We had a great stay in Steamboat. Located conveniently close to town and the resort. The house was perfect for our family and we enjoyed the deck on a warm day and the hot tub after skiing.

Lots of space for our family during our busy ski vacation. We’re loved being able to come home to our own hot tubs and beds!

This place exceeded our expectations! Very close to skiing drop off site and our family had a great time at Steamboat resort. Every room had a view and we had glorious afternoon sun that allowed some deck time on our last day. Perfect vacation ~ thanks

We stayed for 3 nights, everything was excellent. Very clean, spacious. Close to everything! Highly recommend!

Everything in this home needs a deep clean. I actually removed the bath rugs altogether because they were dirty upon our arrival. The wall of windows downstais could have been lovely but 3 of the 5 shades were broken in the down position. Kitchen sink windows don't function at all. Very poor lighting throughout. On the plus side, the upstairs deck was lovely. The fireplaces in the living room and downstairs bedroom were cozy and easy to use. Downstairs bed is very comfortable. Location is beautiful. Disappointed overall.

Owner, caretaker, and cleaners are working on numerous items we pointed out to them.

I'd recommend this property to anyone! The views were unbelievable! It was clean and easy to get to the house. I would recommend this house to elderly too. My father enjoyed the weekend. We would be back again.

We really enjoyed celebrating my father's 70th birthday here. It was absolutely perfect for our family of 5 and pups. The location is convenient, private, and beautiful. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Steamboat as a family!

My family and I were elated when we found what we thought was a gem in Steamboat. The pictures were beautiful, I read the reviews and felt comfortable with the good and bad reviews. When we arrived, the “cleaning” crew was still there, as well as the spa cleaners, not a big deal! We had an errand to run, so we left for about an hour. When we returned, the “cleaners” were still there. At this point we we’re there 1 1/2 hours after the stated check in time. Once we we’re allowed in, we we’re greeted with an overwhelming dog urine smell, and several wet spots on the carpets throughout the home. There was also dog hair all over everything. We selected this home because it was pet friendly, but did not expect it to be as dirty as it was. We allowed our kids to have the upstairs rooms because the downstairs door didn’t lock properly and it made us uncomfortable. There’s NO A/C which would normally not be a big deal, except the majority of the windows in the house were inoperable which made it quite difficult to cool the house down. It was unusually warm while we were there so it was quite uncomfortable. The bed sheets on the upstairs beds were clean, but the downstairs bed, was quite obviously not. The sheets were obviously dirty and wrinkled as if they had been slept in and remade. The towels were also dirty and smelled like food. There was makeup on two of the towels. We ended up leaving a day early because we were so disheartened. Beautiful views, but needs work and DEEP CLEAN!

The property was a little cluttered, not horrible or anything. Biggest complaint was it was hot(no a/c) and Dust and dirty pans. Beds were comfortable . Took 24 hrs from checkin to get in touch with owner. Could not find a fan in the home. Went to Walmart and purchased one. Next day we found a fan behind a chair in second bedroom. Since owner was not available for 24 hrs, they were of no help. Girlfriend has allergies, open windows 24hrs a day did not help her, but due to temp on the home we had no choice, and Dust in the home sure didn't help. We left a day early. Pulled out a pan to make breakfast in was covered in oil. At that point we became nervous about all the flat wear and dishes. It was not a good trip for us.

The first day we showed up it was still pretty hot with highs in the upper 80s and we are sure glad it did not stay that way. The house does not have AC, and the first night was rough with not being able to really open the windows at night (except upstairs) for bears. The house could use another fan or two, but otherwise it was great.

Cozy cottage. We we’re able to enjoy a very relaxing few days here. House was amazing and conveniently located to all we needed. Great views of the mountains. We will definitely return!!

We had a comfortable stay with plenty of space. The home was hot during the day with no air conditioning but we did like the hot tub and Location with quick access to downtown.

The house was clean & easy to relax in. We spent time on the main level deck often. Close enough to town. Really enjoyed having the views. My bed was very comfortable. I wish the bath tub floor had some texture on it.

We absolutely loved our stay. The location was ideal. The views were stunning. The sunsets, breathtaking. The layout of the house was perfect for our crew. We stayed in the basement with our 3 year old and then the others had the upper bedrooms which were all nice size and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and having family meals. The hot tub was the perfect end to fun filled days. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy!

Our group had an amazing time staying here. Lots of room, easy accessibility to the mountain and close drive downtown. You can fit 8 people, but the house is really more suited for 7 adults. Margaret was very response to anything we needed! Highly recommend

The house was great, and kitchen very well equipped. Plenty of space for a group to spread out with ample beds! Only complaint for those skiing is the hill to and from the shuttle bus stop with ski boots on and carrying skis is tricky/steep, especially on the way home. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Location and views from the property are stunning. The furniture, appliances, beds, and kitchen supplies are adequate but not in great repair. It is also worth noting the third "bedroom" is the basement and does not have a door separating it from the bathroom or hallway. In order to access the hot tub you must walk through the basement bedroom. The hot tub is small but worked well. It is also worth noting the bathrooms are not attached to bedrooms, they are a 1/2 level up or down respectively. We had a lovely time but we are unlikely to return to this property.

Perfect spot for a ski weekend with friends! Walking distance to the bus stop and great area for walks! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I think this was a great place to stay and location was nice. I wouldn’t walk to bus stop cause of steep hill and slick roads. Only thing I would suggest is bedrooms to have a tv especially staying with several families it would work better. It had great space and kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Loved having the hot tub at night after a long day on the slopes. The views were amazing I would catch myself sitting up at night looking out the windows from upstairs bedroom.

We had an amazing stay! We had 4 adults and plenty of beds! The hot tub was amazing after a day of skiing. The kitchen was nicely stocked with any thing you would need. It did smell a little like dog when we first walked in, but we just sprayed some Febreze and the smell was gone. A nice mudroom to take all your ski stuff off. The beds were comfy and plenty of towels! Just a short drive to the slopes. The gas fireplaces were really nice. Definitely would stay again.

Absolutely loved this place! Super easy check in process and close to everything! Not to mention that roof top hot tub and overall ambiance. Looking forward to staying here again!

This was just what we needed for a group of six to ski for the weekend at Steamboat. The price was very affordable compared to some of the luxury condos, and having our own hot tub, driveway, and peace and quiet made it better than staying in a condo. The walk to the bus stop isn't too bad (probably too steep for ski boots). We found the place to be very clean and well taken care of. My only complaint is the downstairs bedroom has very worn mattress springs, and the backyard door from that room doesn't have a curtain panel so it lets a lot of extra light in when you're trying to sleep, but other than that everything worked out just fine :)

Location is excellent; however, the cabin is very dated needs repairs. Many of the windows do not seal properly, front door lock not working, furniture worn and dirty, bathroom ceiling stained, bedding and linens worn out. Would not stay here again.

We had a great stay here. Comfy and warm! We will be back!

This rustic home has fantastic views of Steamboat and was in a great location. The kitchen was very well-equipped. However, there were some maintenance issues that we have shared with the owners.

It was a cute property, enjoyed the hot tub. Very private place.

We loved our stay and will definitely be back! Home is perfect for families. A few little things need fixing but still a 4 star stay!

Roomy enough for our family and our 3 dogs. Comfy beds, decent kitchen , fluffy towels and the free-standing gas stoves take the chill off in no time. Great views of town and mountains. Plenty of parking on the pull-through driveway. Quiet neighborhood. We were happy to find a place that would allow dogs and be comfortable for us. Like many rentals , there are chips in some dishes and most of the skillets are long past their prime. But the gas range is good, the coffee maker works and the fridge is family-sized. We would definitely stay here again!
