This place was perfect for what we were looking for. It was close to the beach and all of the clubs and nightlife. It was also close to shopping and the new Walmart in apartment was very clean and we have no problems during our stay. There is an amazing little Mexican restaurant across the street. The breakfast is fantastic and we ate there every morning at night. The small restaurant it was packed and was delicious. We will definitely stay there again.

This is the perfect vacation condominium. It has everything we needed; located within a short walk from everywhere we wanted to go (beach, grocery store, restaurants, and marina). The second bedroom is a bit noisy at night. We will be coming back!

Great place to stay, Laura went above and beyond to assist us in getting to the condo. Walked us through everything and was very easy to communicate with. Will stay there again!

This rental is exactly what we wanted. 50 of our closest friends and family were staying at Corazon and it was a 25 second walk to the resort. Beach was right there. The condo was furnished with beach equipment. Shoes. Towels. Umbrellas. Washer. Dryer. Anything you needed. It was stocked. Will be back in October

It was our first time to Cabo and we had a great time. The condo was very nice, modern and clean with easy access to the beach. Laura was a great host, always answering any questions we may have had. We would go back there someday.

What a great and unique property. Definitely consider this a condo in the right place. It’s in between all the resorts and a short distance to the beach.

This property is truly in a perfect location. You are located a few hundred meters from the beach, the Mango Deck, The Office, and a short two block walk to the Marina. Could not have asked for a better location. The condo itself is great and very secure. It was very clean, great bedrooms and beds, well stocked kitchen facilities, and an amazing deck view to relax upon. The owner is a great communicator and managed all aspects of our checkin to ensure we had a great stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Great experience. Thank you Laura!

Everything was provided including umbrella, folding chair & beach towels. Very short walk to beach maybe 4 min. Communication with manager was excellent.

From the time we made the reservation, the experience was great, Laura is very kind, excellent host, by promptly responding to any questions we asked, anticipating all our needs. The apartment has everything listed on the amenities is accurate and enough to have a pleasant vacation. If we come back to Los Cabos, will definitely contact Laura. Great vacation.

We can't say enough about our stay at this condo! It was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The view off deck was beautiful, and you can see Medano Beach. Also, you can catch a water taxi to great snorkeling beaches and a tour of the arches, right at the beach below. The condo has exceptional security, and was close to everything. The walk to the beach, restaurants and shops, are at your fingertips. Every time we called an Uber, it was 1 minute away. The host Laura answered all our messages in a timely fashion, and really cared that we were comfortable and had a great experience. We're already dreaming of returning!

Property a short walk down the hill to the Marina. Condo is just as advertised. Front bedroom a little noisy at night with traffic but you'll adjust.

The house was great and just a few minutes away from Medano beach. It had all the amenities that one would need including beach chairs and umbrellas. Nick was great, he met us and checked us in and was always available over text or to meet in person to answer any questions that we might possibly have! We would definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful location, great property for the price. Close to downtown Cabo and the beach. Water in master bath shower could of been hotter, but overall great property.

Nick and the condo staff were great!! The location is unbeatable. We had a minor hiccup and Nick and the staff were immediately on it, luckily it did not slow us down. We highly recommend this condo, it is very well kept.

A really spacious condo with two large bedrooms and two baths. The master bath is a large spa style walk-in bath with two showers, we loved it. The hand-picked art collection around the house was beautiful. The service was awesome, we mentioned to the manager that the floor seemed a little sandy when we arrived and he got the maid to clean the entire house (including the dishes and towels) while we were out. If you want to use the jacuzzi near the swimming pool, just start it one hour before, it takes some time to heat up. Bruce was wonderful and gave us good advice about traveling to Mexico for the first time. The Condo is just steps away from the only swimmable beach on the Cabo San Lucas side, no need to drive. You can practically walk to most places around the city, the new Mall and Marina are just a few minutes away. Overall, the Condo exceeded our expectations, we loved it and would definitely stay here again.
