We've stayed at this house several times. That should say it all - Being on the river and a great house with such a convenient location. We golfed at many of the nearby courses.

We loved our stay! The location was perfect for a summer getaway! We hopped right into the river for daily floats and loved people watching all the floaters throughout the day. So much fun, well appointed and incredibly friendly and accommodating hosts!

We had such a wonderful stay at this house. We floated the deschuttes starting at river park back down to the house - about one and a half hours. It was so, so fun! The house was clean and a perfect location. Enjoy!

Loved the river access and spent a lot of time enjoying working on the deck. Can't beat walking distance to the amphitheater and downtown, not to mention everything on Galveston right out the door. Thanks!

Relaxing and fun with having all the great placer to go just down the street. The patio on the river was fun to hang out at. I plan to use the place again in near future if there is any openings.

We were super happy with our stay here! The house was VERY clean upon our arrival. You really can't beat that backyard, on the river. It was incredibly peaceful and we also took full advantage of the hot tub. I loved the walkability of the area and being so close to restaurants/coffee/etc. Would love to stay here again!

Had a wonderful 4 night stay at RiverBend Bungalow. Hosts were super responsive from booking request through check out. Great location- beautiful river front and spacious yard- we have two dogs and they loved the yard. Walkable to dt Bend and also has pocket of great restaurants, breweries in the neighborhood.

Comfortable dog friendly home with a lovely river view. Excellent location to walk to shopping, restaurants and the park.

Wonderful stay. Morning coffee and evening wine on the deck/dock and a comfortable house and bed - just what we wanted. We walked miles and miles along the river, and explored the area. The road nearby (3 houses away) is a bit noisy at times, and there was some construction noise. It is in town, not out in the forest, so know that. It is generally peaceful. Loved it!

We had a wonderful week in Bend! The house was absolutely perfect! The view of the river was amazing and everybody loved the hot tub! It was walking distance to downtown, as well as the old Mill District! We would absolutely stay here again

We loved every minute of our stay at the property. The location is perfect and the communication was fantastic.

The house is truly river front so we enjoyed watching the wildlife from the deck and on the chairs at the riverside. The house was very clean and everything was functional. The location is great. We walked all over the downtown from Pioneer Park all the way down the the Old Mill District. There are some good restaurants 1 block away on Galveston and a great bagel shop over the road.

This house has a super location, walk to downtown, close to food and on the river. Back yard on the river and nice hot tub.
Negative- house fells a bit dated and used as a rental, bit of deferred maintenance

We had a great stay at Stone’s Throw. The house was great and well equipped. The location on the river was perfect for paddle boarding and floating. It’s a quick bike ride or walk to several breweries and town. Diana was great and communicated quickly. Would highly recommend.

Clean, well stocked house. Perfect for our girls trip! Already talking about coming back next year. The location is absolutely perfect. Fun to have paddleboards and just be able to launch from the yard.

Great location
Loved this little bungalow on the river! Beautiful…and it seems to be close to everything. We could walk to restaurants, breweries and shops. We plan to be back!

Overpriced for what you get
I will start off by saying we had a great time because we can have a great time anywhere. But this place charged us over $1400 for just 2 nights and we were disappointed with the amenities. It has a beautiful river view, but no dock or launch. There are no water craft provided either. The most disappointing thing was no gas fireplace on the property (inside or outside). Plus, construction all around. Just didn’t meet expectations for the price.

Fire Pit Heaven
I am a fire pit kind of guy and this place was perfect. It had a huge fire pit with plenty of wood, located behind the house in a beautiful setting. It was very private and I loved looking up at the stars at night with the fire going and my dog out there with me. Large property to explore and near the Sacramento River. The yard was not completely fenced, but I was able to make adjustments to work things out. Great communication with owner. Would highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely hone. The location was perfect with an idyllic view of the river in the back. Delightful lazy afternoons watching the geese glide across the water. Also walked to nearby restaurants and had a delicious meal. Highly recommend.

Perfect little river home
We love Bend and have stayed in different locations before. This home was great for my family. It very nice great location walking of a short bike ride to restaurants and events. Being on the water made the trip even more relaxing.
