We had a wonderful time and really loved the location! The house was perfect for us and we look forward to coming again.

Stayed for a week with my husband and mother. LOVED the house (clean and uncluttered), yet with everything needed for our stay including items to cook a nice big breakfast each morning. The closest rec center is just minutes away by foot or bike. Golf cart takes you to Brownwood Square for dinner or live music / dancing on the square. Two years ago we stayed closer to Spanish Springs but love the location of this house much better. THANK YOU to the owner for a wonderful stay in The Villages!!

We enjoyed our stay, the property is well kept and very neat. The home easily fit our extended family of four (3 adults and one teenager). The beds are all very comfortable. The property owner is very responsive to any questions, making the check-in process seamless. We were in town to celebrate our dad's 80th b-day and this home met all of our needs, it is centrally located in the Villages! We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town!

Great beds and location. Golf carts were a big hit to get to the nearby swimming pool.

We just left the house and we couldn’t have been anymore impressed. Check in was a breeze, the house fully stocked, clean and plenty of space for everyone. The owner always responded and was extremely helpful. We will definitely come back again! Thank you!!

Trail House had everything we needed for our stay. The home was clean and comfortable. The renters information binder was very helpful. The owner responded quickly to our questions before arriving. We highly recommend staying here if you are coming to The Villages or anywhere in the area.

Our expectations were surpassed when we walked into the house! It was clean, quite roomy, nicely decorated, and felt like home. We enjoyed the week and are happy that we could visit my parents in TV while still giving them their space. Thanks for sharing your home.

We had all the comforts of our own home during our stay and would recommend this property to anyone. The Villages is a great place to be!

My family of 12 rented this wonderful house and a second house nearby as a well deserved vacation after our granddaughter's lovely wedding. This house was immaculate, well equipped, and comfortable. The master suite was huge and away from the other bedrooms. The location was great and we enjoyed exploring the new area of Brownwood. The four seat golf cart was a plus, and our 18 month old loved all the rides. Golfing was great despite the hot weather. There were plenty of nearby pools for cooling down. Best of all, the owners were so accommodating and stayed in touch. We definitely recommend this property to everyone and hope to be able to return later in the fall.

The photos on VRBO did not do justice to this home. The owner, Wesley, was prompt and welcoming in his e-mails to us. I would definitely recommend this home and hope to stay there on our next visit to the Villages. Brownwood Town Square is fantastic. Toojay's and McAllister's are two of our favorite places to eat. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give this home a 20! Thanks again, Wesley and Jessica!

Thank you for sharing your new home with us. Our mothers truly loved it and having the golf cart to run around in was extra special. Only suggestions I would make would be a few extra garbage sacks and maybe directions to move Den's TV into one of the other bedrooms. It wasn't hard to do, just a few directions would save a phone call to not bother you guys. Will definitely recommend your home to anyone wanting to visit The Villages. P.S my mom said thanks for having tea bags as most places only have coffee and she was thrilled.

We had a wonderful vacation and great weather. Our parents live in The Villages and we visit every spring. We have 4 children and this house was perfect for us. The location of the family recreation center within walking distance was awesome. The kitchen is fully equipped and the open floor plan is great for entertaining. We celebrated Easter with aunts and grandparents and had plenty of room. Then morning walks around the neighborhood and golf course were beautiful and a perfect start to our days. We loved driving the gof cart to the Brownsville village for dancing in the evenings. And the craft fair on the weekend there was one of the biggest I have seen. We celebrated our 1 year anniversary during our visit and enjoyed the local italian restaurant in this village. We took some day trips to Daytona beach, the Crystal River to swim with Manatees, and Disney World. All within 1.5 or less driving distance. This house is very nicely decorated and Wes is so easy to deal With and friendly. We will definitely return to this lovely vacation rental in the future.
