Our stay was great. The house and property were clean. The access to the lake was great, we loved the kayaks and canoe available, it was definitely one of the highlights of the trip. Hot tub was clean and enjoyable. Sharon was very communicative on the check in and out process and available if we needed her (which we didn't). Can't think of anything that would make the stay better. Thank you Sharon!

Our family enjoyed the lake and kayaks that were provided. We enjoyed making s’mores in the fire pit and time spent in the hot tub.

Had some issues getting the door unlocked but it was resolved quickly. Paddle boat was not usable due to a large spot that leaked water badly. Overall communication was good with Sharon and would definitely come back.

Overall, our stay was wonderful. The house was clean and organized. The bathrooms were stocked with toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body was and bath towels -- it was great. The rooms were spacious, even for a group of 11 girls. The bathrooms were a bit tight, but definitely not something that would prevent us from going back.The backyard is beautiful! The private dock, fire pit, and sauna were definitely the highlights of our stay. Although the rental agreement is long document and tedious to sign, it was detailed and transparent, which we appreciated. Would definitely go back again with family and friends.

I rented this house with a bunch of friends to celebrate a bachelorette party. We loved the hot tub and the relaxing environment of the surrounding area!

My friends and I loved our stay! There was plenty of room for my group of 12 for a bachelor party. The owner Sharon was a great communicator and took extra steps to ensure that we were accommodated. Huge backyard for outdoor games and a great balcony to enjoy your meals. Hopefully will be back in the future!

We had 8 in our party of my son's childhood friends to celebrate his upcoming wedding at the end of May. All he wanted to do was smoke a cigar and drink some bourbon around a fire pit near a lake - this was the perfect location! The weather didn't cooperate as it got really cold so any water activities were out - which elevated the value of the pool table and Smart TVs (baseball/hockey/Derby time of year)! Plenty of bed rooms and everything was clean and comfortable. We played golf at Pocono Manor about 10 min away and it was awesome - recommend that place too! On the way to the house, we stopped and grabbed burgers, dogs, beer, etc at Shoprite - and if you happen to see 'Sherry's Cheesteaks" in the parking lot in a run-down red camper - GET THEM! They were amazing! Communicated with Sharon a few times (fridge wasn't getting cold and she told me how to fix in a minute and all fine after that). Overall - everyone kept saying it was the perfect house.

Overall all it was a nice stay for the family. But pictures looks a lot nicer than reality. Grill was very dirty and bathrooms could use a little more attention. For that kind of price we expected a bit more.
