We just returned from our vacation on 30A. We stayed at the Blue Jewel and had a wonderful time. The house was amazing and big enough to accommodate our entire family. The kids loved the pool and stayed in it constantly if we weren't at the beach or enjoying a golf cart ride up and down 30A. Amy, the property manager, was so very helpful when my daughter left her phone. I notified Amy about the phone and within 5 minutes she text me back telling me the phone had been found and she would be happy to mail it to me. She also took the time to send me a picture of the phone (along with a bracelet that we left) assuring me that it was on its back to us. Incredible customer service!!! We had such a great time in Santa Rosa Beach. If you're looking for a large house to rent within a few minutes walk from the beach, this is the house for you. Thank you Amy for all you did!

Beautiful home! Wonderful kitchen, great living room next to it. Big dinner table was accommodating and inviting. Kids were taken care of with the kitchen island seating. Bedrooms are all amazing. The bathrooms are designed beautifully, showers are luxurious. Stairs…my rec is you be the first to arrive and choose wisely. Great exercise after eating Blue Mountain Creamery ice cream! Outside covered deck, and a private pool was a favorite of the kiddos. Our dog especially enjoyed the park a few steps away to run and do her thing. To top it off, a short distance to the beach made this family trip one to remember. Would definitely book again!

The manager was very responsive and even helped us after when several personal items were left. Will definitely stay here again. Only compliant was the pool alarm on the door. Great idea for safety with kids but very loud and malfunctioned several times. We loved being close to Red Fish and Blue Mabel! Nice to have walkable restaurants and the beach walk was only 5 mins.

No pool lounge chairs but then no lounge area lol. No beach chairs for beach. Other than these items loved the house we had plenty of room for our family decorated tastefully location close enough to beach restaurants etc. Golf cart is a must tho w children. We stayed with 3 families: 5 kids 5 and under. It was very spacious for all of us and cutely decorated. Not too bad of a walk to the beach access, bakery, and ice cream. The only feedback for other families is that the outdoor deck area is a bit small so it can get a little crowded with the smaller kids running around. But, overall it was a great stay!

We enjoyed ringing in the new year at the Blue Jewel. Heated pool saved the trip for kids as we didn’t have the best weather. Perfect amount of space for three families!! Beach is not to bad of a walk. Could use some more comfortable furniture in den.

This house was perfect for our family of 7 adults. It’s very spacious, modern furnishings and decorations and walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We also enjoyed having our other family members over for grilling out with 12 of us in the backyard/ spacious kitchen. The only complaint is the floors did not seem to be fully cleaned (our socks turned black). Everything else was very clean and nice! We would definitely stay here again!

Extremely functional and good quality. A few little things to improve on: several batteries dead, including one for back door alarm; mold? or dirt around outside back door handle; gas line stub sticking out of deck is total safety hazard; pool should be cleaned more often given next door construction; ice maker didn’t work at times; pool lights did not work; and would be nice to have gas grill.

We wouldn’t change one thing to the house! It was beautiful, spacious, and we just made such amazing family memories. Thank you again!

We loved this property for our large group. 7 adults and 6 kids enjoyed this spacious beach house Aug 2019. We loved the bedroom size with King beds and large televisions. The bunk beds in the kids room were perfect and large. The furnishings were perfect beach theme without being over the top. The kitchen was great for preparing large meals and someone had even left a charcoal grill outside-management had told me there wasn't a grill. So that was an added bonus. The fry pans could have been better but they got the job done. The dishes and silverware were excellent. The couch in the living room was not comfortable at all but all the other chairs around the table and bar area were nice. Surprised to see light colored fabric in a rental but it looked and felt nice. The towels and bedding were great, you will need to bring your own beach towels as listed in the description. The walk to the beach is about 5-7 minutes as described and is pretty hot in early August. There is limited parking at the public beach access and we were able to get a spot early. The water at the beach was beautiful the first day and then algae moved in and made it green the rest of our stay but that didn't stop our group from enjoying the beach and waves. We only ate out once at Los Rancheros and it was delicious Mexican. Several from our group enjoyed the Blue Mountain Creamery multiple times, it's expensive but delicious - like $20 for 3 cones!! We would recommend some slip resistant paint on the deck around the pool as 5 out of 6 of our kids fell and one adult fell on the wet slippery deck. There were no major injuries and we loved having the pool so close and private. The alarm on the door was great safety for our young kids. There are a lot of stairs in this house and if you're on the 3rd floor be prepared for a workout. Also several steps up and down to the beach. The house is located on a quiet street and we took several walks around the neighborhood. There is a bike rental place across the street that we didn't use but it would be useful if you had kids old enough to ride. Overall we would recommend this house.

We loved the home and private pool. The community is quiet and safe. The walk to the beach was a little longer than we anticipated but it allowed us to burn off the extra calories we consumed during vacation. Great time with the family

Beautiful spacious home! However one of the beds was missing the full set of sheets, another was obviously not changed as there was hair in the bed. One of the showers also had lots of hair in it! Thankfully a very nice housekeeper was working in the neighborhood and she took care of it for us. Also found the kitchen to be dirty in some areas and several of the dishes were not clean. Very disappointing considering the amount of money we spent to rent. Overall it was very nice property and we would consider renting again!

The house is set up well with a wide open 1st floor. It is a short walk to the beach but not bad unless you have a lot of gear. There are significant steps to get down to this beach so makes it difficult if you have little ones or lots of beach equipment. The beach is very clean and BEAUTIFUL. The kitchen counter was not clean when we arrived but it always looks dirty anyway due to the finish. There is no swiffer in the unit, just a broom and dustpan so you will get sand all over. Also we had 3 maintenance visits for the pool alarm which had to be replaced. We also had difficulty with the AC on all 3 floors. After 5 repair visits on 5 different days it seemed to be repaired but that was pretty disruptive on a vacation and very hot several nights . The maintenance contact person is wonderful though and she responded almost immediately. Whatever they pay her is not enough! We also found some stains on bed linens and towels and the walls were marked up in several rooms. We had to buy toilet paper, dishwasher soap, trash bags, as they only give you starters. The washer and dryer were super size which was great! The pool was great and the deck large enough for our group so it is wider than the photo indicates. The pool gets shade in the afternoon which was welcomed! The view is plants which was better than we expected but houses are close together so we heard babies next door and I am sure they heard ours! Over all it is great house and well suited but there are no pool toys and no cleaning supplies except dish soap. We also brought a child gate for the stairs which is necessary if you have young ones. One thing that bothered us the most is that they required electronic payment and charge you for it, whether you use credit card or electronic check.

Great house. We had 4 couples. We rented bikes and a golf cart. The beach is a leisurely 9 min walk. 3 min bike ride. Party store bakeries bike rental and restaurants are within a block. Great location. Beach is pristine! The personal chef we had complimented the great kitchen.

Our family of three needed time away after a hard year and this beautiful beach house did not disappoint. The home was warm and inviting from the start, and designed with nice, comfortable furniture and soothing decor. The rooms were spacious and I loved having my own bathroom complete with a balcony and a great shower. My girls enjoyed the bunk room and the hall bath was roomy and perfect for accommodating multiple people. The kitchen was well equipped and we had fun grabbing fresh seafood at Goatfeathers off of 30A and cooking it for dinner. The patio was a great place to sip hot coffee or eat a meal while dangling my feet in the warm pool. The Adirondacks were one of my favorite spots to sit and rest. The Blue Mountain Beach is just a 6 min casual walk and the sunsets are just breathtaking. We ordered lunch for pickup at the Blue Mabel Smokehouse and it was beyond delicious, and just around the corner. La Loba Bakery was another favorite spot to grab some good eats, from their gluten free chocolate muffins and cinnamon rolls to their turkey wraps and veggie wraps. They are delicious, clean, and they use locally sourced ingredients. You can't beat the location of this wonderful beach house. It's about a 5 minute drive to Grayton Beach, and about 12 minutes away from Seaside and a short drive to cool bars, restaurants and shopping. If you like to cook and prepare a lot of meals at the beach house, the Publix off of 98 was a short drive, and the WalMart is just a little further down. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone looking to enjoy a 30A vacation. It gave us the vacation we needed and we feel rejuvenated and rested. Can't wait til we come back!

I had a great experience on my girls trip and the Blue Jewel wa the perfect place for a getaway. I was so impressed.....This beach house has it all....finely appointed decor in every room, multiple king beds and a fantastic kitchen. I stayed in ‘the Bunkroom”, but it was nicer than any bunk room I’ve ever stayed in before. The beach is a 5 minute walk as are bakeries and restaurants. We had so much fun! Thank you, Blue Jewel!
