Everything was good. The bed was very comfortable!!! Great location for everything we wanted, restaurants,hiking, queit area even though close to town. However there is no stove only a grill outside but no pots pans to cook with? the baseboards,doorways, corners could use a good cleaning. We would return no problem just wont plan on cooking anything.

We stayed at The Piedra in Pagosa Springs on our 1st ever trip to Pagosa! We loved that it was just two short blocks to downtown-shops, restaurants, hot springs spas. The place was well designed, very clean and my favorite thing was the covered front porch with table and chairs. We ate a couple meals out there. We had trouble figuring out how to use the AC/heater and had some other questions-the host, Linda, was very responsive!

My son and I enjoyed our stay. It was the first time in about 8 years we did a vacation together. The unit is very cute and clean. So close to walking into the town and the hot springs. We did lots of fishing and hiking and just popping in and out of various shops. I would stay here again.
I would suggest having more bowls and containers for meal preparations. Maybe some Tupperware for leftovers too. I left my bowl and some utensils for future guests. Thanks again!

This little gem was perfect for a weekend away. It was walking distance to all things downtown, the view of downtown from the chairs just outside the house was a perfect way to end the day. The house was exceptionally clean. Will visit again!

My wife and I had a perfect little stay in the Pagosa at the Little Slice of Heaven on a Hill. Very comfortable and cozy place with a great view. The place is a short walk to the river, hot springs and shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

This was an amazing property to stay at for little family’s! We took our child on a snowboarding trip for Christmas and the first day on the mountain our child got altitude sickness and the owners let us check in early to let him rest and start feeling better, which was extremely sweet of them! The place was very clean and well kept. We will 100% stay again if available!

As an single angler and hiker seeking fun in Pagosa Springs, the 250 (as I called it) was just the ticket. Comfortable bed, strong shower, and seating on the front patio to enjoy your coffee in the morning. It’s within walking distance of downtown and even has a nice view. If and when I come back, I’d definitely stay here again. Pagosa Springs was a great fun and I highly recommend the Williams Creek outfitters for a trout fishing expedition…ask for Bob!

The property was well-kept and clean. It had so many extras that you couldn't find in a hotel room...broom/dust pan first aid kit, fly swatter, little ironing board, convenient kitchenette, outdoor sitting, gas grill plus much more. We were just minutes from the spa and mineral pools which was very convenient. The only thing that bothered us was the loud traffic in the area and a small little shower. Other than that, the place fit our needs very well.

Very welcoming and comfortable. The patio was great because it rained so we sat under cover out there. The next day we hung out on the side yard looking across town in 2 really comfy chairs. We walked to lunch and also supper. Thank you

This place is perfect for us. It’s very clean (something many other properties from other owners are not). Communication is great! This is the third time here and that speaks for itself. Looking forward to our next visit!

The property was very nice and provided everything we needed. It's 2 blocks from the main street and allowed us to rest after skiing. I had a few questions and Linda was very prompt with a response.
