I stayed at the condo with my husband, adult child and my parents. The condo was absolutely perfect for our group. It was spacious, clean, welcoming. We loved the bedroom layouts. It allowed everyone to have their own space and privacy. The condo has everything you need. The bikes were a nice surprise, since the condo is roughly a mile from downtown Saugatuck. We walked to downtown Douglas in the mornings for coffee. It’s a nice short walk through a cute neighborhood. This was our first time to Saugatuck and I would definitely return. I would also rent this condo again. You can’t beat the amazing views from the main floor and master, just beautiful.

Initially there was a mishap with the communication from VRBO to the property manager. Once I contacted Ethan at the property management office, he quickly corrected the issue and made the experience wonderful for my family and me. We would definitely go back to this property and plan to next year. The property itself is breathtaking. The view on the lake is immeasurable. Quaint Cottages (property management) is taking the cleanliness to the next level with concerns of COVID. I felt so comfortable that my family’s health was the number one priority! Thank you for an amazing stay!

We had a great time in Douglas and our rental experience was excellent. The condo was very clean and looked just like the online pictures. We had lots of room for our family of 4. We cooked for a few meals and had the basic necessities we needed. We rode the bicycles multiple times to go to downtown Douglas and Saugatuck. The location was perfect for both places. We were able to enjoy the view from any one of the 4 decks and being right on the water made for a beautiful view any time of the day. We would definitely stay here again and plan to visit this area again on a future trip.

Amazing property in Douglas with beautiful views of Lake Kalamazoo. Perfect location, across the street from J Petter gallery and walkable to Douglas. Also a quick walk to the Red Dock bar, great location for an afternoon beverage. Very quiet and serene location, we will be back!

Great kitchen and balconies. Backs up to a marshy area but is still beautiful. Comfortable for our family of 5.

The property was an absolutely amazing spot just a short drive away from downtown Saugatuck. The views of the water from the balcony and outdoor patios was phenomenal. The only downside we had to the property was the construction going on next door, but we were warned beforehand and were okay with the noise.

The location of the condo was great, close to everything you would need for a memorable stay. Minutes away from Sagatuck and Holland. When we first checked in, the condo was lacking in some necessities, such as towels, dishwasher soap, and cleanliness. The floors were not clean and it looked like they had not completed cleaning and setting up for a rental. All that was quickly addressed after one text to the manager. After that, our stay was comfortable and relaxing. Would recommend this condo to friends and family.

This place is pricey compared to others. However, the view and accommodations were spectacular. Please note, to get to the main living area, there is a flight of steps.

The rental was gorgeous, very clean, well stocked with towels and soaps/lotions. The decor/furniture was beautiful. The owner supplied a selection of popular books to read for all ages. There were games available, beach toys and chairs..a pool table for the competitive family game. The owner also supplies a Sonos speakers for the guests to use. Last but not least, the views were the best in Saugatuck in my opinion. This was the best rental experience we’ve ever had. I would highly recommend this property.
