Very hard to find beachfront houses in Florida, let alone at Clearwater. The location is amazing, views from the balconies are great. Very clean, love that it has 3 full bathrooms. Very walkable, we didn’t use our cars at all during our trip. We will definitely be back next time we visit the area.

The location of this VRBO is fantastic — our family loved the amazing ocean view and walking out onto the beautiful beach every day via our own private path. There a ton of fun restaurants nearby within walking distance, too. The condo itself might benefit from some updating and a better-working A/C system; things seemed a bit old and musty, the main floor TV didn’t seem to work, etc. There were very few supplies when we arrived including no liner for the kitchen trash can (glad we noticed before putting trash in there!), no starting Kcups for the coffee maker, only 2 mugs big enough to fit an 8oz volume of coffee in them (the rest in the cabinet were tiny tea cups), no laundry detergent, and just 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom with no backup rolls at all. Surprisingly, we didn’t see any beach toys either. As such, if you stay here you should plan on making a trip to the nearby CVS or grocery store! Another minor point: the stair baby gates at the VRBO were flimsy and functionally useless, so we had to come up with our own creative ways to prevent kids from toppling down the stairs.

Great place. As close to the beach as you can get. Beautiful views of the sunset right from the deck.

We had a wonderful stay, the location was wonderful! The house was just as we hoped and very comfortable. The beds fairly comfortable and the storage unit was filled with chairs and everything you’d need! We would definitely rent again!

Easy to find; plenty of parking; easy to enter the home with the door code; 29 steps from parking, to the top floor!; awesome view on the second/living room floor; tons of space; it has old screen doors, which I thought made it feel cozy; the place was not very clean; loved that it had a washer and dryer; the bedrooms are nice in size; beds were comfy; neighbors are very close; walking distance to just about anything. We would not return because of the lack of cleanliness and closeness of neighbors. Otherwise it was ok.

A true 70s beach house stay. If your looking for pomp and circumstance this is not your place but if you want to chill/relax and enjoy the beautiful Clearwater Beach this IS the place. Enjoyed and hope to be back!!

Can't ask for a better location, right on the beach, was perfect for adult family

It was such a beautiful location. The weather was horrible but the house was so perfect and location was amazing. The owner responded back to me quickly. Everything went smooth and I am already looking to book again.

We stayed here for 6 nights & absolutely loved the gorgeous evening sunsets! Checkin was a breeze! It's walking distance to so many great restaurants, shops & the famous Pier 60. We will definitely be booking again in the future! Well worth the money. Thank you Andrew for your quick reply when we couldn't figure out the TV.

We loved the beach access and the sunset views! These were the reasons we booked this and we loved it. We also found that there were many food options within walking distance, which was a bonus.

What a fabulous place to gather with your family. Perfect location, great floor plan/ layout and the perfect view to wake up to. Steps alway from all the best restaurants and shops and the perfect place to start your walk to north up the beach. We had a great long weekend and the entire process with the property manager was seamless and all of our needs were met. We cannot wait to return again. We have shared the details with other friends and family members that stopped by to spend the day at the beach with us and they all loved it too. Highly recommend!

Just got back from a 4 night stay at this property. As mentioned in other reviews, the location cannot be beat. RIGHT on the beach! Beautiful views from both balconies. Great communication with the representative. No issues. Would stay again.

This location is absolutely perfect. We were able to walk to so many great shops and restaurants. Many of things just a short drive away as well. We will most definitely be booking here again. Thank you to Andrew the Host as he was very accommodating and quick to respond.

This place is magnificent! Me and the lady spent three days in our own little paradise. To be able to walk out barefoot at anytime to the beach is amazing. Or we get dressed up just to walk the strip and find some good food. We will definitely be coming back in the near future. Thank you!

A Toes-in-the-Sand experience.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The location was perfect! We loved being able to walk out the door right on to the beach. It was nice being able to walk to the shops and restaurants. The stocked closet with beach toys was a thoughtful touch. The rooms are spacious and it was nice having access to washer/dryer Only suggestion would be small repairs such as the handle in the shower, ceiling fan in master bedroom was hard to turn on/off and door locks were difficult to lock. Overall, it was a fantastic visit!

This is the second time we have booked a short getaway at this property. We love the beach, but not the sand. The balconies on both floors provide us with a spectacular view of the beach and the water to watch people, dolphins, and boats. We’ve been fortunate to not have neighbors in the other unit, which makes it quiet and very peaceful! The property itself is very clean, although the soffits along the roof are falling apart, which may cause damage to the property during a storm. We love this place and will be back again!

This property was everything we wanted for a small bachelorette party! It looks exactly like the photos and the location truly can’t be beat, walk right out and onto the beach! The street was quiet but still near all the bars and restaurants you could want. We also loved the bottom overhanging level, where even though it was raining we could hang out outside and feel like we were on the beach. Kitchen was stocked pretty well, beds were comfy, and the host was incredibly responsive. I can’t recommend enough!

Property was exactly as described. We rented this property for a girls weekend trip. There were four of us and we were very comfortable. Th duplex was within walking distance to restaurants and shopping and the best part was walking out the door directly onto the beach. Property manager was quick to answer any questions we had. We didn't have any problems with the rental at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location with unobstructed views of rhe beach, ocean and sunsets. However, the deadbolts on the doors to the porches could use some maintenance - very difficult to operate. I was concerned about getting locked in the downstairs bathroom due to the wonkiness of the door knob. Otherwise, nice rental.

The location was amazing. Looking out over the ocean and being able to walk to the shops and restaurants but being away from the crowds was the great. Andrew was quick to respond with any problems or questions! The place does need updating and it could use a really good cleaning, there was stuff behind and under the dressers when the cleaners come they need to move the furniture and clean!

We absolutely loved the beach house! The magnificent view of sunsets and walking right out of the door onto the beach was priceless! We enjoyed the 2 levels of decks. Morning coffee and an evening drink with the amazing views we’re just breathtaking. The location could not have been better. We walked to breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Driving was needed very little. We were so ad to leave, but we will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

Overall the property was acceptable & the location is hard to beat. It's slightly worn and outdated, which can be seen in most of the photos - but, still comfortable and priced appropriately. It has a ton of space & the back side views of the beach are just incredible! I was a little bummed as the Wifi was out the entire duration of our stay (3 nights). The property manager had reached out to the provider, but I never heard back and the network never came up. That made it slightly inconvenient to work remotely, but I just made the trip down to Starbucks. Overall, we would consider returning & think the location outweighs any flaws or hiccups!

The pictures in the listing tell it all. You are right on the beach. While the beach is busy each day, it's not nearly as full as spots just south of here. Yes, the garbage trucks coming by at 6:00 am isn't the most convenient, but you can't control that. Restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. Great vacation.

Incredible location with phenomenal views

We came down for a quick 4 day trip on my daughters 16th birthday. The house location was perfect. You really couldn’t beat the sunsets from both balconies. Really appreciated having 3 bathrooms. There are 2 bedrooms and each bedroom has their own bathroom plus their is another separate bathroom on the 2nd floor with the living room and kitchen area. Nice full size washer/dryer. There is a huge amount of beach items for renters to use. Beach chairs, towels, buckets, floaties….you name it, they had it. Andrew, the owner, was great with communicating before and after our stay. My grandfather passed away during our original plans and he was great about working with us to change it. Also our daughter accidentally left her AirPods on the night stand and they shipped them right to us the next week. So thankful for that. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family. Perfect little getaway house! And also it’s within walking distance to all the good restaurants and shopping. So if you fly in like we did, you really don’t even need to rent a car. And plenty of Ubers around if you do wanna go a little further. Thanks for a great stay Andrew!

We absolutely loved our stay! Andrew was very responsive if we needed anything. The location couldn’t be better. You simply walk out the door into the beach. We were within walking distance of anything we wanted to go to for eating or shopping. We will be back!

The proximity to the beach is ideal. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys. I’m looking forward to booking this place for my next trip.
