Room was very small. Run away with ants. Not very clean. No refrigerator. No microwave

beds too small. Needs side tables next to bed, closet to hang clothes and a table in bathroom for spreading out toiletries needed in morning.

I love the location. The coffee and snack area was accommodating.

Room 312 is the worst room! The toilet I'd right against the wall and right handed people would find it very difficult to wipe themselves. The AC was so noisy that every 20 min to 1/2 hr the monstrosity of the noose would wake me up. The number on the back of the key card doesn't work and when we got back from laconia at 130 am our key wouldn't work . Needless to say we didn't sleep well at all. Our last stay was great. I will never stay in room 312 again.

It's was clean, the bed was very comfortable. Lots of pillows

The lighting in the bathroom was very poor. Harsh to do my hair and makeup. And no closets and nowhere to hang my clothes and jacket.

The bed was very uncomfortable - pillows were hard. The room looked like a shoebox, way too small. Not worth the money.

Owners/staff very amiable. Facilities impeccable There were a couple of very minor things that needed attention, which when mentioned, were graciously accepted.

Wonderful view at the Lake Incredibly nice owners, we were provided a breakfast at no extra cost and it was by far the most Beate breakfast in our entire vacation

The furniture is a little very old but overall it was clean rooms where you could stay very well

It was a good price. The lake was across the street.

The location was lovely, right by the lake and a short drive into town. The rooms were a decent size and really clean. There was complimentary tea / coffee and snacks throughout the stay available which I thought was a really nice touch. The managers were very friendly and chatty with some good tips on where to eat

Ample breakfast choice, centrally located for sight seeing, comfortable room.

There is a lot of traffic in the morning and afternoon, the road is busy.

The innkeepers were very nice. The room was clean and quiet. Our view was very pretty. They offered pet friendly rooms and our dog was made to feel welcomed. We all slept well.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice sheets. Good coffee and breakfast. Convenient to both Laconia and Tilton. Nice view of lake from the rooms..

The rooms need updating and renovation. There was considerable traffic noise from nearby highway.
