This was the best stay I have had using VRBO. The view that you get with this property is priceless. The propert managers are great and easy to contact. The house was has everything you need. We also found the neighbors to be awesome, and had many great talks while looking at the ocean. Its amazing that we are able to get this slice of heaven at an affordable price.

The location is unreal and the property itself is easily manageable, clean, and close to a lot of local destinations!

The property is the only home that is a rental in the group of condos so it is overseen by an HOA hit squad. My wife and I had two other couples over for dinner on the back patio. We were sitting have dinner, no music, no kids . Just adults having dinner. It was exactly 8:10pm when we got a noise complaint from one of the neighbors. The neighbors do NOT want this home to be a rental. At 10:05 were were (me and one other guest on the patio) told BY A NEIGHBOR (who came outside to tell us) that the curfew was 10:00pm and we needed to go inside. So long and short of it...the place has a great location but we would have never stayed there if we knew about the clearly ongoing issues with the neighbors....also the property is very run down. If you have a family OR are planning on having more then 2 guest over for dinner...you need to find another place. I still cannot believe that I was told to go inside the home (by the neighbor) when it was just myself and a friend having a conversation on the back patio. ALSO - the master bed was approximately 20 years old (as it was sad and saggy) and there were dark hand prints and foot prints on the wall 2 feet from my head. I actually used a tee shirt of mine as a pillow case. I could go on...but you get the point.

This was just as advertised--a VERY nice 2 bedroom condo, clean, great location, beautiful deck, and amazing view. It's clearly a VRBO-dedicated property, as the furniture was very nice and functional, but not luxurious. Given the COVID related issues, we ate a lot in the condo rather than going out. The kitchen worked perfectly--was well equipped and all the appliances worked and there were the requisite amount of dishes, etc. And there was a washer and dryer too. Plus boogie-boards. We were ideally situated between the famous Moonlight Beach and the "stone steps", both leading to the beach. About 2 blocks in each direction. Our group consisted of my wife and me, and my wife's 94 year old mother and her 81 year old friend who was needed as a travelling companion. Both of the ladies had a great time in the back bedroom, and my wife and I totally loved the view from the second floor bedroom and the sounds of the ocean waves that lulled us to sleep every night. I'd try to reserve this place again.

The view and proximity to the beach is wonderful! Check in and parking were very easy and the home itself is very comfortable and has lots of windows. We had a problem with the TV service, but the manager and owner were both very helpful and made sure we had a great visit anyway. The patio is a super place to visit with family.

We had the best time and didn’t want to leave. Amazing views, location and sounds of waves crashing all day all night. Fantastic! Thank you !!

We feel it appropriate to review this property from two perspectives. First, the veranda & view of the Pacific: On a scale of 1-10, it’s a 15, nothing short of spectacular! Likewise, the location with its proximity to Moonlight Beach and Encinitas restaurants and shops is awesome. Unfortunately, the unit itself is considerably run down, especially the linens, towels, dinnerware, cookware, and amenities. There is internet access, but it is not secure/ password protected. Our son said you need a new router. Although we had planned to prepare and enjoy meals there, we chose not to do so. However, the issues could largely be remedied by a trip to Costco/Target. A coat of paint would also be worthwhile. In summary, we had a nice time but look forward to hearing if you upgrade as we would love to return. Net/net, what a fantastic location! Beautiful view and great oceanfront location. The place could use some updating and maintenance.

If you want to lounge on the veranda and watch the waves, wildlife and surfers this is the place! Great sunsets and close to shops and restaurants. The place is older, so if you’re looking for a resort vibe, this is not it. The neighbors are super close, but weren’t home a lot of the time we were there. The place is well appointed, but the decor could use an update (faded artwork on the walls; quick/cheap fix for an impressionable first impression). The sound of the waves out the master bedroom window is unbeatable.

Great value for the location. Second year staying here and would definitely stay here again. I had a problem with the lock box at check in (my error) and Eileen ran right over to help us out.

A great location, a beautiful view, plenty of room, everything we needed. Nice neighbors, close to Moonlight Beach, Handel's Ice Cream, the Coaster station.

Fantastic few days in Encinitas. Nothing like waking up and walking out to that patio to watch the waves crash and see the surfers enjoying their day. Loved our weekend in Encinitas, hope to return someday soon!

Great location...everything is within walking distance. Unfortunately, it was very hot/humid so sleeping (upstairs) was uncomfortable.....even with 2 fans going. No A/C. I think it is unreasonable to ask that you wash towels for the next guest. It's vacation...no body is coming to the beach to do laundry. And, you can't leave the unit with machines running. Owner should have enough towels/sheets to take care of the next guest and do the laundry off site. This unit is overdue for a complete remodel.

Excellent location - with amazing coastal views. Easy beach access and close to everything. Home is well equipped. Would stay here again in a heartbeat - already missing the sound of the waves!!

Enter property on ripped steps. Open door to sauna entrance due to poor design. Turn left on worn out tiles to very dated kitchen that needs complete redo(appliances are new) Don't worry about decor as there is none. House is an echo chamber due to bare minimum of furniture, rugs or wall coverings. Shower in master bath is well past due for replacement. Shower has unique way to turn on hot water.Beds are not that comfortable Blinds are old and falling apart-handyman told me he's been fixing them for 20 years. No note but 'Your not allowed to use one set of blinds in bedroom) Blinds in living room I fixed with tape. Ants!! Problem won't be solved till kitchen & baths are redone so be prepared to clean clean clean!! We didn't cook in kitchen due to this problem Management did come immediately to fix things and they are very nice but the bottom line is profit and that's all they care about. Last, kitchen faucet falls off and has enough crap around it to say it's been like that for years. Renter beware!!

Thank you so much for a wonderful week at the beach. We were SO pleased with the house. It was just as represented on your website and the video; however, the views and the atmosphere and the wonderful waves could not be described on a website! We were very comfortable and had everything we needed and then some. The beds were great and the house well stocked and exceptionally clean. The neighborhood was very quiet and pleasant, and we loved the entire area. We have stayed in many houses, and this is definitely on our TOPS list. Would recommend Chart House in Cardiff (our favorite!) and The Biergarden and The Fish House and Saint Tropez. Also, Whole Foods was very close and well stocked. Chris was such a help before and after our stay! Very easy to work with!
