Amazing single level condo, tastefully decorated, with ridiculous views of the Bay, Downtown PV, and spectacular sunsets. Large enough for my family of 4 to all have their own space, but lots of nice places to be together as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the on-site restaurant has a lovely and diverse menu at reasonable prices. The rooftop infinity pool is one of the best I have ever seen... anywhere. Michael (the owner) is very responsive and accommodating. A wonderful place for a quiet PV vacation, but still close enough to all the action if you want. Highly recommend!

This is a stunning property, with incredible views. The decorations are quite unique and fun, almost like living in an art gallery. The building and beachside setting are spectacular. In addition to the unit itself, we enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar. The restaurants at the building are quite good and reasonably priced.

Our family absolutely loved Sayan Beach. Before you book, just note that the pools on the bottom level don’t really get any sun throughout the day. While we were there, several pools and all of jacuzzis were also broken. However the rooftop infinity pool and bar more than made up for that - absolutely amazing views, service, drinks, and some of the best food in town! The apartment itself has an absolutely stunning balcony. The bedrooms are huge and well appointed, although we’d recommend upgrading the beds in the two guest rooms to be a bit more comfortable as they were both a bit small (doubles, not queens), and had weird hard pillows. They felt a bit more like afterthoughts compared to the master suite. Otherwise the apartment has everything you could need for an amazing stay!

This was a repeat stay for us. We’ll be back. Beautiful home.

I love staying at Sayan Beach. The views are amazing, the service is great, and the whole process from checkin to checkout is very smooth and easy.

Beautiful place. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Being an owner of vacation properties I would recommend that all TVs are checked to be functioning properly before each guest arrives and also include something about how to operate in the guest book provided. This is my number one issue in my places also. Other than that we loved the place and may book again for another trip.

We had a fantastic time staying at this unit. Everything was perfect. The location is the right distance from the noise but close enough for easy trips into town. The owners are very responsive and communicate well leading up to your arrival.

Our fourth visit to PV and simply the very best property we’ve stayed at. It deserves 7 stars as it’s even better than described in the VRBO listing. Stunningly decorated, beautifully furnished with spectacular views across the bay. From booking to check-out the process was flawless. A huge thank you to the owners! We will most certainly be back.

The unit is beautiful, the view is fantastic, and all is wonderful, but the condo is located quite a walk away from the main part of the Malecon. Lots of taxi rides needed.

Staying at the condo was so perfect for my family of 6! The condo was better than pictured! The pictures are beautiful however the view must be seen in person to really capture the beauty. We enjoyed staying on the 4th floor. Even though the building had 12 floors you felt like you were on top of the world. We went during the rainy season. It was very sunny and clear for the days then the rain would move in at night. It was actually a perfect scenario. Watching the lightening from the condo was breathtaking. The condo had plenty of space. Each bedroom was very large. Large enough to lay out suitcases and still have plenty of space. The entire condo has walls that open up to the outside. We didnt open them up too much because we enjoyed the air conditioning but it would be ideal for cooler weather! The owners had everything we needed at the condo. Even a washer and dryer! We were very impressed with the condo security. They have a 24 hour guard on duty who kept us in check when coming and going from our condo. We also took advantage of the parking available as we rented a car for the week. I personally loved the art and unique furnishing the owners had. This place was unique but very comfortable and light and fresh feeling! We loved exploring the town but the real treat was coming back to the condo every day. The pools were so great too! They had awesome views and were never too crowded. The pool furniture was comfortable and had plenty of mixed seating. Even tables to eat at and beds to lounge on. The wait staff and bar tenders were extremely friendly and so patient! The food and drinks were some of the best we had all week! We highly recommend this condo for your vacation! We look forward to checking to see if they have other properties! Thankyou again for such hospitality!

We had a very relaxing vacation staying in this condo. It is very spacious for a family of 4, very clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the terrace, with very comfortable seating, where we could watch the boats coming by and watch the beautiful sunsets. The location is perfect. Just outside the hustle and bustle of the PV center, a little climb brings you to Los Muertos beach in 5 minutes, or a very short and cheap Uber ride brings you anywhere in town. The 2 swimming pools are beautiful, especially the rooftop one with the awesome views. The restaurants in the complex are unbelievably cheap and serve very good food and drinks, poolside or served at a table. The waiters are all very nice. Can’t wait to come back!

We just got back from a week of staying at this fabulous condo, the pictures do even do justice to how beautiful this place is, we will be back for sure. The amenities in the building are great, from the gym, to the pools, and the restaurant . The hosts Edoardo and Michael couldn’t be more accommodating , The food in the restaurant was great and very reasonable.and the staff was super nice. Loved every minute of our stay. Edoardo and Michael are wonderful hosts. The location is terrific and the views are only enhanced by the beautiful art and decor that has been placed throughout the unit. It's very evident that the owners genuinely care about the comfort and experience their guests have. The staff at Sayan is also top notch.

Everything was perfect on this trip. We had 4 PV virgins and they were so WOWED by this property and the top notch customer service. All of the bar and restaurant staff were extremely polite and friendly. The food is very good and the prices are even better. Michael greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the entire building as well as the beautifully appointed condo. The art work is incredible and the views are so, so impressive. We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful condo in great building and excellent location especially if you like walking into town. Roof top pool was stunning. All 6 adults were very comfortable.

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights and it was absolutely stunning. Edoardo was a wonderful host and this penthouse residence unit was massive with beautiful finishes and decor. The rooftop pool area was wonderful with amazing views and it was easy to get a nice spot in the sun around the pool as this property has much smaller amount of units.The food was OUTSTANDING at very good cost, and the servers were very prompt and friendly and extremely attentive unlike many other resident resorts. We will definitely be going back for another stay down the road. Thank you so much for everything Edoardo Y Michael!

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The sweeping terrace has an incredible view. Both Edoardo and Michael were excellent at communication and answered any questions immediately. The building is beautifully maintained with excellent service staff and a 5 star rooftop pool. I would stay here again!

We stayed on the fourth floor and the condo was lovely. The owners were welcoming and easy to deal with. There were four of us, so there was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their own space. The rooftop infinity pool and bar were a huge hit!! We could not get enough of it. We never got tired of the beautiful view of the bay and the amazing sunsets. The food was great! We ordered room service several times throughout our stay. The staff is amazing and the view is stunning. It was close to the beach and downtown. We felt safe. We highly recommend this property.

Condo, staff, food, service, pools, the view......all totally fantastic. Alexander in the bar was so sweet and happy, but all employees, owners and other guests were very friendly too. With the small exception of the cleaning lady in our unit. We will be forever greatful for such a wonderful experience, specially the 2 of us that came all the way from Sweden and in Mexico for the first time

This place is absolutely amazing!! Waking up each day to the sound of crashing waves. It was like a resort but without all the noise. Very safe, close to town, and super friendly staff and the massages by Lily are the best ( so good we had her come two days in a row). Michael and Eduardo were amazing host, we plan on coming back here every time we visit Puerto Vallarta.

We've traveled all over the world, but this condo was at the top of the list for our top locations that we've stayed at. It's like a resort, with a more intimate feel to it. Secluded from the city, but close to the heart of the city. We had breathtaking views and sunsets from the balcony and from the rooftop infinity pool. And our 10 year old played in each of the pools everyday. The balcony massage from Lily, Joaquin's wife was amazing for a little of nothing. And the food at the restaurant was dirt cheap. Everyone was so helpful and so nice, we couldn't have chosen a better place. Not to mention the art in The condo was beautiful and exquisite and beautifully displayed throughout the house. Michael and Edoardo was so accommodating for our late checkout needs. This place is really 10 stars and should be featured in a vacation home magazine. We took the most amazing photos that looked like postcards, all of our friends wanted to know how they could book this beautiful home. So happy we stayed here rather than get ripped off by the bigger resorts. We will be looking forward to their new condo being built a few bldgs over because we know it's gonna be just as fabulous! Amazing!!!

Like a resort but low prices, great service bar, restaurant, gym, masseuse...never need to leave. Some of the condo. decor (while originally high-end) showed wear and tear, eg scrapes and stains reportedly fixed periodically. No cleaning fee, but take care to expect the total guest fees if more than two stay, eg the site reportedly miscalculated them.

Absolutely beautiful and special condo. Stunning view and decor. We were completely delighted with the condo amenities and location. The on-site restaurant, rooftop pool and bar were spectacular. Twice we planned to go out in PV for dinner but instead elected to stay in and enjoy dinner, company and the gorgeous sunset from the roof - worth it. Great access to small beach area in front and short hike to Los Muertos. Owners were great and responded promptly to our questions. Thank you!!

This vacation spot is truly ideal... we have stayed in many places around the world and can honestly say that this rates at the top. We thoroughly enjoy our time here. This was our second stay and we are already planning for next year! The Condo is just delightful, Edoardo has outdone himself making sure that it’s not only beautiful, but it’s also comfortable and functional. The food is great and what a wonderful price. The staff could not be more accommodating. We call it the Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous, because it has everything on the property that you need to feel pampered in luxury.
