We had a wonderful experience here. The unit was very clean, kitchen was well equipped. It had plenty of space and was close to the slopes! Would definitely stay here again.m

This condo is my home away from home while skiing at Snowmass. I've stayed here a number of times and watched its changes over the years and enjoy my time here everytime.

Good location for a ski trip. Short walk to the lift. Clean and comfortable ground floor accommodations. The hot tub was a plus for after a day of skiing. And they were very responsive when we had questions. Our flights back home got cancelled due to freezing rain in DFW. We hope to come back again.

August is a great time to visit the Aspen/Snowmass Area!

Booked this to go to a family wedding in Aspen. Great first floor location! Ample space and amenities. Appreciated having kitchen and bathroom staples in the unit (salt and pepper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner). Would definitely stay here again!

When there’s snow on the ground, you can ski within 50 feet of the unit and ski out to the base village.

This place was in a super location and great space for our family to relax after hitting the slopes! We were missing a drain stopper for the bathtub, and I told them the first evening and had it by the next afternoon.

We had a wonderful time in this property. Clean, good location, maybe a 3 minute walk to the slopes. We will be back

We enjoyed a great ski vacation at Lower Willows F1. Property was clean and smelled nice upon arrival. Close to slopes. Bus stop locations right outside the door ( down a short set of heated sidewalk and steps). Plenty of kitchen utensils. Shuttle system was outstanding. Would definitely stay there again!

The location of the Snowmass Condo was great! You can walk to and from the Village easily for meals and bus service to Aspen and the valley. The condo was very comfortable! The furniture, beds, and kitchen were very nice. The new hot tub around the corner was delightful! Thanks for sharing your place!

Overall nice property for the price/location - close to village and gondolas and trails by foot. Directions to condo could be better - would recommend a diagram in addition to written directions, especially when arriving in the dark. 2 of 3 lights weren’t working in master (bulbs?) Bathrooms nicely updated. Kitchen was well equipped. Clean overall.

Nice and comfy condo. Excellent living room set up / seating for 4 tired adults and movie nights. Dryer was broken but overall had a great stay.

This is the third or fourth time staying at this property and it is always a wonderful time. Snowmass is really my favorite place to ski and Aspen is a lot of fun too. It's different this year without being able to go to Belly Up but hopefully next year will be better on that account.

Our family of 5 stayed at the Willows townhouse June 25 - July 1. We had a great time. The place was clean, comfortable with plenty of room to spread out and relax. Special thanks to the property manager Mark who was kind enough to answer all of our questions even the call we made at 11:00pm the night of our arrival. We will definitely stay with you again if ever in Aspen.

Spacious living room and dining room. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Can ski out down to the base. Walk up is less than 5 minutes. Nice balcony. First floor location right in front of parking lot is very convenient for loading/unloading. Google maps shows wrong location, follow the driving instructions provided in the checking documents. We got lost on arrival as it was dark. Overall very happy with the place. Bathrooms are both accessible from common areas. Single sinks with little space but manageable.

This was a fantastic place to stay. We came for the Ragnar Snowmass trail race and this house was close enough to be part of the action but great to come back to for showers and sleep. Not only that but Snowmass is BEAUTIFUL and we loved being in the mountains. The owners were awesome and emailed everything we needed prior to our arrival. House was clean and had basic kitchen needs. The oven is a little small, but that wasn’t a huge deal. We also weren’t sure what to do with sheets/clean up when we left, but it seemed to workout ok to put dirty linen in the bathtub. I would definitely stay here again. Don’t look further when wanting to stay in Snowmass Village!

Location,location,location. Plenty of room. Fabulous new hot tub with heated sidewalk. Economical rent in a very high rent ski area. You want extra fancy and pay much more,then go to Aspen Ski Corp. rentals.

The propoerty was good, very good beds, and super well located. Definitively I will came back and I do recomen it. Great vacations

This is a very nice double unit in a great location. You walk right over to the village express lift. There’s a new hot tub just steps from the condo door. The unit is older, but the beds were very comfy, the living room was spacious and cozy. It was so great to have ski in ski out. And also we used the small but useable kitchen to cook dinner and breakfast, saving us money! I highly recommend this property!

The condo is in a great location. The lack of snow didn’t allow us to “ski in/ski out,” but still very close and easy balking distance. We kept trying to find a day to take the bus over to Aspen, but the convenience of how close to the lifts we were at Snowmass made it too easy to just stay. (We finally went to Aspen on our last day just to say we did, but some of our party came back to Snowmass for the afternoon). The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. When I was shopping around, I chose this condo for its price and convenience to the slopes. I’m very happy with the choice. The Lees were also very responsive whenever I emailed them before arriving. We didn’t need anything once we got there. Again, so happy it’s our choice.

Convenient to shuttle or to drive but still very quiet. Nice that the front porch was private. A little confusion with the bedding but the owner was quick to take care of it with the management company. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

This was my family's first trip to Colorado. We had a group of 5. The condo was perfect for the price. The only surprise to me was that there was no air conditioning. I freaked out at first. Being from KY, the air is always hot and humid even during the nighttime hours. I was unaware how cool it stayed in Colorado in the evenings, so the lack of air conditioning was not really an issue after all. We opened the windows when it got warm and kept the blinds and curtains pulled down during the days to keep the sun out. There are many restaurants, groceries and shopping within walking distance. We rode the gondola lift to the mall area several times for eating & shopping. The lift is free and open from 10am to 10pm. The community pool and hot tub were right around the side of the building, also in walking distance. The condo was stocked with EVERYTHING you could possibly need including laundry detergent, trash bags, cleaning supples, towels, dishes, toilet paper, etc. The condo location worked well with our white water rafting adventure also since they picked us up our parking lot and brought us back too! This area makes everything convenient for their guests. The only thing I didn't like was the lighting in the condo was fair to poor as their are not many ceiling lights... they used lamps mostly and some of them did not work, which Marshall offered to come and repair but I told him it wasn't a big deal. Also the landline phones did not work, but that also was not important since we had good service with our cell phones. The cleanliness of the condo can improve greatly. The carpets and walls were very dirty. But other these minor things, we had a fabulous week and Marshall was very quick to communicate with me over whatever I needed. He is very attentive to all your needs and tries to make sure you have everything you need before you arrive. Thanks Marshall!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Its proximity to the shops at Snowmass and Clark's supermarket is ideal. The drive to Aspen is a little long, but it's a gorgeous setting. Place could use a few updates, but was clean and comfortable. We're mountain bikers, so we'd have liked to have had access to a washer/dryer, but overall it's a great value and we would stay there again.

Mr Lee is very responsive and the property is in a prime location near the mall and village base. Great facilities, comfortable beds and relaxing atmosphere. Will certainly seek to rent again.

It was nicely appointed and had everything we needed. We loved the location. Being able to walk to the lifts was very convenient since we had differing levels of skiers with us. The location is great. The space is great. The unit itself is dated but functional. Based on price and location this unit will serve a family well. It is a easy one minute walk to the Treehouse, so if you have children in ski school this is a fantastic base of operations.
