Owners were very kind and helpful. Property is well maintained. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Everyone in the community is very friendly.

My wife & I really enjoyed our stay here. Cheryl & Mike & Joe were great to work with. There was an issue with the washing machine and their team made sure we had access to another machine while a new one was ordered and installed. Sun Lakes is an outstanding place to stay. We were busy visiting with family so we were unable to take advantage of all the facilities here. Maybe next trip we can hang out in the clubhouse or at Mulligan's. We did take advantage of the walking paths with our grand-kids taking daily walks. The home was spotless upon are our arrival and has everything you'll ever need during your vacation. October 18-25, 2018 Everything was wonderful. The home is very clean, and exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed. We grilled on the patio with the nice gas grill, used the golf cart to tour the area and to go to the club house for some wonderful food and pool time. It was a great stay! Our host (Joe) took great care of us. He was always quick to respond. For example, the modem for the Wi-Fi went out and Joe came over twice to get it fixed, even on Sunday! We would gladly stay here again!

First time staying in a golf retirement community. Loved it.... taking the golf cart to dinner and to the community pool was a treat. Would recommend this place to others!! Everyone was nice and treated me well. Great experience!

The house was amazing! Full of everything we needed, convenient to the areas we needed to be in and very, very comfortable. The community pool and other facilities were a real perk and easy to use. The owners were great! Communications was quick and responsive. The whole experience was better than I hoped for, or expected. I will rent this property again when I am visiting the S.E. Phoenix area. The whole experience has changed my view of hotels vs renting a home. This way is much better. It's like I never left home, and the property made the overall business trip a great experience - rather than the usual business grind. Regards, RJG

VERY, VERY clean darling home is fashionably furnished, and with all the amenities included.   Great location, close to golf, stores, restaurants, ect.  The owners are delightful and close by as well as very attentive if needed.   Everything with our stay was absolutely “PEFRECT”. Thank you so much owners Cheryl and Mike..    We will be back for another stay for sure.
