We truly enjoyed our stay here. My family is from the area, and had two farms minutes from this property. So, the nostalgia was great and my family enjoyed it tremendously.

House and location were great. Everything was clean an as advertised.

House was great for our group cornice fishing. Plenty of space, nice setup, good location. Would absolutely recommend for summer or winter rental.

The property manager and Vrbo's representative were great. They listened and responded quickly to questions, etc. We had 14 guys, all over 60 and fraternity brothers. We are a pretty easy going group who just wanted to play cards, cook and drink a few. The layout with the fire pit and fire place worked well. The kitchen was well stocked with decent pans and dishes. Overall, we had a pleasant and positive experience. Dawn was excellent. Regards, Bollie Bollenbach

House was perfect for large group of friends and location couldn’t have been better for a long relaxing weekend away. Host was fantastic to deal with. Recommend for anyone looking for a place for a large group to get away

We had plenty of room in this house for our growing family. We particularly liked the front porch, sprawling lawn and fire pit. The waterfront was comfortable. We enjoyed swimming out to the raft and sunning ourselves there.

The house was great for a big crowd! It had everything we needed and more. Close to the sand bar.

The property was beautiful. The house could accommodate the large group we have that vacation together each year. The location was close to everything you need. The owners were nice and easy to contact.

This property was Excellent for a friend Reunion… great opportunity to be by the water hang out in the yard and enjoy some of the areas attractions. Would absolutely stay again as it has plenty of space for Friends and Family to stay comfortably!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was clean and as described. Love the winter convenience to Gunstock. Can only imagine the summer here is awesome.

The home is beautiful and has everything that you could need. We took full advantage of the incredible fireplace in the main living room. Firewood is nicely provided by the host. Very convenient location into town. We loved our stay.

The property and house are both beautiful and mostly well maintained. It was spacious and worked very well for our family. Beautiful views and space where kids could practice skiing and sledding.. Close to things to do. However, some things were disappointing. Both jacuzzis did not work- one had no hot water and the other had hot water but jets do not work. Dryer makes a LOUD noise. Handles in several showers and baths missing or broken. One oven inoperable. Smalll oven for 13 people? PlayStation advertised but there is not one. Closest in one of small bed rooms smells of dead rodent.Unfortunately I do not believe we would rent this house again.

Well appointed beautiful house. Good space. We spent our thanksgiving holiday with few friends and family and this house was perfect for it. Owners had every instruction written down, so did not have to connect with them for questions.

The house is perfect for a family getaway or get together with friends. The views are like nothing else and make the stay that much better. The house is very comfortable for a large group and offers plenty of space. The house is clean and updated. The host was very accommodating and their communication was excellent. I would highly recommend booking this home and hope to stay there again in the future.

Perfect location for a golf trip with the guys. Cross the street and you’re swimming and fishing. Plenty of yard for lawn games and plenty of space inside to relax. Dawn is an excellent host and the house is incredible.

Great spot for our annual family gathering. We had 6 adults and 8 kids ( from 19 to 7). Good size yard for cornhole or whiffle ball. Plenty of room for water toys at the dock. During our stay we had a windy (white caps on the lake) night and when we woke the next day, the swim platform had broken free and float into a neighboring dock. Called owner and the float platform was reattached the next day. Great response! Would have no issue with renting again.

The rental house is large, roomy and comfortable. The whole- house-air works great and the beds are comfortable. Access to the lake is easy ( just across the street) and there is a large dock for rental boats and swimming. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location.

The house is very large and provides plenty of space for different groups to be doing their own activity. The outside patio and front porch are a must. There are four bathrooms upstairs which makes it very convenient for all the rooms. The U shaped dock provides a great place for kids to play as the water is more shallow and has a sandy bottom. The double kayak is fun. Water sports rentals are readily available in the area. Love the Titlton Outlets on a rainy day. Golf course around and mini-golf, too. Lots to do.

We had a great week on lake winnisquam! The house was absolutely perfect for all of us. We had 17 people total (10 adults and 7 children all 6 and under) and never felt crowded with the spacious layout of the house. The yard was also perfect for the kiddos to play in when we weren’t out on the lake. We rented a boat which was great to have and easy to use with the large dock provided with the house. Dawn was extremely responsive and helpful with all questions beforehand and during our stay. We hope to stay again in the future.

Perfect for our large group. Unfortunately it was cold and rainy so we were unable to enjoy the outdoor amenities but the house was large and comfortable so we had a great time.

We were looking for a property with a short drive from the ski slopes and this property was perfect! It was a very short ride to the Gunstock Ski Resort which is a beautiful ski resort. We also took a ride (about an hour away) to Bartlett for a fun snowmobiling tour. The property is beautifully located right at lake Winnisquam with wonderful views of the lake! It is also very well maintained and highly functional for the day-to-day needs of a family. Our group (3 families of 4 each) had a wonderful time relaxing by the fireplace in the evenings after a busy morning. There was enough room on the first level between the family/living room for kids to have their own space and parents to enjoy some adult time! The second level had very clean and well-maintained bedrooms and updated bathrooms. Last but not the least, the host Dawn was very courteous and prompt in responding! I would definitely recommend this property and we are looking forward to coming back soon!
