We have been coming up to the delta ever since I was a little girl. Over the years we have rented houses in discovery bay with my parents and sisters family. This was the first house we all said we want to rent again. We hope this can be a house we come back to every summer. You couldn’t get any closer to fast water then this and the deck faces the west side so while the sun is setting it’s not glaring in your eyes. Perfect amount of shade. It’s walking distance to a park that my son loved to go to. They have everything you can think of and the owner always responded right away to any question I had! We love the delta and especially love this place

There were only a couple of things the master bathroom The rain shower water barely comes out of the rain channel and there were quite a few ants Other than that it was wonderful

The location beats anything that wasn’t perfect at this house. The amount of time it takes to get to fast water was just a few minutes and made it so nice. The cove the house sits in was calm water and perfect for lounging on a mat and paddle boarding. The neighbor 2 doors down was playing music extremely loud the whole time and had a live band but it wasn’t terrible as it was a Led Zeppelin cover band and it wasn’t obnoxious until the drunk karaoke started. However, it was the Fourth of July and the rest of the cove, loved it. The ice makers weren’t working but there is a shell station close by and the owner graciously gave a solution. We couldn’t find any additional pillows in the house and I ended up Instacarting more. What human sleeps with one pillow? 😂 There was no broom in the house and both vacuums didn’t work but we made it work with the swifter we found. The kitchen was pretty well stocked minus a casserole dish and a spatula which we bought and left for the house. The pool table and the ping pong table were the perfect form of entertainment for the kids too. Sure catch on fish is NO JOKE. Between the 5 people, total fish caught was well over 50+. It was another added element that made the perfect weekend.

Close to fast water and the Marina was a real plus staying at this location. We saved time and gas due to location and enjoyed more of the day. The cove was outstanding for SUP and fishing. The home was all good with a never ending supply of ice available from the ice machines, and a very professional kitchen with two refrigerators, one in the garage. The ping pong and pool table were welcome activities for our Grandchildren The TV's and Sonos sound system delighted our very "device Savvy" teens and worked well. The extensive patio was a gathering point for meals and socializing. Adequate parking for boat trailer and cars. AC worked very well. We loved our stay at Brian's home and definitely will consider again next year. Highly recommend.

We had a perfect family gathering at Brian’s place. It was a perfect setting for all of our families. We love the openness of the kitchen, living room, pool table! I also love the modern decor of the whole house. We all had a great time, thank you Brian!

My family had our first weekend stay in Discovery Bay at Brian’s house. It was nicely updated inside, clean, comfortable. The private dock was fun to swim, fish, kayak from. We had a small issue with something on the outside patio and after texting the owner, he immediately addressed it to our satisfaction. We hope to stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Girls trip was so wonderful. The property is perfect. Would definitely stay again and again!

My wife, 2 daughters, and I spent a relaxing 6 days at Brian's fantastic place on the water @ Discovery Bay. The house had everything we needed for a "stay-cation" away from home: big TV to watch movies in the same room as great kitchen, breakfast bar, and pool table; ping pong table in the garage; Sonos sound system throughout (so we could crank tunes while playing pool and ping pong); comfy beds; Tesla charger; pet friendly. Brian, the owner, was super responsive and helpful. Grocery store is 5 minutes away as are several good restaurants including pizza, sushi, Mexican, & Bar and Grill. Also, don't miss Wanna Waffle? in Brentwood. We'd definitely like to come back during warmer weather and take advantage of the great patio & deck on the water + the paddle boards. Highly recommend!

Brian is wonderfully responsive via text and the house is perfection! The air conditioning works extremely well and the beds are comfortable. We have stayed in Brians home three times and will return again. Close to fast water and a great dock set up.

Great modern home with all the bells and whistles as listed on VRBO. 5 Star home close to fast water. Brian (owner) is awesome...answers call and replies to texts almost immediately. I will continue to rent Brian's home annually for my summer family boating vacations.

Legit the best rental experience we've ever had! The location, adorable and remodeled home, and the property owner was incredibly honest, candid and kind!!! 100 percent will be back here, Brian was exceptional and we loved every second of our trip. Only regret was not staying longer!!!

This was a very comfortable house with lots of amenities and the location was fantastic. The owner was very responsive to some minor issues we had. Overall, it was a great experience. Would stay here again.

This home was entirely upgraded with furniture, surround sound and appliances you don’t see everyday! I was able to control the music from my own phone and play it in every room in the house! The microwave alone was super cool! A must see feature. The cleanliness drops one star, only due to having unfortunate tenants that have marked up the walls with pool chalk, holes from darts, rips in outdoor furniture, dirty walls, and stains on the bunk room couch. Besides that everything was immaculate!
