Alan’s house was even better than the photos. We all enjoyed his well equipped kitchen and games and puzzles. Each of the 6 bedrooms had the best comfy beds with linens that were high quality. When we had a minor issue, Alan took care of it immediately! Bayside is a great place to stay— rain or shine. We would happily return to this beautiful family home.

This was our second time to stay here for a family vacation. The house is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean and well equiped. Our group of 8 included grandparents, parents and grandchildren and we were easily accommodated. Grands really enjoyed the special spot under the stairs just for them. The amenities of the resort are all first class and there is easy access to the beach and boardwalk. Already looking forward to doing it all again next year.

Beautiful home and great Bayside amenities! The pools were great for kids and adults. Plenty of activities for all to enjoy. Close to Assateague Beach with the bonus of seeing the horses in their natural habitat. Loved our vacation and time there for making lasting memories!

We got together with several families with young children. The home had plenty of space to fit all of us. It was clean and wonderfully decorated. Alan was super helpful and responsive!

Our extended family (8 adults, 6 kids) had a wonderful time over Thanksgiving. Alan answered all our questions promptly leading up to and during our stay. The house was very spacious and clean. All the bedrooms had their own large flat screen TVs connected to Roku so kids and adults could enjoy what they wanted to watch. The location was also terrrific. Within Bayside we could take walks. The house had bicycles for adults and kids in the garage so we also rode bikes up to the bay. We were a short drive from Bethany Beach and Assateague National Seashore and enjoyed a couple outings as well. Highly recommend this home for getting together with family and friends!

We’ve been hosting a golf trip with clients for three years and this home has enhanced our trip greatly. The owners are attentive and always available for communication. The house is beautiful and very clean. We can’t wait to go back next year.

A fun weekend. House was perfect. 7 children under 6. They had a blast and so happy to discover a “secret” room just for them. Adults room’s comfie. Used community facilities. Only drawback is houses are on top of each other and no good view.

My wife and I enjoyed a week in this fantastic home celebrating both of our birthdays. This was our second time here following a week in the beginning of July with our children and grandchildren. Our host, Alan, was easy to communicate with and seemed to go over and above to make our stay memorable. Although the weather did not cooperate, (no beach time) it was great to have a comfortable spacious place to just kick back and relax.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hosts were very quick to answer any questions we had and made us feel very welcomed for our weekend visit. Neighborhood was quiet and located close to Fenwick Island. Comfortably fit 10 adults for a long weekend trip.

We had a great time in this beautiful home in an awesome family-friendly resort. Our group included 4 adult children w/spouses and 3 small children, and there was ample room for everyone. The home is decorated in a beach theme w/fun painted murals & very comfortable furnishings. Everything we needed was supplied including bikes, scooters, and beach gear. The owner was quick to respond to questions & went above and beyond to meet our needs. We highly recommend this wonderful home!

Had a great stay in Bayside. The house is a perfect size for our extended family of 13, and was clean as a whistle and fully appointed. The neighborhood is lovely, and Bayside has a plethora of activities , enough to please everyone. Thanks, Alan, for another great stay!

We took a large family trip to this home with 7 adults and 4 children. From the property itself, the surrounding community, the amenities, the owner and the proximity to activities including Ocean Beach it was a fantastic choice. Can't recommended highly enough.

We had a great time here despite the cloudy and windy June weather. Plenty of activities at Bayside for the whole family and Ocean City attractions are not far. The restaurant (38 degrees) at The Pointe was a favorite of the group!

Home was perfect with more than usual conveniences than are typically found in a rental property. The house was stocked with paper towels, hand soap, linens, etc. In addition, the kitchenware was good quality. The rental also included access to bicycles which was great.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. This home, and the amenities of the community, far exceed anywhere we have stayed in this area. In addition, the home owner surprised our family with wine, flowers, and taffy since we were celebrating my parents’ wedding anniversary. I would definitely recommend this quiet, quaint rental.

This was a perfect home for our family of 11. It had all the amenities we needed and the pools and clubhouse restaurants were great. Host was extremely responsive and communicative and we had no issues during our stay. I would recommend this property to anyone.

The house was perfect. The property owner was very pleasant and helpful. It was our second time at Bayside. We might come back again.
Only one problem. It appeared that most of the homes inBayside or anywhere on Fenwick Island were not accessible for people with walkers or mobility scooters.

Where to start? Everything was superb. The house is in an excellent location in the community and sufficiently close to the beach. Amenities in the community are excellent, including tennis, outdoor pool(s!) and a wonderful indoor pool as well, kayaking, golf, and even on-site concerts.
The house itself was beautiful inside and out, with excellent “beachy” furnishings and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. It comfortably accommodated our sizable extended family, and our youngest grandson loved the area under the stairs.
Alan fully deserves his Premier host status both for the condition of the house and his very prompt responses to our queries during the rental process.
