Lovely home on the water! We had a great time! Cozy space, comfortable beds, and plenty of room for our family of 6. Can’t wait to come back in the summer to use all the toys!

Overall, we had a good stay. There were a few things that I believe are worth mentioning, however. What I would call very basic staples in the kitchen were quite minimal. One of the chairs at the dining room table was broken when we arrived, so we set it aside and did not use it. Only three towels were provided in the kitchen. That is simply not enough for a three day stay. I noticed that at least one of the pillows in the living room was a bit tattered. Maybe I am being too picky, but I have previously owned a VRBO property and always made sure I paid attention to every detail. As a result, I was listed as a premier host.

Incredible property. Fantastic location as. Really everything you need. Host communication great as well! Definitely would book again!

We always love staying at this house. The kids have a blast swimming and super close to fast water. Great home for a getaway weekend or longer. Will be coming back soon.

Let me start with the fact that we’ve been renting houses on Labor Day for an annual fishing trip for 17 years running. Always the same group. This is the first year that I got the “book this same house next year”. The house is beautiful and clean. Outside area was set up very nicely with ample parking for our boats and a slide, trampoline, kayak, and paddle boards. Fishing was awesome! From the dock we caught bluegill, largemouth, and striper. My boat alone caught near 100 fish that weekend! Ample parking in the front of house to accommodate 3 trucks and trailers. Also very close to fast water (in discovery bay this is priceless!) On top of everything else Amy was wonderful. Very friendly and accommodating to our party. Great communication. We had a wonderful Labor Day and would love to rent this home again.

This was my 3rd time renting the property and it was as great as the other 2 visits. The patio is loaded with a table and seating areas with umbrella to block the sun. It is amazing to overlook the water as you bbq and eat dinner. The location is great as it’s only 5 minutes to fast water to explore the Delta. Swimming off the dock is great and a nice trampoline in the water to play on. Loads of dishes in the cabinets and everything you need in the kitchen. Thanks again!

This home is very comfortable and pretty much has all you need to enjoy a fabulous stay! We had a great time and the kids loved the paddle boards, slide and trampoline. We didn’t use the kayaks or bikes since we were waterskiing and wakeboarding most of the time but it was nice to know we had them. The dock has lots of cleats for boats, waverunners, etc. and nice lighting at night so we could see where we were walking on the dock well. We did find out we needed to put the umbrellas down at night or during the day if no one was at the house because the wind can come up and knock them over. It was pretty warm when we were there and AC didn’t cool as well upstairs, making it warm at night to sleep so I don’t know if there is something that could help there. Thanks for an enjoyable time! We will be back!

This is our second year we spent over a week at this wonderful home. Everything was easy and everyone had a great time. We were able to dock our boat and enjoy the short trip to fast water. The paddle boards & water slide were a bonus. The owners are easy to communicate with and we cant wait to stay again!

House was very nice. Plenty of room. Loved the balcony when coming out of the kitchen and bottom bedroom. Could use some new pots and pans. House could have been more clean and master bathroom.

The stay was enjoyable and everyone had a great time. The dock is fantastic.

Property is nice and well located. However, it was not cleaned well: many dishes and place mats were dirty; routine conveniences such as dish towels, dish soap, bar soap, and shampoo were either missing or inadequate; many corners and light fixtures were cobwebbed; owner seemed indifferent or little concerned about these issues despite extensive requirements of renters. One would expect more for the price.

Updated and well-appointed vacation home. Amazing outdoor living/rec area would be awesome in the warmer months. We had two out of town in-law families sharing for Christmas week at nearby family's home. Pluses: - excellent location closeby to our family holiday home-base; super close to grocery/drug/gas/food stores - plenty of comfortable living space; super fresh linens - included sample-sized soaps, body wash, shampoo; comfy beds; ample kitchen appliances and amenities Minuses: - a lot of strict rental rules, including a sizable deposit or insurance policy purchase, which are certainly the prerogative of the homeowner, but it was apparent that the previous renters violated a few rules which were reported throughout our stay so as not to be blamed for or charged at check out. - the first 2 1/2 days of a one-week stay the heat was not working on the second floor in bedrooms/bathroom. As night/early morning temps dipped into the 30s this was an issue promply reported to the host, who responded with attempted remote fixes, then contacted a hvac contractor. - half of day 3 was spent waiting for and providing access to the contractor, wasting precious time away from our family that we traveled from the East Coast to be with for a limited time. - back to the rules which state no refunds or allowances for unexpected occurances which hosts did correct, but took out almost three days of what should have been relaxing vacation and family time. Also, more time was spent reporting minor problems to the host, which if we were the owners we would hope other renters would have the courtesy of informing us. A lot of positives and amenities with the house. Due to the above issues had to give four stars, but would consider renting again.

I have stayed at this sepcific home three times now, every time, 6 months apart, as my business coach is up there and holds conferences at that time. Each time, I have been able to coordinate this home for me and 5 other ladies to lodge together and it is absolutely WONDERFUL!! It's clean, it's beautiful, great view of the water (even though we haven't had much time to hang at the house during the conference days), it's close by our venue locations, and it's accomodating for my group always! The owner is amazing and so responsive whenever we need anything... hands down, I will stay here again!!!

We used this home as a base for the weekend of my daughter's wedding. Everything was as described and we enjoyed a quiet, peacefull weekend. Sheets on master bed were soo super soft, and a ceiling fan was perfect for the warm nights! We BBQ'd on the deck for our final night and it was beautiful watching the full moon rise over the water. Would love to come back and enjoy the water next time, as we were too busy with wedding events to enjoy the water much. Would highly suggest this property!

This beautiful, thoughtfully appointed waterfront home in Discovery Bay is a real gem! My 2 teenaged daughters and I spent a long weekend in the East Bay and were so happy we chose this home. It is in a lovely, QUIET, neighborhood that is close to amenities (gas station, grocery story, pharmacy, Starbucks, etc.). The beds and linens are super comfortable (my teens miss them already!), the furniture fits the space well, and having 3 bathrooms is a big plus. We didn't have enough time to take advantage of the kayak or paddle-boards, but the water sure was inviting. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable and restful - we loved it!

Lots of rules that seem redundant, but I guess they have had bad guests. Could of used a little more info on where A/C t-stat locations.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The location, deck and dock are perfect for people who want to spend a lot of time on and in the water. Additionally, Amy was quick to offer solutions to any problems that arose.

Having our boat docked at the house was great. Everyone enjoyed the slide, paddle boards and fishing off the deck. The house was comfortable and cooled when we needed a break from the heat. Although we spent most of our time outdoors the house was stocked with everything we needed. We can't wait to stay again. Thank you for sharing your home.

This was our second year on the Delta and everyone loves this location. Everyone lived in the water...and the large dock for a rental boat is perfect. It was also nice that paddle boards were available. This place is great, safe swimming and comfortable. Thanks for making it available to us.

This is the 2nd year I have rented this property and we will continue in the future. I love to wakeboard on the Delta and this house is the perfect location to be able to keep your boat on the dock and have quick access to fast water. The house is well supplied with paddle boards and a cornhole set for for fun in the cove and on the spacious deck. The house has plenty of room and the 3 full bathrooms are great! One of the best parts of Discovery Bay is the sunset cocktail cruise around all the amazing properties.

Very clean property in a beautiful setting. Great for families with kids. We would love to stay here again.

We couldn’t have had a better week at this home! It was my daughter’s wedding and family was staying in multiple houses in Discovery Bay. Kitchen is fabulously stocked for dinners, bbq. The deck and water access is fantastic. Beds are comfortable and house well designed for several people. I didn’t want to leave and we will definitely be back. This home is truly a gem! Thank you!

The inside of the house was fine. The decks were not prepared for visitors. The dock power does not work. The trampoline had at least a season of Duck Poop on it. (disgusting) Lots of spider webs and no cushions on any of the outdoor furniture. We all felt like nobody bothered to prepare for our visit.

We had 4 guests and the house was more than adequate for our needs.

I’ve had the opportunity to stay at this same property 6 months apart from each other TWICE & it never seems to disappoint! Because how clean the home is, how much space it has, and the beautiful water front views, I will always come back anytime I’m in town! I have a business conference every 6 months near this property and Amy always takes such good care of us!! Wish I had more time to enjoy the property!
