First time staying here and this condo was definitely really nice. Clean, spacious and no issues. Definitely will stay here again.

Condo was clean and as pictured on the VRBO site. The washing machine was not usable, and never got fixed during our stay, which was disappointing. Parking was difficult in designated parking space with a pickup truck, but fortunately we could park outside. Pool was chilly, but we were happy to go in the hot tub instead. Very close to the beach with a lovely view. Having a kitchen counter cleaning product would have been nice to have. Overall a good trip.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It has a very nice ocean view. You get to the beach in no time. The apartment is well organized and equipped. I was very satisfied. My only critique is that this listing was advertised as having a heated pool. I chose this specific one because I knew spring break can be cold sometimes, so with the “heated pool” kids would have something to do. However when we got there the pool was not heated, and the weather was cold. The only option available was a hot tub and it was packed with people because it was cold outiside. This might be an issue unrelated to the building and not the people who put the listing. It’s just that the listing shouldn’t advertise a heated pool. That’s all Other than that the apartment is fantastic! Highly recommended!

The condo was was very family friendly. They thought of everything needed for the stay which included canopy, beach chairs, games and beach toys. Will be booking again next summer .

This condo is in a great location in town and is right on the beach. It is comfortably furnished and nicely maintained. Having two master suites is a bonus when two couples are traveling together, as we were. A couple of the lamps needed new lightbulbs, which we couldn’t find. The kitchen is well equipped, and the bathrooms have extra towels. There are also several beach towels, which was great to have, plus beach chairs, etc. All in all a comfortable and pleasant stay!

Parking a larger vehicle in the garage was difficult, but we were able to park outside of garage along the street. When we got off the elevator we were unsure if we were gonna stay, kinda shady in the hallway. We opened our door & everything was just as mentioned on site. So look past the hallway area! If we come back to SPI, we will be staying here again.

From the ease of the check in process to the help with items we accidentally left behind; this property is managed by true professionals. The space itself is top notch. You’ll enjoy the balcony, beach and pool during your stay. You’ll find the space looks exactly like the pictures. The beach is just steps away from the unit and you’ll enjoy it with chairs, canopy and toys provided by the management team. We will definitely be booking again. Five stars all around!!

Set up for the four of us to relax on the beach, enjoy morning coffee on the balcony, protein shakes after beach boogie board runs and plenty of room for us to clean up and go out in the evenings. Nice laundry closet with good machines, clean and beds were comfortable.

This was one of the best trips we have ever taken. Very clean and stocked with just about everything you need. (Food and drinks not included) Beaches are very clean, and easily accessible. Watch out sand very hot before you enter beach area. LOL View is amazing!

We loved everything about the location and the condo. All the details were covered. We had a delay upon arrival which was frusterating after the long drive, but once in we found it clean and comfortable.

This Condo was perfect for us two couples who went. The Condo was right on the beach and had a balcony facing the ocean which was perfect to wake up too every morning to have our cup of coffee and see the sunrise!!! The 1st bedroom also has another balcony that faces the street and will let you see the sunset. Only issue was when we arrived right at 3:00 the door code was not changed yet but she arrived shortly and was taking care of. Also, the heater or the pool did not work but wasn't an issue for us as we enjoyed the hot tub!! Lastly the whole island was on a do not drink water warning so we just bought jugs of water from Wal-Mart and no one got ill!! This place also had all your beach needs from beach towels, wake boards, chairs, a cooler and even sand toys!! I would defiantly come back here again!!

The view is fantastic! The proximity to the beach and to shops/restaurants was great. The assigned parking space in the garage is very small, not sufficient for a truck. There are outside parking spots-if you can find one. We only had a couple of times where we had an issue with it. The condo was very clean.

Rental was easy, smooth and efficient. Requests to property management about pool being cold went unanswered all week. Owners even tried. Pool and hot tub were only issues. Beach access and beach area very nice!
